I called to see about getting the lock on my car ignition replaced which was stuck. They informed me that they no longer provided that service, but were more than willing to give me some advice in what I could do myself to try to free the lock. I was also referred to the person that did this type work for them when they did offer roadside assistance in this type of situation. He came out and took car of the problem as soon as he could and got my lock fixed right on the side if the road in a very professional manner. Even though Master Security Lock didnt help me directly, they were extremely helpful and did what they could do to help me out in spite of not being a client. I would recommend them to anyone for their help and professionalism.

Awesome experience thanks to Brandi who cut and programmed a 2017 subaru forester blank key I bought on Amazon and brought in. This place charged me a fraction of the price their competitors quoted me over the phone. Subaru dealer wanted $400, only $50 at Master security center. Also this shop has a cool taste of the past with lots of old safes to look at while waiting.

Took in an ignition to have a key made for it. I was told that they couldnt find the correct blank. I was able to find it on Amazon. After I got my ignition back home the front of the lock was bent up like someone had pried on it and the key that was with the lock was twisted. Very disappointing and I will not return.

Master security changed a deadbolt for me when I moved. Although quite pricey, they did a good job. I asked the locksmith who changed the deadbolt about pricing for a matching doorknob. He told me he didnt know the pricing off-hand but would call me back with that info. He never called back. I called Master Security twice to follow-up on this and they told me both times that the locksmith that came out (Eugene) was the person who needed to call me back, since he was the person who installed the deadbolt and knew what hardware I needed. I never received a return phone call and there was never any follow-up from Master Security. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

Ive been here twice both times on Fridays around 3PM. The first time, the business was completely closed up despite the hours being posted of Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. The second time I arrived, I was told that even though the locksmith is normally around only until 4PM (even though the business hours are for an hour longer) she skipped out early for the weekend.Going to get my work done elsewhere.

Any time I need key assistance I will be sure to go to Master Security. I brought my 2011 Titan here to make a copy of the microchip key and remote. When making a copy wasnt as straight forward as it needed to be, they were willing to troubleshoot in order to figure out how to get the job done. Additionally, when the act of making a copy deprogrammed my original, they were efficient at getting the problem fixed for me.

Do NOT use this company. Not sure what happened to this company over the past 3-4 years with good reviews, but my experience was a NIGHTMARE. I called the evening of the day I moved; the key we used to lock the condo would not work when we tried to get back in. I called Master Security Center about 10:00 on Sat. night. I looked at their website, and they seemed to be legit. While someone arrived within an hour, the rep barely said a word before he started drilling the lock out of the door. When I asked him to stop to find out how much it would cost, he said, well, I got you in....now do also want a deadbolt installed? I asked again how much and he said its after hours, so $145 for the service call and $195 for the lock. I was appalled but decided since my daughter and grandson were with me not to make it a big deal. He then installed a deadbolt/new lock and told me it would be $520! I was beginning to get worried, as the tone of the rep was getting intimidating and I was worried particularly for my grandson. So, I took out my credit card and he stated they did not take credit cards. I said their website stated they took credit cards and he said, since after hours, cannot take credit card. He then told me to get into his car and he would take me to an ATM. He became very insistent, but I refused and said Id follow him in my car. He took me to a dark parking lot with an ATM; I got worried and told him Id go to an ATM at 7-11. He stayed close on the tail of my car to 7-11. Since we had moved that day, my phone was dead. So I used his phone to call my daughter, as I could only withdraw $400. He insisted my daughter drive there to pay the balance. She did so reluctantly. So, this company got away with $520 by intimidating me, esp. seeing my grandson, I felt he knew I was afraid to confront him. I dont want to call the company, as I dont want them to have my phone number...I am worried about retribution. Dont use this company.

When I came in to the store, a man at the counter told me that they could provide the service I needed . I had to cut a key for the car and I brought it with me. He took it in to the machine and ruined it. Then he said that the quality of the key metal was not good enough.Right after I left Master Security Center, I stopped by another locksmith store and workers told me that the quality of the key is ok and the problem was with the machine at Master Security Center, which was not calibrated properly.I am feeling so sad that the Master Security Center worker was not brave enough to tell me that he screwed up or at least apologize.

Ive been working with security experts for a number of years, and there are some good, some bad, but Master has handily earned my business for the future. They are no BS, knowledgeable, and friendly - I got a complete security system (including 30% more cameras than ADTs quote) along with alarm (including 4x more motion sensors than ADTs quote), all for less than ADTs cameras, alone.Price isnt everything, but its something, and when you can get the best service, higher quality products, and more knowledge at a lower price, whats not to like?
