I didnt get the guys name who helped us but oh my goodness! He was super sweet! Quick with our modem swap and he interacted with my kids. Who does that? Well this guy did. I could see his smile under his mask when he was addressing my kiddos. AMAZING! Thank you!

Well you wont believe that this review is about a Xfinity store but I didnt wait in a long line, I was greeted by someone with a smile who helped me immediately and didnt constantly try to sell me something I didnt want. This is a tough location to find but but if you want top notch service this is the place to go.

In the past, I have always had a confusing time with Comcast. It’s been confusing on the phone, and it’s been confusing in person when I’ve come to stores like this one. My bills in the mail have been confusing. It’s even been confusing when Comcast employees have come into my home!Maybe it’s just cable television. It’s a complicated business, and it’s become even more convoluted as phone, internet, tv, and home alarm services have all been combined.Even before all this bundling was bundled, there was good reason to feel disgust and irritation at a business model that is so generalized as to be punitive. That negativity persists! I pay for many more channels than I ever watch, no matter what package I purchase. This is unfair, and when I think of it I am always left with a bad taste in my mouth.Well, today was different. I walked in and was met by Tony. He was great. He answered all my questions, he helped me work through my options (slowly, like I needed...) and he was polite and agreeable the entire time. It was not confusing. It was not complicated or convoluted. He wasnt able to give me a plan that simply asked me to pay for the channels I prefer to watch, but he was otherwise entirely helpful.I also saved quite a bit of money. Thanks to Tony, of course! Maybe there’s a future for this cable business after all. Maybe.

I went in a few minutes ago today to talk about changing my plan and the guy took all of 2 seconds to pull my info up & assume what i needed without listening to my needs or questions.. (he was unaware that i’d done my own research on plans prior to the visit, i just like to be extra thorough so i went into the store to discuss and ask questions).. so when i asked about some plans/promotions i saw online he just said it wasn’t available for me and that i needed to add a cellphone line to my plan in order to reduce my monthly price & if i didn’t add a line there was nothing they could do to help me today. i wasn’t there for that AT ALL, i just needed to update my yearly internet and cable plan/contract. i’m not sure if they are paid commission or bonus or something to up-sell the services but it was just terrible customer service and bad experience overall. I just went in my car in the parking lot and simply changed to the plan i wanted on my own online then drove over to the Havana location to verify the changes, they had a longer wait time but the customer service was so muuuuch better and they were able to verify what my plan change included and made sure i had my monthly discount applied for auto pay. i won’t be going to this colorado blvd location ever again! & this isn’t my 1st time going here and having this sort of bad experience. i didn’t leave a review last time, but others should know how they handle their customers. i’ve been with xfinity 3/4 years now with no issues until i go to that store. that’s probably why their store was empty because others know it to go to the colorado blvd location, they are unwilling to actually help customers and provide quality service. havana is always busy but there is clearly a reason why people go there instead of here. if i knew the employee or managers name i’d put them on blast here but they don’t even introduce themselves when you walk in smh

Changed carrier to Xfinity, running to the store to check my SIM card on my Apple and ended up getting another phone. Rep was awesome, helped me with my new device and had me out the door in minutes fully equipped! Awesome customer service! Better than last supposed #1 carrier. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for sure!

The worst for us is when we closed our account and turned in our equipment and paid off the entire bill, we were charged again for services used. We closed before July 8th and paid the total in full and were charged again for July 12th to August 12th. One operator said it was a pro rated charge then passed us on to someone who said it was a partial charge in June for our bill. Then he sent us back to the automated system. We have the receipts to prove we owe nothing. Its more like a charge a month later for leaving. Fingers crossed we dont get a charge again for August-Sept. Xfinity, cant we just break up already??🤞🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

They deserve 0 stars!!! Our service has been down for days, and has been reported. This company likes to say theyre are no reports in your area, even though you have reported it on several occasions. Xfinity doesnt care about its customers, and will continue to charge for service you cannot even use. Dont waste your time, worst company I have ever dealt with.

Oh my! Stopped in to inquire about information Id received from Comcast regarding an app for home phone service being discontinued. Since that app was the only way I used the phone service, I wanted to remove phone service from my account. The employee assisting me pulled up my account, informed my I had a really, really old plan and I needed to call in to speak with someone about changing my plan. Plenty of attitude given and very little help provided!

Youll pay $100 a month for 500mbs that you cant actually do anything on. Theyre implementing data caps during a global pandemic that has adults working from home and kids learning from home. Minimal corporate responsibility theyll happily gouge you.Also had a tech disconnect our internet on Friday (accidentally) while working on someone elses. Then they werent able to get a tech to us until Monday.Dont rent an apartment that forces you to use Comcast

I have very low hanging wires in front of my property. Xfinity points to Centry Link, Centry link points the finger to Xfinity. I just qant them fixed. So low that when I water they get wet. Its crazy. How only the older homes on ky block has all this wiring. All the new homes have zero. Just work off ours. Im calling the city inspector today.

These people are willing to break policy to sell you something, but not willing to return items on the same terms. Manager is no help in refusing to review the cam footage of any customer interaction, says he will look into it. First thing said when asking for a product; Let me see if we even have those in stock. Please know your own stores stock especially if its a limited item and there is not much to remember. They literally had 2/5 models available. Really that simple.

Their customer service is a joke. I can’t even begin to explain how furious I am with Xfinity. 6 calls to update my address and correct the spelling of my last name, and it still never got corrected!!! Being over billed because an employee can’t change my plan to unlimited for at least 3 phone call attempts, so I’m billed almost double what a monthly bill is supposed to be, yet each time I call I’m told that they will take care of it. I own my own business and will never do business with Xfinity or Comcast in any way shape or form as long as I live. Beyond frustrated and infuriated. Most ridiculous, unprofessional, and infuriating business I’ve ever dealt with. I’d give a negative 5 star rating if it was possible.

This store is outstanding, after a sub par experience with another location I came here to set up my services and the rep was awesome! They took care of all my questions, set up my acount and had me all set within 15 mins. Idk if Ive ever had such a good experience with comcast, highly reccomend going to this store for any service or sales related needs. Really appreciate the amazing customer service, thank you!

This review is specifically about the AMAZING service that I received from Avery Polk at this location.As others have mentioned in other reviews Xfinity is not known for their customer service so I came in to the store with VERY low expectations and a little bit of anxiety. As soon as we were greeted by Avery I knew this would not be a typical Xfinity experience! Not only was he extremely friendly and professional he was knowledgeable about other mobile carriers procedures and this helped us quickly and easily add a mobile plan to our account from Sprint. The difference in his excellent customer service really showed after having to deal with the customer service from Sprint (but thats for another review!)Thank you Avery, you made the process quick and easy and I left with a new phone and plan that I am very happy with!

Always feel like I have to go into store versus calling. At least you can deal with a person face to face. I was told installing new box was easy. It was not. They had to send out a technician to do it and it took him about a hour. Finally all done. Hope I dont have to deal with Comcast for a long time.

Store can’t unlock my phone (even though I bought my phone from Apple, paid in full, free and clear - Xfinty Mobile locked it anyway) and when I called the 1-800 number I spoke to two people that told me it was going to be 24-48 hrs for them to unlock my phone. So now I don’t have cell service and can’t make phone calls thanks to Xfinity Mobiles garbage customer service and complete incompetence.

The internet drops 5 - 10 times per day with a 5 min reboot every time making working from home super challenging. I’ve tried to have it fixed without luck. I was sold an “upgrade” at this store to an existing plan I had where they informed me of a one year contract, not the two years that is now being claimed which comes with a $120 termination fee to cancel. I’d recommend saving your time and trying century link or another provider. Paying regular monthly fees & an associated termination fee for a service that doesn’t properly work is a joke.

Under no circumstance, especially if you’re an existing customer who doesn’t need to buy anything new, DON’Tsee/speak with Alfredo. Because I was only switching phones he couldn’t take an extra 30 seconds to set my phone up, instead said I could do it later and basically pushed me out the door.DO 100% see/speak with Avery... he helped me the night before when they were closing in 15 minutes. He took his time, super personable and just wanted to help. If it weren’t for Alfredo this would 100% be a 5 star review. Avery’s service should be the standard.

This company sent a field technician out to the apartment building I live in the technician cuts a main power line and leaves lost power for 10 hours. I lost 75$ in groceries because of it. Best part Im not even a customer of comcast. Now their telling me I have spend my time to go to an office and complain. Wow. I will NEVER get your service

I received the worst run around customer service experience of my life. Not at this store in particular. The people that work there are nice when I visited with my friend. Its the customer service you receive when you call their main number. Not a single store has an actual phone number to call. Xfinity also had the audacity to try to sell me a modem. Terrible, awful, and I hope nobody else ever has deal with is problem. They never offered any form of an apology or remediation. I dont know of other ISPs, but I do know this one should be avoided.

This is one store youll want to AVOID THE ALFREDO.Alfredo at this store is the worst customer service representative Ive ever worked with. He should be fired. If you get him you should automatically ask to have someone else help you. He didnt care about helping me from the start of our conversation and it was very apparent. He made no effort at all and was very unprofessional. He said he would call me with a solution and failed to do so - so I had to come back into the store to find a manager to help me.

Alfredo should not work for Xfinity. They cannot help with Xfinity mobile services but they are happily happy to open a mobile account for you. Alfredo is rude and will repeat himself but not help you what do ever. Go to a different store.

I had a great experience not only purchasing a new phone & plan but also resolving technical issues. For some reason, I was not able to receive texts for about a week, so I went to the store for help and Mo really hooked it up! Went to this store today to get help with my internet outages across the street at my business on Colorado Blvd since I was unable to speak to a representative on the phone. We have been experiencing hours long internet outages on multiple days over the past few weeks and I needed to speak to someone in person as this was negatively affecting my business. None of the support staff at this location were understanding, professional or helpful. They continued to give me the run around and showed absolutely zero interest in resolving the issue. They were content to argue that they were not Comcast Business despite having Comcast logos on their store front and t-shirts. This is exactly the problem with Comcasts overall customer service structure - nobody cares.

Awesome, quick customer service ! The wifi on my modem stopped working so I brought the modem here. The rep simply gave me a new modem -- way better than my previous one! He also upgraded me from 60 mbps to 200 mbps FOR FREE and gave me a free flex box! 100% satisfied! Thanks!!

Go to Verizon for wireless! Associates must get commissions for new activations. There was a couple that had apparently left and came back and was waiting to get new phones. When they showed up he suddenly had computer troubles and had to close out my transaction and I was told to come back the next day. The computer troubles went away when the couple waiting for new phones was then called to the counter and helped after I left. You can see all associates when in the parking lot. My upgrade wasnt important enough to warrant attention like a new activation

I never in a million years thought Id ever give a Comcast location a five star rating. I admit I strongly dislike Comcast as a company, but my experience today gave me a glimmer of hope.I went in today because I felt my bill was wrong. I spoke to Colt at this location who was wonderful. He took a look at my account, explained what was going on and how he could fix it. He made me feel at ease and for the first time ever, I actually trusted someone from Comcast. Crazy, I know. He was open, honest, and friendly. I could not ask for anything more, and for the first time, left an Xfinity store feeling better instead of more annoyed.How this guys is not running the joint, beats the hell out of me. Im hoping Comcast is surprised by someone giving them a 5-star rating and they actually read this and give the guy the recognition he deserves. Thanks, Colt!

Im going to start with the 800 number couldnt have sucked worse. I couldnt get help so came into the store. Jack gave me maybe the best customer service Ive gotten ... ever. My cable box stopped working so I brought it by this Xfinity Store. Dealing with your cable company is usually not much fun but my experience at this store was exceptional.Britney Taylor helped me. She got me new equipment and went over my current TV bundle and the different options I had. She helped me find a new bundle that better fit my needs and lowered my bill.
