This store is a third party seller on Amazon. I ordered a bucket of stain, it arrived damaged. Much of the contents spilled out, much more than I realized at the time. I contacted the seller and was told they would file a claim with ups and replace it. I called a couple of times to check on the replacement. On the last call I was told the stain had been delivered. He gave me the date of delivery for the replacement, April 8. That was the date of the original order delivery. After that response I no longer expected to receive a replacement. So I paid $401.00 to paint the floor of a ups truck. Sashco makes a great product. My recommendation is to buy it elsewhere.

Customer service a year ago was more than great. The person answering the phone was helpful and personable. Had to return merchandise - job got cancelled. After shipping back material by ups and restocking fee our cancelled job got costly.

Ordered a lot of stain and chinking from them and they shipped everything the same day. We opened all the boxes that were perfectly packed, my husband realized I ordered the wrong color of stain, we called them immediately and they shipped out the correct color which we got the next day. We had contractors scheduled to restain and everything worked out fine. These guys are awesome with great products and customer service.

Bought a log home that is a few years old and needed help figuring out where to begin. I talked to Skip and he set my mind at ease! He set me up with several contractors in the area as well as walked me through the details if I chose to do it myself. My go to place for products to keep my log home in tip-top condition.

They carry good products but have poor customer service. dont plan on getting a fair refund if you need to return any items. They have buried re-stock fees and you have to pay for return shipping (which in not clear in their site).

Everyone at Log Home knows their stuff; they are extremely helpful and lend tons of tips for getting your projects underway.

These folks are awesome. I couldnt get by to pick-up the stain I purchased in regular hours so they went out of their way to let me pick it up late!
