I have experienced terrible customer service with this company. We ordered materials for a client 4 months ago and were told the product was 10 weeks out. Here we are 16 weeks after order with no product and a justifiably irate customer. For the past 6 weeks, each week ProCoat promises the product will be ready for pickup next week, which is passed along to the client. I wonder how long this next week excuse will continue. Too bad I had to pay up front for the special order, and now Im left holding the bag of garbage. They need to either get their business in order or stop stringing along customers with promises they know they cannot or will not keep. Find another company for your supplies since ProCoat will not go out of their way to keep schedule and promises.

Dont be a small contractor and use this place. The owners sold out to Beacon! We went from 75k credit line to 10k credit line. Beacon could care less who you are! They want money after 30 days or they shut you down! Worst company to work with! Try JONES HEARTZ LIME COMPANY! Better products and locally owned!

Something is going on at this company, we have been regular costumer for the las 10 years and customer services have changed completely; they don’t answer the phone, they load you the wrong product or orders are incomplete: The service is a complete mess.

Put me to the dock as soon as I arrived and it went pretty fast after the first one. The dock plate was snow covered so took a little while to get that first one.

I tried to order some stucco material for my first multi family build. The price they gave me was so low! I called 4 other suppliers in the area and by far had the lowest price not just a little lower but %15. That should have been the first red flag. The bags got delivered 3 days late, the material was wet and the first layer of bags no good. 2nd flag.Then it was time for the color. My contractor said it looked like the material had frozen, and the color varied from Pail-pail. 3rd flag.I will never go back. We ended up purchasing material to fix it from a company who I guess sells a product procoat used to sell.I gave them 2 stars because the location and hot coffee.

I used to love this place. Grew up here you could say. But you should pack a snack while waiting to get loaded. Sorry guys plus side thay have tons in stock

Special ordered some brick, and they told me one day until I could get it! Its been a week and they still dont know where my order is! I cant even cancel it and get my money back!!! Would not recommend.

This is a great building materials supplier. They have really knowledgeable staff and a great selection of hardscape and stone veneer materials. Great customer service, high integrity, fair prices and a lot of stock, give them a try, you will find what you need, and maybe even some materials that you need and didnt know existed!

Had an appointment for the first thing in the am parked in front of the docks at midnight. Got woke up at 0645 asked to move due to being at the out going customers dock. Was told would be out to get me at 7am to unload. At 8am walked up to dock to ask when we could get in since they were doing other trucks that had just arrived. Was told it was first come first serve. Explained that I was here at midnight and asked to move was told oh well sorry about your nm luck wait in the line.Two stars only because the guy on the dock got me empty quickly but I wont be back here again they play around to much for me.
