I called Mobile Turnkey to ask a couple questions about service and winterizing my boat. John Wagner was kind enough to call me back immediately, listened to all the questions I had and gave me honest advise about what was needed versus not needed to take care of my boat for the winter. He was very professional and kind since this is my first boat and I am still learning the ropes. Thanks for the great service!!!

Awesome job .John will go out of his way to make sure you are serviced !! I had my regulator rectifier installed and had my boat running very quick and fixed my kill switch !! A+! I called John to check out my first boat purchase before I put it in the water. I wanted someone to inspect the boat and teach me how to care for it. He came to my location and walked me through every step of his inspection. He was super easy to work with and clearly very knowledgeable. He left me with a boat that was turnkey ready and a solid understanding of how to maintain and care for it.

Good customer service even called me on a Sunday and gave me advice to get my boat running rather than just bringing it in. Will be using this company in the future.

Called me the next day while he was out on medical leave. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with me to talk me through a couple common things I could do myself to fix my problem myself. Very friendly and I could tell he was genuine with his help and honest phone call.

I purchased a boat during the off-season and the engine Killswitch was broken and needed to be replaced… Knowing that this is in the middle of winter I figured it was not going to be easy to get anybody To work on my boat much less come out and work on it in my garage… That’s when I found John… He has some great Google reviews and I thought I would give him a shot… I am so glad I did, he came out to my house the day after I called him, he knew exactly what he was doing, he had my outboard engine up and running in no time and then looked it over for me letting me know the things to look for with my make and model of engine… I could not be happier, thanks again John I really do appreciate it!
