My husband and I had been looking on and off for about 4 years for our first inboard. We had a different brand in mind however Jarrett and Chris were so great to work with that it made our decision an easy one. We’re still learning things here and there, but I have to say Jarrett has gone above and beyond communicating with us and it’s been almost two years since we purchased our boat. Great experience while getting my old Mastercraft serviced. Very prompt, great communication and most importantly didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. In fact they were very clear about parts cost helped me find the least expensive part even though it meant they wouldn’t profit from it.Also, the sales guy (Chris?) potentially saved me a lot of heart ache and $$ by noticing i had not hooked up my trailer correctly after being distracted by a work phone call!

I just boughg my mastercraft x30 last week. Jarrrett Clark was awesome he was very knowledgeable on over all all the boat brands and was very helpfully in us making a educated on which boat to buy. We went to 4 boat dealers and found he was the best customer service rep out of the 4. He took his time in explaining everything on the boat and in general on how wake boats work. After taking the boat out on the water a couple times it is a awesome surf boat.

Just want to put this out there so others are aware. Have a older boat 05 x10 with 350 hrs on it. We had took our boat to mastercraft for a summerization. I asked to be summarized and everything gone through specifically the bags for the wake surfing to make sure it was ready for a three day trip to Flaming George. Once arrived and ran around the lake found poor attention detail on hooking hoses up to the bag in the front. Thought ok, just a mistake no biggie. Then found two of the bags would not pump water at all. After trying to find parts at the marina and piece mill the bags together for the boat we finally got it up and going a day down time messing with what I paid MC of colorado to do.come to find out the pumps were both bad. They didnt even check them... such a dissapointment for what I view a high quality manufacture.Went ahead and tried to use them again this last year for winterizing. Had a week of cooler temps around 32 or 33 degrees while the boat is in a storage building I put blankets on the engine. Took it in and they told me the shower filter was cracked and possible internal engine crack. But nothing was in the oil or anything at this time. I know the block was not frozen as there was water on the platform that wasnt even frozen. Well during this summers summerization . They found water in the oil after starting it up for the summer.. now they are trying to come back and say that the block was frozen solid and they had to let it thaw in the shop from the fall. This is a way of them trying to dodge a bullet of poor workmanship.I will recommend that if your not a customer that spends the 100k to 200k with these guys they perform poor quality as i feel it was a jiffy lubes of the boat industry. I will keep a update replacement of the engine and how this company handles it.

I bought a used boat here and had to travel from out of state to get there. They emailed me their mechanics review sheet from when it was traded-in, let me put a refundable deposit down to hold it, sent me pictures, answered all my questions very quickly all before I could come see the boat. They also made sure the boat was all working properly before I left (I did an extensive test drive). I was looking for a new boat for months and couldnt pull the trigger until this phenomenal deal came along. It was priced well enough that I bought it in the fall and am going to have to store it all winter after only getting to use it twice. Im cheap, it took a good deal to convince me to buy. Everyone was nice, but Chris R. Was the rep that helped me through the whole process and deserves the credit. Buying the boat was a painless process and I couldnt be happier with the purchase.My family is going to have an epic summer in 2019, thanks Chris!

We purchased an X30 last spring and could not be more happy with our purchase. We spent hours researching and test driving many boats . The exceptional knowledge, customer service, and straight out honesty we received from S and W has been awesome . We were looking for a boat that would suit our family and Allan and Leif were so helpful to make sure that happened. My main concern was service ( if needed ) we live in Colorado and with that being said our window of boating is very small . I asked several times, if it needed something would they be willing to make it happen quickly. They reassured me, they would do the best they could. Well, we received our boat and had a big first outing planned on MOTHERS DAY . Our boat was loaded and on the water and suddenly it had a small issue. We loaded it back on the trailer and called Leif and told him what was going on. He than got Allan on the phone ( mind you this is Sunday also Mothers Day ) Allan showed up to the lake with his children and tool box in hand. The manufacturer had to much sealant on a particular piece. Allan fixed it in less than an hour and we were back on the water. My point is he did not know us or owe us any favors. They just provided us the BEST SERVICE they had promised. We HAVE been happy since. Any seasonal service or upgrades we have asked for have been provided and our boat was available and ready within a day or 2. The boat itself is great and has provided us with all of our needs and has exceeded our expectations. The staff is great, Showroom is clean, product is all the latest and greatest and the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks S and W for making great memories for our family on an amazing boat.

To describe them in one word, I would pick rude. From the other reviews, it sounds like the employees are able to choke out a few kind words to the customers that spend six-figures. For the rest of us common folk, we are apparently not worth their time.I went in to spend $800 on a surf board, so I was visiting with one of the sales people to compare two very similar boards. I wanted to sort of benchmark his knowledge, so I just wanted to visit for a bit. A minute later, the manager walked out and asked me if I was going to buy a board today. I told him that it didnt look like it because they didnt have it in stock, but I wasnt sure. He immediately said okay, flagged the sales person I was with to leave, and they just left me standing there. My whole visit was probably less than 2-3 minutes. There were more employees in the store than customers when this happened, so it is not like there were more pressing issues to attend to.They dont have a lot of boards in stock, Tommys and Wakeboard and Ski Specialty seem to have nicer people to talk to, similar product lines, and larger inventory if you are shopping for boards. Rocky Mountain Boat Company in Pueblo carries a few of the same high-end lines of wake surf boards such as Inland and Phase 5. It is a bit of a drive, but we dont need more businesses like this place. Their primary job is customer service and they totally failed.

People are friendly, but they charged me $150 more than what was quoted over the phone and when I dropped my boat off for service. Also, in the Spring they missed reconnecting my center ballast which caused me to take on water. Now will be rechecking work after service to see that nothing was missed. Plan to give them one more chance out of loyalty to Mastercraft brand.

Everyone was great during the purchase and the guys took care of me with a trailer issue soon after I got home.

To the staff at S&W Performance Marine. I would like to thank Charlie Kingsland and Ronnie Sanchez for correctly trouble shooting and repairing the non working water temp and water depth read out in my 2010 ProStar Mastercraft. Countless hours spend on the internet brought me to the conclusion that this issue was over my head and could be costly to repair if I guessed wrong at making the repairs myself. Alan Slabaugh with his vast knowledge, experience and patience was instrumental in making my decision to bring the boat to S&W for repairs. Charlie and Ronnie made shure that they had the suspect part on hand and then l brought the boat to them on 1/21/14 10:30 am. Two hours later it was done. I was literally jumping with joy yes finally!!! Turns out that some serious trouble shooting had to be done when the suspect Tri-Ducer proved to be ok. Charlie and Ronnie found an open power wire to the Tri-Ducer. To save time and money they ran another wire from fuse to Tri-Ducer, problem solved. They know what there doing. In conclusion I would like to thank the S&W Performance Marine team Alan, David, Charlie, Ronnie and Leif for all the wonderful boat discussions, helpful information and advice
