Quick stop for some fishing worms and off to the fishing hole. The grandkids enjoyed the animal displays and got excited at the big fish tank. Fun times at that age.

I spent $36000 dollars cash on a pro v175 Guide Tracker boat!!! I cant even get the service department to answer the phone.. Messages after message.. Still after a week no call... I highly discourage using this location... I called the CO Springs location answered right away... Absolutely cant believe I have take my boat there extra 75miles...

This place is an absolute nightmare. They have no respect for their customers and the only thing they can say is everything is back ordered. Oh but they can’t even manage to call you, you have to reach out for any update and then they transfer you to voicemail. Thank you for nothing and ruining our summer and business and all the fishing tournaments we had lined up. Considering you said it will be fixed this week.. three weeks ago.

They didnt have the boots I wanted and Lauren at thev Customer service counter helped me order them. I used multiple gift cards so it took some time but I appreciate her efforts. Very good service, and she was great to talk to.

Quite possibly the worst experience ever. I scheduled a 1 hour trolling motor installation (3 weeks ago)Went to drop it off today. I got a thank you, we’ll call you in a couple weeks when it’s done. My intention was to drop off this morning and pick up after work. This was the process that was explained to me fromBPS. How does Tracker boats think this is acceptable? I will be going to Colorado Custom Marine to get the install done perfect!Bass Pro should be careful who they partner up with!!!

Charles had everything ready for me when I came in so it was a seamless and fast drop off. Kept me updated along the way. Mechanic Allen did a great job. Really appreciate it guys

I first got to know these guys when I had a question about a boat I purchased used (never owned one before) and didnt buy it from them. On a Sunday when everyone else was closed they were there and happily enlightened me with my dilemma. Will definitely use them again with configence for any of my boating needs. 5 stars!!

Bass pro is a great place to find camping, hunting and sports gear, lots of varieties and decent prices on most items, lots of mounted animals for the kids to look at and a huge fish tank with big fish including a sturgeon, old fashioned shooting range ( game) upstairs and a set up archery range if you buy a bow. And a nice restaurant.

I love going here for they have most everything I need for the great outdoors but my favorite thing is during Christmas they have a santa land that I take my kids to so they can do activities and see Santa.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. Went in to buy a boat and salesmen didnt even know the correct pricing. Then on top of that all trailers were damaged so couldnt buy a boat if I wanted to. And after the convo on the phone earlier I arrived after a hour drive to be told they couldnt sell me anything because it was Sunday anyways. What a joke.

Dont waste your time or money on these guys. They had my boat for several weeks at the end of last Summer, charged me almost $600 to replace spark plugs, fuel filter and a $200 part. Took it out and it still died at idle, stranding my wife on a boat dock. Called them, and the service writer said they couldnt work on it until September 20th, so I asked for her manager. He told me no problem, bring it in next Monday, so dropped it off. Well, she called Tuesday morning and told me they dont work on anything over 20 years old (its 23), and I told her they worked on it last Fall. She said shes just telling me their policy, so I told her Id pick it up. I asked for the Service Mgr when I got there, and she said hes on vacation (how convenient for them). Im trying to give them a no star rating; otherwise, Ill have to grudgingly give them one star.Update: Took the boat to Best Marine in Wheatridge-they did great work. They undid what Bass Pro screwed up, including a spark plug wire that was disconnected, corrected to original problems. It runs great now.

Tried to purchase a pontoon boat from the store every thing went well the staff were friendly and helpful then when the approval went through for the purchase the price on the boat was changed completely from what was advertised and what I was told I explained it to there financial department all they had to say to me was I did not know were I got my figures from but its were it is and we cant do anything about it. Will not return to bass pro. I was told that there financial department was owned by bass pro and they were asking me were I got the numbers on the boat, from you guys.

With the correct amount of money they will give you items.
