One of those big name shops did a sloppy job. My vehicle didn’t handle correctly. When I went back they wanted to quote me for something else that was already serviced prior. I got fed up with their poor workmanship and not pleased with getting nickel and dime.I took my truck to ProImport. The technicians looked over my truck and found several issues. They were able to diagnose the problems. Mostly the service repairs that the big name shops was done so poorly. My vehicle was not safe to drive. ProImport corrected all the issues and my vehicle drives and handles.When I went back to the big name shop. They blamed it on poor roads, my driving habits, vehicle design flaw, excuses and denial. I really don’t think they know what they are doing. They even recommended I get an alignment on my solid rear axle. When it’s clearly their poor workmanship with poor quality parts that they poorly installed. No apology, no refund, no parts replacement. They’ve lot my business. I’m done dealing with them and how they treat their customers.

This team is truly amazing! They did an exceptional job installing a tow hitch & very a complicated wiring system to get my car prepared for towing. Also Dennis was so patient and did a wonderful job explaining necessary information. Thanks gentlemen!

I have a fairly heavily modified old BMW I race scca autocross with and daily drive. Most shops dont like doing custom alignment specifications but Dennis and everyone at Pro Import were very understanding and happy to help. Got my car back after their alignment and it drives better than ever! I cannot reccomend Pro Import more!

Paid them for a car alignment and they did not do it, told them to check it, they checked it and still did not fix it and wanted to charge me extra, not just that asked for a manager/owner whoever was there said he was the owner and he dont want to deal with me again and he will close our account, there was no customer service at all, i sent them so many cars for alignment and he was rude after all that. not just thatthey inspected a vehicle for a customer of mine and they told him everything is fine, after customer purchased it check engine came on, called warranty to take care of it, they called pro import and they started lying and saying there was engine problem (they did not mention anything wrong with the car when they inspected the car) the warranty did not cover anything because of their lies. (car had a sensor issue and pro import belived it was engine damage, while it was just a sensor and the vehicle running perfect), no customer service, liars and rude with customers and with businesses.No, there was no codes cleared, and there was no engine problem but if you were good enough you would know it was just a module need to be replaced, you wasted everyone time for not doing proper inspection.second, we take all our cars and when no alignment can be done we take what you recommend so we can do alignment and if there is something wrong with any car it wouldnt pass alignment anywhere. you are just greedy for money, and the reason why you closed the account because we returned so many cars to you that should be free of charge because you did not do you job properly.

Ive used Pro Import since around the time they opened (8 years ago maybe?). I recommend them to all of my friends. They always offer fair rates, most of which are posted. They advise you of recommended repairs, but dont push unneeded upcharges.They tend to be busy, so same-day service isnt always possible, but their time estimates (when they can take your car, when it will be done) are always spot-on, and they will call if anything changes.

I brought my 240sx to be worked on and Jimmy (owner) and his partner Dennis has been nothing but professional and reliable during some chaotic times. Jimmy, has been a man of his word when it came to getting my car repaired and in working condition. I had MANY idling and electrical issues with my car as it was giving me a check engine light and was not giving me the power needed when accelerating. They have replaced my front fender, painted, detailed, and replaced my corner light and radio bezel.This shop and the team that works there are passionate about there work and there craft. Im glad I chose to take my Infiniti to Pro Import. I had a weird engine problem and they stuck with it, taking the car out twice on test drives and running a bunch of diagnostics until they were able to replicate the problem. It was a simple software issue that got fixed quickly and without them trying to do any unnecessary stuff just for the money. Theyre honest, reliable, and nice to deal with.

Excellent service, I just sat in the shop while they did an oil change and diagnostic check of my car. The check was completely free and thorough and they gave me an honest assessment of the services I should consider having done in the future and their costs, but didnt con me into thinking I had to do them right then and there. No high balling or deception here, very up front about costs and practicality, even for something as simple as the oil change they offered me cheaper alternative oils to what I usually use, when other shops have always loved saying I need the more expensive stuff for my car to run.Only critique I have is that I hope in the future (or at least for the duration of this pandemic) that they mandate the employees wear masks inside the customer service area. Most of them did, but a few wanted to talk to me without a mask on up close, which Im not very comfortable with right now. Im not so much a stickler I think they should wear it in the garage too if they dont want to, but at least around customers it would be a courtesy. Im not striking a star though because when they realized my discomfort they immediately put their masks on, and the service was still fantastic. No need to hurt their metrics over what was most likely just a lapse in judgement due to being focused on their work, just a suggestion in the future as a matter of public health.

I came in from out of town and my AC went out in my Lexus. I called Pro Import and they got me in right away. They checked everything out and told me about the issue with my car that my own hometown mechanic never mentioned to me. Although I couldnt get the compressor today, they were able to get me some air which got me through my weekend inDenver. If I were to move here, Pro Import will be my go to for are repair. Upfront and honest with a sincere care for people and good customer service

Without getting too into detail, these guys work very quickly, ethically, and affordabley. My CRV had A/C issues before, and it doesnt now. This is going to be the go-to repair shop for me and anyone who asks for recommendations from me.

I recently started taking my vehicle here based on the reviews and I’m definitely not disappointed. My car started having a multitude of problems since this past summer. Steve made me feel comfortable right away and built great rapport. As a female customer who knows nothing about cars, other mechanics have tried to pull fast ones on me to make a quick buck. But Steve and his crew have been honest and take the time to explain what’s going on with my car. Recently, I had a major fix done to my car and a part broke in the process (this part was already brittle). Instead of charging me to get this other part fixed, which would’ve been costly, Steve fixed it free of charge to me and admitted it was their fault the part broke. I know I wouldn’t get this kind of service anywhere else. I even get a discount for working in the healthcare field! I’m happy I’ve found this shop and I’m definitely a customer for life. I think this will be my go to car maintenance place -- I went in for an oil change knowing I would need some additional maintenance (brakes etc) shortly after. They let me know exactly what would need to be done on my car, gave an honest assessment how much of a priority each thing was, and gave me a quote for next time. I went back to get the most urgent things done afterward and was offered a discount for returning. Service was completed quickly and everyone in the shop was very friendly and trustworthy.

Thank you guys so much for helping me with my 2003 acura tl i really cant express in words what it means to have a working car again .... Especially because this is my second car i didnt have one for years, i know pretty much no one out here that knows cars either. Being able to bring it in and get an honest review of the vehicles needs was huge because i purchased it being told certain things that later i wasnt sure about. This a shop that you can trust. My 2012 Honda needed the air conditioning recharged. A local Honda dealership told me that it needed $3600 in immediate repairs and maintenance. I took it ProImport for a second opinion. I got great advice and great service and saved $3500! I would not take my car anywhere else again.

Steve is great up front, very knowledgeable and wont try to rip you off. i brought my truck in the first time/ w a quote from another shop who said i needed quite a bit of work done. Steve took my truck in, had his guys check it out, and NONE of the work was needed that was told to me by the other shop. I have not taken my truck anywhere else since then. dropped it off, called me with a quote before starting, picked it up by end of business that same day. only met a few guys in the shop as at times they are up front and helping out, but they are all great here.

This is the most honest shop, with the best customer service Ive ever been to. They tell you exactly what needs to be done, and more importantly, what doesnt need to be done. Ive come in with assumptions that I needed work, only for them to tell me everything is fine when they easily could have taken me for hundreds of dollars. Steve at the front desk is incredibly kind. He explains everything the mechanics did, what should get checked again down the road, and has graciously eased my concerns when I have called in with questions about my car. Steve was very pleasant and helpful when I dropped my Honda off for a transmission service and coolant flush. He even gave me a discount for being a health professions student. Reasonable prices and great customer service, which can be hard to find in a mechanic sometimes! I will definitely be back.

This is the best auto repair experience I have ever had, hands down. Everything from trying to find the cheapest parts, to not charging for something they felt was minor (although any other place could have/would have charged), to just being super friendly and helpful and calling to check in....they know how to treat people. I have two imports and Ill never bring the cars anywhere else. Before leaving, I was asked if I had any questions and I said, Why are you guys so awesome? The response, I want to do a good job but also sleep at night. Cant beat that.

I was in a tight spot needing brake repairs and the guys at Pro Import jumped on it and had me out the door by the end of the day. Other mechanics I called were out another week before they could even take a look at my truck. Great service, good prices too. They even replaced as brake light bulb that was out - no charge. Ive been for a number of issues over the last month and a half and theyve been attentive and personable.WHENEVER the dealer down the street quotes you something insane, take it to Pro Import instead. The Honda dealer quoted me almost $2,000 to diagnose a anti-lock brake issue and their solution, by their own admission, MIGHT fix the problem. Pro Import resurfaced the rotors for 140 bucks and brake vibration stopped. Dont trust the dealer just because of the logo on their sign.

If I could a zero I would . Very nice friendly people at first. But when a problem occurs all hell broke loose.Short description of experience.Took my wifes car in to diagnose and fix all the problems she was having with her vehicle. She spoke with the owner of the shop via google messaging. He gave us a quote on total cost of dianotistics etc. Very polite. However, they partially fixed the problem. I dont know, about you but I would like a permanently fixed 100% . Not anything else. Which we paid for them to do. They were stumped of what the actual problem was since there was 2 different problems one with cooling and other with forced injection. By the way, the turbo charger was fully operational and working perfectly fine no damages whatsoever before bringing in the vehicle to them.So, not truly knowing what they actually fixed and did. Just going based off their word. They said the car was completed and done. They fixed the car that same day. Great!Follow up: within 24hours check engine light popped backup same error code but the over heating stopped great. But now still the problem with the issue with the other issue.They stated bring the car back in and we take care of it. But it was too late we drove the car around not knowing and causing more damaged to the vehcile .Theyre fully responsible and liable for internal damages to our vehicle and they wont admit fault nor fix they damage turbo we have now and who knows what other issues the car may have now, since this problem wasnt corrected in the first place.We now have a very exspensive paper weight sitting in front of our house for weeks and my wife doesnt have a vehicle to drive, for herself nor take the kids to school activities etc.Dont go here, very nice people. But they might not fully fix your problem with your car and cause major damage to it, and wont accept nor take ownership of it. Nor fix or remedy damages to further of the vehcile they have caused due to, not fully fixing the problem 100% in the first place. Instead they chose to guess and guessing got us where we are now. Without a vehicle, and thousands of dollars of damages to our vehicle.Find a better place. I know they have great reviews. But again theyre nice friendly talkers, but not great mechanics.If rather have a grumpy person speaking with me, and actually fix my problems with my vehcile, so my wife and family can enjoy life and not have to deal with the hear starting off so horrible, which they put us throguh and our well maintained vehcile weve cherished and taken care of for years.BEWARE and think twice and Stay away.

Im new to the area and with a Honda that has 183K miles on it, I cant risk my car being mishandled. Jimmy and his team at Pro Imports are AMAZING! Im one of those people who will research the problem online, read forums, and ask others around me before I go to a mechanic. I like to know what issues Im facing and ask the right questions. The guys at Pro Import didnt give me the feeling that they werent listening to me. They LISTENED, understood, performed above expectation, and really took care of me and my car. If there is less than one star then I would give these people. I brought my 2010 Mercedes to them for alignment they never did it right and they charge me $100 for alignment that they never did they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Stay away they act they know everything but they are the worst highly don’t recommend it. I’m reporting them to better business bureau.

A/C not working well. Made an appointment for the a/c service. Within a short time they found a leak and arranged to fix it the same day. Offered to show the defective part and everything. Took less time than quoted too. Great job.

These guys went above and beyond today - as they have before for me. My battery was dead - a battery they just put in a few months ago. Ive been here twice now with 2 different vehicles. Mechanic seems honest which is pretty rare. Would give it more stars but if I go there it means I have to spend money that I would rather not spend.

I needed a used car pre purchase inspection and these guys were great. I was coming up from the Springs and they were able to fit me in the same afternoon I called. I would definitely recommend this shop for an inspection.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I set up an appointment as well because of the great reviews only to be highly disappointed. They said my front rotors and pads were bad and I had brake fluid leaking. Just for this they quoted me over $800. That sounded high so I called elsewhere and the first place I called said they would do it for around $400 which is way more reasonable. Took my car in only to get a call back saying there is no leak (not surprising since Ive never seen anything leaking from my car) and that the front rotors are warped a little but the pads are fine. He also said there was no safety concern and I didnt have to replace them at all but if I did it would get rid of the shake (it shakes when I slow down). This place straight up tried to take advantage of me (easy target since Im a young woman who just moved here from out of state). I never wright reviews but Im writting this to warn others not to come here and possibly be victimized as well. Thanks

Steve did a great job with my 2009 Honda Accord. The car had quite a few problems - several oil leaks, a break fluid leak, and other maintenance issues. It was diagnosed quickly, fixed quickly, and the price was very reasonable.He clearly is an expert, and Ill be taking my car there every time.

What an amazing experience. The dealer said I had a problem with my lower ball joint and the control arm needed to be replaced. I wanted a 2nd opinion and came to Pro Import Denver. Steve at the front desk was super friendly and Nate (Nathan) the Acura specialist found out it was just some dried out bushings. He greased them up, it took 10 minutes. When I asked what I owed they refused to let me pay them since it wasnt any big deal and only took 10 minutes. Well they have earned my return business and Ive already referred some friends who are looking for car repairs.

As another reviewer mentioned, these guys went door to door selling a coupon book for a bunch of oil changes or so for $60 (among other coupons for their services). I decided to give it a shot. Jimmy and his crew honored all the coupons and I havent take either of our cars anywhere else since (its been a couple years now). Great service, straight up recommendations (they tell me if somethings not serious enough to worry about), they will price match within reason, and are fast and reliable.

We had someone come to our door with a coupon when we first bought our hose six years ago. Seemed like we made our money back on oil changes alone so we went with it. Well weve never gone back. Jimmy and the guys are the best. Ive always felt like I can trust them and they always do a great job. Plus I get to go next door tot eh brewery while they do everything and they bring the keys to me when theyre done. I recommend the Superpower IPA.

Ive been going to Pro Import for regular service on my Subaru Legacy for 3 or 4 years. There arent enough good things to say about this shop: the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly (they specifically take time to explain issues in terms you understand); the prices are incredibly fair; the service times themselves are always reasonable; most importantly of all, the work stands the test of time.When I moved into my new house (which, instead of being 5-7 minutes away, is now 20-25 minutes away) my choice was a no-brainer: Pro Import will continue to be my service shop, no matter the distance. I trust these folks 100% and highly recommend their business.

We stumbled upon Pro Imports a little over a year ago. We have an Acura TSX and were having trouble with the air conditioner. I took the TSX into a air conditioning repair shop, that wanted to charge us $375.00 for a diagnostic fee, since theyd have to take apart the dash board and put dye in they lines to located the problem. That was a steep diagnostic fee, on top of repairs, so I opted to I look around and found Pro Imports. I explained the issued, they got me in and diagnosed and found that it was a rubber gasket that needed to be replaced. They charged me $2.40 for the part, installed it and sent me on my way. As you can imagine, I was shocked and so grateful I didnt agree to the other company to complete the repairs. I would have paid 300 times more than I needed to.Over the course of the last year, since the replacement of that gasket, periodically, Pro Imports would call and check in on us to see how the TSX was running. Which we thought was great Customer Service.After this occurance, we also bought an Acura MDX and took it to the mountains over Labor Day weekend. We ran into some problems and had to have our MDX towed to Pro Imports. The next morning, Steve called and got our car diagnosed and repaired before the end of business.During the pick up of our MDX, we decided to drop off our TSX again to get some additional repairs priced and looked at. Again today, Steve called with diagnosis and cost and we didnt even bat an eye at the cost. Both of our vehicles will be maintained and reliable thanks to our trusty mechanics. All to often you find mechanics that will over charge you and take several days to get your vehicle back to you. Not Pro Imports! This is my shop that I fix all my cars at. Pro Import fixes everything and at an affordable price. They are honest with what needs to be fixed.

Came here almost 2 years ago and and had timing belt, radiator, and water pump replaced. In the last 3 months car started squealing like it was a belt. When I called Steve he said bring it in. They replaced timing belt as it was under warranty 36 months or 36000 miles. Car was I. Shop maybe 4 hours. I will continue to bring my Lexus here.

Very informative and they explained well about the issues on my vehicle and what they would check to resolve the problems and would give me a call to inform what the cost would before starting any repairs. I like that! Also the place was very clean and smoke free😀

My wifes GMC truck broke down at the Denver airport, and it was towed here. The mechanics were friendly, professional, and honest. They kept in constant communication with me about what they were doing to the truck. Eventually, they determined that it would need a new engine. They had done almost $800 worth of work on it, but graciously waived that cost because they didnt feel right about charging me that much for a truck that wouldnt work. Then, they waived the storage fee (normally $20 a night) for three or four days until I could get a friend to tow it away for me. I was very happy with the service and respect they showed throughout the entire process.

I recommend the guys at Pro Import Denver > > over the dealership locate in Denver (Mile High Acura, sucks). Super honest about your service options, which is difficult to find in the world of car repair. I will be using them from here out for repairs on my Acura instead of going to the dealership

These guys do great work. I bought a 2015 Honda EX-L from the auction that needed a new engine installed. I ordered from LKQ and had the engine delivered. Very reasonable rates, no horrendous markup on their parts like you get with a dealership and they gave printouts of all diagnoses, the alignment, and parts so everything about the bill was very thorough with no surprises. I picked up a temp registration from the DMV and drove it home!
