I took my tire here with a nail in it to get checked out, the female on reception took a quick look and said that can’t be repaired. Without looking at the tread depth she then told me that I needed to get two tires because they should match.Well, I just got it repaired by Tire Plus and just saved myself over $350. The nail was well within the repairable Zone.Beware!

My rear shocks had failed me right when I was hitching up my trailer for a family camping trip. I called around and no one could see me until a week + out. To even complicate it even more the parts I needed were on back order with limited supply in the metro area.I partnered with Adam at Pep Boys off Parker Rd who was able to get me in this morning. He helped me call and track down parts in town. At the end of the day I provided the parts and Adam and his team were able to install 2 new air ride shocks and was in and out in just over an hour.Great customer service and even though it was not my local Pep Boys, it was well worth the extra drive. This pepboys is amazing and by far one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a shop. They went above and beyond to help me and explain everything that was wrong with my car. They provided all the pricing upfront so I had no surprise expenses. Everyone was amazing, friendly, and had great customer service. Chris S was one of the best mechanics Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. He even adjusted my suspension to compensate for all the tools I carry. 10/10 highly recommended

Hats off to these guys! Ive had an ongoing A/C problem and we have had to replace a few things along the way. It stopped working the other day. So long story short I went back to them and asked for some assistance with a diagnosis. The customer service Aneco provided was text book on how to handle a situation such as mine. They did figure it out luckily it was just a fuse. The main thing that impressed me is they stood by their work and saw the repair through and were prepared to stand by their warranty if necessary. This is precisely the reason I take my car to reputable shops. I have some repairs I am going to be doing soon and will be returning. Thanks guys for going the extra mile to provide great service!

This Pep boys store is the very best in customer Service. Im in a wheelchair and have a mobility van so its difficult to find a ride home when I need to leave my van for work. I live 1 mile away and they take me home and drive my van back to get it serviced. These are the most polite guys ever and their work is fantastic too. A special thank you to Michael..🤗

Yo. Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. Not only did they break my car, but they couldn’t even make it right. Just don’t it.EDIT: I am STILL in the process of fixing my car due to the negligence and incompetence of this store- I went in for new tires and an alignment. They broke all 4 sensors on my tires and my alignment was so bad that the steering wheel was almost upside down. I had to pay 480$ to fix the sensors, which I was forced to take to the dealership, which still aren’t fixed cause apparently no one knows how to fix Suzuki’s. I had to repay for the alignment to be done again and the ones who fixed it said the front driver side was off by an entire quarter. My alignment was fixed but my light is still on for my TPMS and it’s a month later. I will never ever go to another pep boys and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there either. The damage they caused is irreversible apparently and now I am stuck with a blinking light and no tire sensors. Thanks a lot !!!!!!

Hadda come here thanks to a pot hole slashing my tire, and the guys that work here were all super helpful!! Update: a few weeks after posting the below review the manager called and asked if I could come in so they could honor the $50 coupon.Original post:When I walked in the customer service seemed decent.As I was paying I remembered I had my coupon, my payment went through and the person ringing me up said it was too inconvenient to apply the coupon. This was a $50 coupon off of the $430 service (the promo was the reason I tried Pep Boys). The cashier told me I have to go online and get a rebate but he wasnt going to apply the coupon.5 days later Im still trying to figure out if Ill get the rebate which is a completely different offer than the coupon. Getting the run around still.Pretty disappointed with in-person service and online. Hope the quality of my brakes are better than the quality of service offered.

Price was fair, service not so good, forgot to do the wheel alignment, so they had the vehicle longer than quoted, and didnt call when finished, lol they texted us after we picked up the vehicle to say it was done, take somewhere else

Went in today for a standard oil change and ended up needing a battery replacement too. First of all the employees were so friendly and honest but as a bonus, they also helped me find a coupon online to help with the unexpected extra charges. Was also in and out in about an hour and change. Highly recommend this location!

The guy who helped me was nice but this shops not very good. I had new tires bought from Amazon put on here. I asked them to see if I needed an alignment and when they called me to tell me my car was done they said they hadn’t looked and wouldn’t be able too that day. Ok no biggie. Then I notice a tire air valve was missing, again not a huge deal. The biggest problem was that they had my new tires aired up to the mid forties, as high as 48 psi. It says right on the tire it’s rated for no higher than 44 and my car calls for 33psi. So pretty disappointing experience. Hopefully they fix they’re issues.

After Firestone told me I didn’t have an appointment (although I gave them an appointment confirmation number proving I did) I quickly scheduled an appointment. They got me in same day. They completed the headlight wiring repair I needed, and even ran a complimentary battery and started test. The technicians were very courteous, professional and got me in and out quickly. I will definitely make the drive across town to visit this location again in the future for repairs.

The worst experience I ever had. I waited over an hour for an oil change. I get there on time for my appointment and there were no technicians in duty yet. Then they didnt have a filter for my car and the guy had to go get one. I was quoted $19.99 before I made my appointment and was charged $32.02. And on top of all that they guy didnt put a liner to cover my floor mat and now I have a big oily footprint on my car mat. Totally unprofessional and Ron didnt seem to care at all. Unbelievable!!!

We had a nail in our tire that could not be repaired we had a brand new spare and they offered to put it on for us at NO charge so my husband wouldnt have to jack the truck up and do it himself. Not a great experience with this Pep Boys location. I brought my truck in to get tires replaced based on a warranty I had purchased last year. I got a flat and was hoping the tire could be repaired, but I ended up needing to purchase 2 new tires, and I learned they dont carry tires at their location. Seemed bizarre to me, but I know its a new location so I figured, alright they need time to get stock in, no big deal. I was able to leave my truck there and didnt have to sit and wait while they got the tires brought in from another store.So, I dropped my truck off at 11am and went about my day running errands. However, it took them 2 hours just to call and tell me that my warrantied tires were discontinued and offer me another tire option, at which point they said it would take a couple more hours to actually replace the tires. So I was expecting the truck to be done around 3pm, maybe 4pm at the latest. I didnt receive a call until 8pm saying that my truck was done! I let them know I didnt realized it would take 9 hours to replace only TWO tires on my truck, and I would need to wait to pick it up until the next day. They said Oh, its actually been done for quite a few hours now, there was a mix up and no one called you when it was finished. Not impressed!And then, when I went back to the store to pick up my truck and pay, they had just thrown my spare tire in my truck bed! I literally had to ask them directly to put my spare back under the truck where it gets stored. Their excuse? Oh, well your old tire was in the truck bed, so we just threw the spare back there. Yeah, my old tire was back there because I got a flat and it didnt make sense to mount the tire back under the truck when I was taking it to get repaired the next day... Overall, staff was friendly enough but no common sense and not great customer service. Will be visiting a different location in the future.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. I thought I was going to get a great experience the guy at the front desk was nice and helpful on the first day that I went into the store. However, it all went downhill fast after that. I left my car there all day to get new brakes and tires put on my car, which was completed and available to be picked up at the end of the day. However, after I left the store and went straight home to park my car in the driveway, the next day I woke up to a completely flat tire. I gave them a call and they said, well good thing your tires have a warranty, we can get it taken care of for no additional cost, and because of this inconvenience we will give you a free tow. My girlfriend then sat at the house for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck to arrive. When the car got looked at, the mechanic called and said the tire had not been sealed properly or it was a defective tire, but it has been replaced and fixed now. With that said I went in to pick up the car at the end of the work day hoping to get 5% off my bill. However, the manager said to me I gave you a free tow which is worth $50 and that’s all I can do. I am sorry, but the car should have never needed a tow, so yes you should pay for the tow, but I should also have received additional support for the troubles. I then proceeded to call their corporate number where I wasted more time that I will never get back to talk to two different people and get 2 different call backs, to only receive what I originally asked for which was 5%. Oh and I have to go back into the store for a 4th time in order to get the money because they wont just refund my card. Going to this place was more of a headache than anything else. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have had tires worked on for my other cars at Discount Tire on Evans, which I would highly recommend, I only went here as a one stop shop for brakes and tires, but its worth getting your car taken care of at reliable stores even if it requires two seperate days/appointments at different places.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received at an automotive repair facility. The sales man behind the counter wouldn’t listen to me when I told him I needed all terrain style tires and talked down to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I have over 10yrs experience in the automotive repair field. I only came to this facility because the vehicle is a work car and is fleet maintained and it was an emergency. We needed a tire due to a large tear in the side wall. After having them put 4 new tires on. We left only to have the tire pressure sensor light come on. We returned the next Monday to have them fix it and was told their equipment was to out dated and could not reset the sensor and we would now have to take it to a dealership to have them fix this issue. If this was not a fleet vehicle I would be even more furious. This is ridiculous I know their tool can reset the sensor. Not to mention after I received my vehicle back from their little post work joyride my sons car seat was on the floor and his drink was spilled and on the other side of the car when I asked the technician that was driving what happened he denied it and offered to get me a rag so I could clean it up that was the straw that broke this camels back I can not stand being lied to. I will not return to any pep boys services I am also sending a recommendation to the manager of this fleet of over 200 vehicles that it never does business with pep boys again.

I just had a laughable experience here. Luckily I didnt have them do anything serious to my vehicle or else I wouldnt be laughing. The employee, Able, told me to he would take the vehicle around the block to test it. I went with him, and I am glad I did. Able was driving recklessly, 20 miles over the speed limit, not using his signals, and muttering some nonsense that I couldnt understand. I told him to take it easy. He had a very very thick accent and I literally had no idea what he was saying. He took my vehicle back to the shop and he started pointing at various areas of the vehicle muttering more gibberish. At this point I started video taping because I thought it was ridiculous and a bit funny. Then after waiting around for 15 minutes, what looked like a manager came up to me and said they cant help me with my issue because it is too big of a deal. So glad they didnt actually do anything to my vehicle or else I feel I could have been set further back. Pep boys customer service, do yourselves a favor and hire better employees.

Called to get a new light switch put in my truck. Guy asked me to come by at 2pm Thursday. Took off work early, sat in some traffic only to find out whoever took my appointment never wrote it down and I had to reschedule again. I really needed to take care of this today. Not this weekend. Would give 0 stars if possible. I had made an appointment the night before for 8am, I received a confirmation email and everything. After driving over and telling the man working the desk that I was here for my appointment, he told me they didnt have record of any appointment for me. When I pulled up the confirmation email and read off the store number, he stated that I was at the correct store but there was no appointment for me. Instead of helping me, or apologizing for the mix-up, or providing any kind of customer service, he proceeded to ask my boyfriend and I how we were liking the snow (I have Florida plates). He then said that people move here and complain about the snow, I tell them they can always just move back to wherever they moved from (it should be noted that we didnt complain about snow, he just saw an opportunity to be a jerk and took it). Needless to say I describe the customer service here as awful, I mean, who even says that out of nowhere to a customer?? I ended up taking my car to the Pep Boys on Mississippi where I had a far better experience.

Went here after having horrible experiences with 3 Firestone locations. found this Pep-boys near my home and i must say im happy i checked it out and didnt return to Firestone just because i have their credit card. The Employee Aneco was so helpful and so polite i felt comfortable leaving Rhonda(My Honda) in his care. I knew they were busy and backed up since lets admit all car service shops are the same way. so i just went about my day and got a call when my car was ready. i got to the shop and Aneco was as polite as when i dropped of my car and more. he had worked on the initial problem and then went beyond to make sure Rhonda was good in all areas. i must say that we left happy and will be making this Pep-boys my togo service shop. Rhonda is driving GREAT!!!

Made an appointment for 2, get there early, and the first guy I see acts like he can’t do work or something... he gestures to the guy in the back wearing white. He comes over and asks me what I want... I have an appointment but I guess they haven’t checked to see if new appointments were in... he takes my info again after I placed it online and tells me there’s about a 20 minute wait because everyone’s at lunch... okay late lunch but okay. 10 minutes go by and the guy in white asks the other guy that I initially talk to to see if he wants to change my oil. He says his backs been hurting and he didn’t sleep last night... another 20 minutes go by and my car is still in the parking lot and I’m just sitting here watching a guy listen to Russian radio and another eat.... so annoyed by the service if you want to call it that.

Ive never had a basic car service turn into such a cluster. I set an appointment for an alignment inspection and tire rotation. I dropped the 2013 4runner with 50,000 miles off and came back an hour later. I come back and am told I need an alignment. Fine, not today, please rotate the tires. Mechanic has to change bays to go from alignment to tire rotation. Flies out of the garage backwards in such a ridiculous manner that the other mechanic that works there makes a comment he needs to be more careful with customer cars. I AGREE! Ridiculous. Im told I need a new battery. Funny bc Ive never ever had a problem with the battery or a symptom that would indicate an issue. I knew he had left my car on not running because my phone was hooked to the bluetooth in the car while I was in the waiting room. Why my car needs to be turned on for an alignment check or tire rotation, I have no idea. Very likely he intentionally drained my battery to get me to pay for a new one. Cant prove it but extremely likely. Car is dead so he has to jump it. Jumps it, pulls it in to rotate the tires. Im waiting and nothing is happening, walk into the garage to figure out what happened and hes eating lunch along with all the other people who work there. He somehow loses my lug key. Cant find it anywhere so he cant pull my tires. He decides to start trying other lug keys around the shop..... By this time, Im at 2 hours so I have to leave and tell him to abort mission. Has to jump car again to get it out of garage. Gets it out, walks away with my keys. Meanwhile, customers are waiting in the waiting room to talk to someone and everyone who works there is sitting in the garage watching TV eating their lunch. Literally people are waiting in the break room for a half hour and no one had spoken with them because they are all on a union break. A basic tire rotation turned into them wasting 2 hours of my time, draining my battery, losing my property and not rotating my tires. Would not get work done here if it was free. No way will they ever touch my car again.

Got a flat today and had no spare. Had my car towed here (only place nearby open on a Sunday). They quickly diagnosed the problem (a screw) and gave me a temp solution so I could get my car home for no cost. Very helpful, gave me exactly what I needed. Now I can get tires in my neighborhood. Great experience here despite my bad day.

Spent $1,000 on new brakes up front, master cylinder, etc. Continue to have problems. Every time I take it in the kid working there makes it worse. Why he was screwing with my leaf springs I have no idea.Last time when I got home popped the hood just in case.1) My oil filler cap was sitting on the radiator. Lucky I didnt have an oil issue or the cap wasnt lost during the trip home. Or while that kid was driving it around.2) my oil dip-stick was halfway removed.Why is he messing with the oil cap/dip stick, leaf springs & did nothing to fix my brakes.Been coming to this Just Brakes for two decades. Cant trust them anymore.

Went to take my sons car in after he hit a curb. Was told it was a lower control arm and steering knuckle and told us it was going to be about $2000 for the part. Went out and found same parts for about $350 and had a friend fix it since it was cheaper. Went back to get alignment then they told us it was UPPER control arm. Pep boys was dishonest with us and am glad we didnt give them our money.

They put in a new battery in my Nissan Xterra and exactly 1 week later my vehicle died in the middle of a very busy intersection at rush hour. It came to be that the battery cable came completely unclamped. They also failed to replace a very corroded terminal as well as clamp down my battery. My old battery had brackets holding it down and for some reason when they replaced the battery they failed to reattach the bracket it so that every time I hit a bump they battery was bumped around as it was not secure. I called them and they could not have cared less. I also emailed the manager 5 days ago and no word back to date whatsoever. Needless to say I will never utilize this company and will make sure that everyone I come into contact knows what a horrible job they do. Thankfully a mechanic that worked just down the road at another car garage came out to my vehicle and fixed it right there for me and then was able to get me into his shop that evening all while just charging me for parts and not labor.

I had an awful experience at this pep boys. I have never in my life been spoken down to the way that THREE of their employees spoke to me. When I came back to my car there was a piece of my seat completely torn off, which sucks but doesnt even come close frustration of the rudeness of the employees and their disregard for professionalism. Will never go back to this location.

Called the day before I came in to make an appointment to get a new tire. When I arrived, I learned that they dont carry tires in that shop and Id have to wait until someone could drive my tire over. The whole process took almost 3 hours. Would have been nice if they had told me they dont carry tires or better yet, they could have had the tire we talked about in the phone brought over before the appointment. They were understaffed that day so I tried to be understanding, but it was still a frustrating experience. At least Forrest Gump was on in the waiting room...

I have never had a better experience with my vehicle. I came in a panic barely an hour before closing because I had a gash in one of my tires - Micheal and Merardo were so helpful and relaxed! They didnt have the best tires in stock, and said they could order all-weather tires overnight that were even buy 3 get 1 free. When Merardo put my donut on for me, he showed me the wear on my tires and offered to also do an alignment for me when I came back. The next day my replacement and alignment went great, and I got to meet Ron and Aneco who were just as friendly and helpful...I just cant say enough good things about these guys. And my car is driving like a dream - Thank you!!

I chose the $149.00 special that was on the wall, when all was said and done, I paid $224.71. I was told that I needed rear brakes also and calipers. I saw an ad at Brakes Plus on Buckley and Illiff, so I decided to go with them. I am writing this from there because they said that I didnt need rear brakes and the calipers are perfect. In fact I have 70% left on the rear brake pads! I will be contacting the BBB and if my mail in rebate doesnt happen I will be contacting the Attorney General of Colorado, since I happen to know someone who is a higher up there.I am disappointed and very upset that you are not honest! Dont do business with these thieves anymore, I wont be.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I pulled in with a flat tire that would not hold air only to be refused. When I left to get air into the tire to try and get to another Pep boys the tire was shredded and I was forced to pay a tow truck to take my car home and to get to the shop to replace the tire at a later date

I bought 4 new tires from them last November and noticed a few weeks ago that one of them had a nail near the sidewall. I went back to this location to see if they could repair the tire and not only did they fix situation, they did not charge me for it.

Made an appointment and I get there just to be told I don’t have an appointment in the system. Then the guy says they can’t do repair cause tire is too old but tire is actually very new with lots of tread. Lazy and woolen there just don’t wanna work.

I went in for a oil change and bulb replacement.I made an appointment yesterday and when I came in they said they had no record although I showed them the email confirmation.I came back the next day they ordered they didn’t order the bulb like they said they would.Over a span of 3 hours they sent the wrong bulb over twice and then he tried to tell me the bulb cost $135 when his co worked showed it to me for $99.99 needless to say I’ll never spend my money here again
