1st time ever I come here, to pick up a dash panel that I founded online and paid online. I paid almost exact half of the price compared to hundreds of the competitors. I could not be more happy. Customer service she was very good and people in the back warehouse were also awesome. Thanks to those whom helped me.

Worst experience ever. Sent me a disgusting looking engine that had more miles than originally quoted. Took me going down there, rather than them contacting me that it was there. When I get there, the whole thing is covered in oil and soot. Never even rinsed. Corrosion everywhere. Looked like it came out of a flood vehicle. They try to remedy it by sending me another engine. I get a rental car to hold me over for another week. Now it’s taking 2 weeks to ship an engine the same distance. Total BS. Poor customer service. They’ve done nothing to help me. I will NEVER buy from LKQ or Keystone again.[EDIT]Just wanted to add to this. So they had shipped me a second engine. They failed to tell me this particular engine that I agreed to, still was in the car, and would take 5 days to even put it on a truck. So when it arrived, I was going to have to wait until after the holiday to have it delivered (I needed to install the engine over the holiday weekend). I ended up coordinating with the freight company to pick it up myself at their freight center. When I get the engine home, I did a compression check before putting the engine in the car. The engine had fair compression in ONLY one out of four cylinders. The other 3 cylinders couldn’t even muster up 75psi (this engine has 10.6:1 compression from the factory). Needless to say, this engine didn’t go in my car either.I will say they gave me my money back without any struggle or fight. But trying to get an engine through them was a nightmare (since I, like most, was trying to work on a deadline). I actually went out the same day that I did the compression test, and reluctantly bought a brand new car (lease).I finally had a chance to rebuild my original engine, and wish I just gone this route from the start. It cost less and took less time.Thanks for nothing LKQ.

Zero stars. Worst consumer experience in my life to date. Bought an engine with a parts and labor warranty. The rear main leaked profusely within 700 miles. They did not honor the labor warranty and wanted me to pull the transmission to prove it was the rear main only to pay $40 in parts to drop the oil pan and change the oil seal. The unethical practices of the business representatives show how low the moral bar is set.

I had a tail light sent to my residence via UPS. It arrived on time, what I was most impressed by was how well it was packaged for a used car part. New items that I order on line dont come as well packaged. On the top of box their was a sticker that said LKQ proud and the name Kerry written on it. Im assuming that is who packaged my light. I just want to say thanks for caring about your job Kerry and if you package all their parts this way they are damage lucky to have you

They have the worst customer service. they rush to sell you parts but not willing to help you return and help you find a working part. scam scam scam. check the picture below to see how long they had me wait to get my part exchanged. if there was a zero rating, that is what i would rate them as. do not waste your time with this company.

I buy parts here all the time. What you have to know is this: There customer service is well slow at best. Their protocols make it where after you order your parts your going to have to wait in line, process & pay for the order & then drive around the block to pick up your parts. Some times you can walk down to the end of the building & get your parts if they have been paid for & pre ordered. This still requires you to make two trips.What I like best about this place is they usually offer you really good replacement parts @ a fair price. You can always pull your own parts & get the cheapest price by doing so, but if they pull the part you pay about 30-45% more for the item.They also have really good deal on tools, supplies, etc for your shop that you wont find cheaper anywhere.Robert T.

They said they have the part i need and gave us a reference number to give them when we got there. Drove 3 hours to pick up the part because they wouldnt ship it and when we got there they supposedly sold it. Then they said they have another one but it would take them 24 hours to pull it out because they dont like being rushed. A part that took me 5 minutes to pull out takes them 24 hours. I think there just a bunch of lazy A-holes

We at 360 Degrees of Perfection in Arvada have to go here all the time being in the Automotive Industry. They are great to work with, experienced, knowledgeable, and they always answer the phone. Deliveries are almost always on time unless they run into a problem.

I have always bought here but lately there is a person called Angel who always takes care of bad character he is in customer service, he never respects prices whenever I come it is the same he has you waiting for a long time he does not have the charisma to serve people . Angel shouldnt be there.
