Nationwide Auto Transport has provided me an excellent service. They had provided me a competitive quote and never increased the price. They were able to find a transported the very same day and my vehicle was picked up the next day, and was delivered from Colorado to New Jersey 3 days earlier than promised. The support team always picked up my phone and answered my queries. My vehicle had been delivered in an excellent condition. I will do business with them again, if I get a chance!

If you care about your vehicle, use another carrier. We used them recently and our vehicle was returned with a busted tail light and grease all over the interior ( pic was taken after we cleaned it ourselves ). The driver didnt speak english and didnt allow my wife to add any notes to the bill of lading and now both GNC Transporting and Nationwide Auto Transport do not reply to emails or phone calls. This is after Ive used them 4 times in the past year for cross country moves. I have spent a total of $4,800 with them in one year and they do not seem to care about my business enough to reply.

I had began booking about three weeks prior to my move from Colorado to California. I decided to start early in order to be certain that everything went smoothly especially since I had not shipped a vehicle before. I was quoted one price and 3 days before my move date, Nationwide called to state that “the driver is charging this price now” (+$130 more that the advertised quotation I had expected), then 1 day prior to our big move, I received a call from the driver that his truck broke down and would not be ready for my shipment that weekend. This is where Nationwide was able to regain my trust. They let me know that they had lucked out and secured another driver/company to pick up my car on the original timeline for the same price I had committed to (they knocked my price down from +$130 down to +$70). I agreed and the guys picked me up the next day with no issues. I would suggest being aware that packing your vehicle with excess weight could cost you more money due to the third-party trucking company’s policies (Amrion Auto Transport). At delivery though, we had some more issues with the driver only giving me a 55 minute heads up that he would be arriving. I was about that far away from my delivery location at the time he called, so that was problematic and stressful. He also was unable to deliver to my exact address and had trouble finding a good location to unload my vehicle even though they had my information and address (on a large main road) well in advance. Thankfully, a family member was able to be there for the drop off and I am happy to say that my vehicle is safe and sound back in my possession with seemingly no new damage. Overall, I have had a pretty good experience and I would consider using Nationwide again as long as they didn’t up charge me from the original quote.

The communication was absolutely awful. The vehicle did not come as promised. I was treated poorly by multiple representatives. My car was filthy both inside and out from the driver bringing in melted snow and road slush into the cars interior, including all seats, center console and dash. I would understand if it was on the floor mats only but it was the entire inside of the car. I was given no contract or paper work from the actual carrier and was at their mercy and had no clue where my car was for 5 days or if it would even show up. When I called nationwide they told me I need to contact the carrier direct and they were only a wholesaler and couldnt help me. On top of that, they misquoted my cost by 25%. Please dont believe anything they tell you!!!!!

We contacted NAT because we were moving and needed to get our 2011 car from Tucson to California. We didnt want to add wear and tear. After speaking to a few people who have used NAT, we know they wouldnt be the cheapest but the quote was guaranteed. The quote was reasonable and the pick up window suited us. Because we moved to a remote area, they had to move the car onto a smaller truck. Since our daughter had to sign for the delivery in California, the driver was happy to work around her schedule. The entire transaction was pleasant and we will use Nationwide in future.

First of all, I was given a price of $810 to transport my vehicle. After waiting close to 48 hours, I STARTED calling them asking what was going on. Each time the promised to return my call in 3 hrs with more information. Finally at around 10PM they called and said they would be charging over $1,300 but would be happy to deliver my vehicle. (this is after the courtesy period had expired and was now paying lot fees...)With no remorse, they stuck to their price and I declined their offer, I should not have attempted to work with them. I had an $895 quote from another company I had used in the past and should have paid the extra as in the long run it would have been much cheaper If I could give a zero, I would!!!

Recently had to ship a car for the first time. It was quite stressful at first as I didnt understand all the terms and what is a good rate. The car arrived with no damage, which is the best case scenario. There was oil all over the vehicle, however. I didnt report because I wasnt confident the conversation would go anywhere with the customer service team. The issue I had was with their scheduling and customer care. They arrived a day early to pick up and delivered the car a day earlier than scheduled. The issue was, we werent set to arrive at the destination until the following day - which was the scheduled delivery day. I was told I needed to send money asap or the driver was leaving with my car. I thought the experience was a bit unprofessional considering they missed the target delivery day. I was unable to inspect the car until after I paid. I probably wouldnt use them again.

Ive recently moved and sold off some unused/unwanted items on eBay. Nationwide and team have been so pleasant and helpful in getting items packaged and shipped. I can not recommend this local business enough and I will continue to support them for all of my package/notary/mailbox needs!

Who knew there were so many complications in shipping a car? I didnt. This was my first time and the first company doubled the rate when I changed the delivery location by less than ten miles. A colleague said I should use NAT, which I then did. They were very professional. The consultant was very honest about how their pricing worked and arranged a collection for two days later. The day after my plane landed in Florida, I met the driver who then signed the car over to me. There were no surprises, other than their professional service.

Moved my car from Denver to DC. Worst experience I have ever had for moving a car. This company hires tow companies that will differ from your original contract. For example, my original contract stated that it was door-to-door delivery. This was not the case with the tow company and Nationwide Auto Transportation didnt care. The incompetent manager Jay repeatedly blamed me saying that I shouldve used a different tow company which makes no sense since youre paying a company for that exact service. That was just the tip of the iceberg but I wont go on a rant.Basically, if youre using this company be very aware with both contracts of Nationwide Auto and whatever tow company they give you.

NAT is a good car transport service. They communicate effectively and are reliable in my experience. I would use them again.
