Denver Auto Body & Paint the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with, family like atmosphere, extremely honest and fair, and I give them my highest recommendation.
Brought our car here after an accident and they did great work. The time for completing the work took longer than I was originally told, but that could have been an error on the insurance side of things. They were even able to get us in after our original claim had closed to do a complementary check in our AC unit to see if the reason it wasnt working was related to the accident and wasnt caught the first time. The staff were very nice and helpful. After I told the receptionist that my wife was pregnant, she said that she could give her a ride to a nearby coffee shop while she waited for the work to get done!

I dropped by to see if they could reattach my car door handle that came off one morning. They got me in the next day and completed the project in less than an hour. But, this isnt the only reason Im giving 5 stars. The entire staff I came in contact with were professional, kind, funny and nice. I brought my car in this morning to see about fixing some damage to the bumper. Ray was an incredible help! He explained how I could work with my insurance in order to get my car fixed properly and efficiently. He also explained exactly what would be required to get my car looking brand new again. Ray was professional, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this company.
No stress bodyshop. I have been there for bodywork about 8 times and every time the staff and owners treat me like family. The service costs have always been in line or lower than I have previously experienced in the Metro area. My vehicles have always been repaired promptly and correctly. Next time you need auto body repair don’t waste Allstate’s money, or your deductible somewhere else. Give Nationwide or Geiko’s business to the local guy who provides a great service to the LOCAL community.

I recently was in a fender bender and had to go to a shop that was approved by the responsible parties insurance. I landed on this place and am SO happy I did! The people here are very friendly and honest with their answers. Ramine was who helped me and was great! I had questions about my car that were not related to the side door fix, and they were happy to help me and give me honest advice about how to fix it (even if it didnt benefit them financially) I am so happy I went here and will be recommending all of my friends and family here that need assistance!

My daughter was treated with so much disrespect at this establishment. I am so upset at the way the men treated her including laughing at her for trying to get an estimate. They belittled her and told her it was insignificant damage. It does not matter the level of damage. It is never right to be belittling or disrespectful. She is young so they treated her poorly including telling her how pretty she is. Are you kidding me? Do men like this still exist??? I would never do business with a place like this as a woman. And as a man, I would not do business with them due to how they treat women including your daughters, wives, sisters, mothers and girlfriends. This is unacceptable and I hope the business owner rectifies this immediately. The men should be fired.

Excellent customer service and quality of work. I can honestly say I think the paint matches better on the bumper than from factory. They have some of the best techs around and Nicole at the front and Ramin my estimator were very helpful and ensured a fast turn around. I feel like this is an industry with some shady actors and DAB definitely isn’t one. They do everything right the first time and are very honest about doing what they said they would do.
What an awesome crew they have here. Brought my car in for a quote, appointment only I believe just a heads up. I had a super honest quote and a detailed description of whats going on. Subaru appears to be the specialty vehicle here also for repairs so the knowledge was there. After 8 working days I had a what felt like a brand new car. The paint is PHENOMENAL, beautifully blended pearl white. My mechanical issues are gone and the new body parts are all tightly fitted into place. I was given a 10% discount because I payed out of pocket instead of going through insurance, didnt have to do that but it was very kind. Also gave me a $100 credit off my bill for LYFT fares because they didnt have any loaners available, the hail storm did some damage, the credit was very appreciated also. And the best part is my final price is about 400 dollars cheaper than the original quote. Seriously thank you to the team at Denver Auto Body. I hope I never have to visit you again, but if something happens I know who to bring my vehicle to. THANK YOU

Over the years I have had four or five instances of service from them, and each time every single aspect of service was excellent. Specifically, their quality of work is top notch. Although they are a very busy shop, they always seem to accommodate me when I am in a rush. I chose Denver Auto Body due to the manager Ramin’s response to customer reviews. He not only cares about the product his company delivers, but the clientele as well. When my truck was involved in a hit and run I had to select a shop to repair the damage. Most shops in Denver were backed up and couldn’t take on any additional vehicles, so my choices were limited. Denver Auto Body was able to get my truck in quick due to the fact that the building is an old dealership with ample room for cars on the second floor. More importantly, my vehicle was safely secured inside the building on the second floor away from the elements and bystanders. My vehicle was repaired in a sensible amount of time and the quality far surpassed my expectations. If I could I would give Denver Auto Body more stars, but yelp only allows 5. I would have happily given this company a perfect score with one huge exception. His name is Jeremy. He calls himself the manager. I have been a business owner and manager multiple times with huge success for one reason. . Customer relationships! $5.00- to $5,000,000,000, without customers there is no need for rude or arrogant leadership. My bill was $13,310. I was treated like dirt, like he was annoyed by being busy. If it werent for the REAL customer service representative, Nikki, and one AMAZING GENTLEMAN by the name of Ramine, I cant say Id ever go back. With Jeremy leading this business, I strongly recommend avoiding dealing with HIM.Also, they do not deal with credit cards or cash. That was a quote from this so called manager.My car does look amazing. But, other than financial, at a huge emotional price.
I had a great experience with Denver Auto Body and I highly recommend them for both the quality of their work and for their excellent customer service. My car was caught in this years hail storm and they made EVERYTHING so easy for me- they worked with my insurance company and my car rental company and made it seamless for me. Nicole at the front desk kept me apprised of all updates and Armando and Jeremy coordinated all repairs, PLUS, noticed that my car battery was low and replaced that for me at cost. I had noticed that my car was having trouble turning over but had forgotten. When I picked up my car I thought I was picking up a brand new vehicle- the quality of the work far exceeded my expectations, and to my surprise, the interior wasnt just fully cleaned, it looked like it had been professionally detailed! I had no idea that there were companies still out there like this one. The work was truly excellent- which I had expected from their reputation. I just didnt realize that they would go the extra mile- constantly- to make it simple for me and to provide all the extras. Theyre awesome.
Wonderful customer service: one day recently I was one headlight out and unable to get anyone to help me install it quickly. I got the most wonderful service from the service manager and will definitely be going back to get a permanent solution to the problem - replacing cracked lenses and front end damage. Denver Auto Body & Paint brought my car back to life after sustaining major hail damage in a recent storm. Major here is hundreds of dents...on an older car, it would have been totaled. The shop kept me posted every step of the way during the repair, including working the insurance company to make sure the job was done right. The car looks brand new, and I am truly grateful for their professionalism and quality. From a detail oriented guy, I am amazed at the results.
I had an unfriendly conversation with their manager Ashley in which I questioned some of what she told me, but also recognize this shop as one that is technically exceptionally skillful. So I took some extra steps to let the owners know I didnt appreciate that phone call, her service and demeanor specifically... they explained to me she was relatively new, they were still training her, and there is a lot to learn in this industry. They then promptly offered me a form of service recovery, a complimentary detail and clean! That shows they care about their clients on a very personal level, and want every client to feel valued. As far as the work goes, how well they fixed my truck, timeliness, technical experience, Ray the estimator, and his interventions with my insurance company... all top notch and safe to say I would recommend this shop as a first choice for auto body work..
I have been to multiple body shops in my days, but none like this one. They are very professional while being very understanding and courteous to you when you are at a not so good place with car damage! The manager walked me through everything that needed to be done, and did it with sympathy and kindness. Jeremy never over promises but every time the work far exceeds my expectation. So for this I will say that they are my one stop shop for something as a minor as a scratch or major car damage. I would highly recommend Denver Auto Body & Paint.

I have worked with Denver Auto Body on 3 different occasions for automotive repairs. They are very good at what they do, super friendly staff, and professional environment. My vehicle looks brand new upon pickup and turn around is very quick. Would recommend them to everyone.
I had a great experience. Jerimes quote was right on the money when they finished the job. They even managed to match my factory metallic paint really well. You would have to look really hard to even know the portion of my door they painted didnt come that way from the factory. Nicole at the front desk was helpful and polite. Quick turnaround! I dropped my truck off on a Monday morning and had it back by Wednesday afternoon. So far, so good!
State Farm sends them my repair order and goes so far as to have my vehicle towed to their location. After the vehicle arrives, the snippy front desk woman informs me that it will be over two weeks before I can get a real appointment. Apparently the State Farm appointment actually meant nothing, even though they are supposedly a preferred State Farm body shop. To top it off, she tells me I cant even leave the vehicle on their premises, even after it had already been towed there, and was basically undrivable. Quite simply put, this place sucks. They have no concept of customer service. Even if you have to fix your car yourself, stay away from this place. I guess its better to find some things out sooner rather than later. In hindsight, I am actually relieved I did not entrust my vehicle to them for major repairs. It sure was an aggravating way to find out, though. What a mess!!

I have actually been to Denver Auto Body and Paint multiple times. Not only are they extremely efficient, but kept me in the loop with every step along the way. Nobody wants to be without transportation and their assistance with getting a rental was smooth and easy. Making the whole process very seamless. They are a full body shop and know what they are doing. My truck looked great, and I was very satisfied. No better place to go in Denver.
Customer service was excellent. The work they did was flawless.I was rear ended by a Lyft driver in a snow storm. I was afraid my car wouldnt look the same afterward but Denver Auto Body made it look better than how it was prior.Hopefully I wont have future repairs from someone hitting me but if I do, I will return.
They came recommended by insurance agent. However, theyre work initially wasnt up to par. I pointed it out and they remedied immediately. Overall, work was excellent and quick. Highly recommend them. They did a great job repairing my BMW and I really appreciated Joses advocacy with the insurance company to insure that I got the appropriate OEM parts to repair it to manufacturer specs. Not all repair shops go to those lengths to protect the customers best interests.
I brought my 2011, BMW, 1 series to Denver Auto Body after my car was struck in a hit-and-run. The service I received was excellent and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was handled properly with my insurance company. You can tell a lot about an auto repair shop by the cleanliness of the workspace. It’s obvious from taking a look in their garage that the crew at Denver Auto Body is serious about delivering a high caliber of repairs for their clients and takes pride in their workplace. After several months I noticed an inconspicuous area where the paint was not quite right. I brought the issue to DAB’s attention and they handled the no-cost follow-up repair like professionals, renting me a car to use while mine was in the shop. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. The prices seemed fair and their workmanship and customer service are top notch!

The people that work here are highly unprofessional and if I would have known that ahead of time my husband and I would have gone elsewhere with our business. Apart from them being unprofessional the communication skills they have with each other and with their customers is really poor as well. My husband and I were recently in a wreck due to someone’s negligent driving and Iam 7 months pregnant. It was very traumatic experience and Iam still in recovery from it. And instead of being able to recover with a piece of mind in good faith that this auto body shop would do their jobs and make sure that our vehicle is safe for myself, my husband, and our unborn child we have been given nothing but issues, Misinformation and disrespect. The secretary that works at this establishment said that our car repairs would only be our fender and our side mirror that gets replaced. It didn’t make sense to us that those would only be the things that would be getting fixed. We were sure that there was definitely more damage to the car then what she stated so we thought that maybe they didn’t look thoroughly enough and would rather be safe then sorry and take our business elsewhere and get it checked out to see if another shop would take a look at the car and see if it would be the same thing. So my husband wrote an honest review on here and gave them the rating he felt they deserved. With that being said he got very negative feedback about his honesty from the owner or an employee that works there and was belittled. We were just now informed through a google review response that we in fact had many more damages then what the secretary stated .My husband was also told that he shouldn’t care about the prices because it wasn’t coming directly out of our pocket and that the insurance company was paying for it. And my husband was also told that he was done a favor. So basically we should just be grateful. He was also told by the owner or employee or who ever responded that it seemed like to him we wanted to keep the money instead of getting our car repaired. How dare this person tell us what our intentions are. when our main priority and concern is making sure that the car is looked at properly For our own safety. That’s all we wanted was to make sure things were being done properly. But due to misinformation we were given from their secretary we get disrespected and talked down upon? If we feel like we are not getting the proper estimate or attention we feel like our vehicle needs then we have every right to take our business elsewhere. Whether the money is coming directly out of our pocket or the insurance company’s we are still owed the same proper care and treatment as anyone. Bottom line is at the end of the day you people are getting paid for your work and still have a job to do. Don’t act like you’re doing anyone a favor when this is your job. We were never once told that it would be difficult to fix the model of car we have due to the lack of parts. Because if we would have known how difficult it was for the shop to help us we would have went elsewhere to someone who was capable. No one at this auto body shop has a good standing friendship with my mother in law as far as I’m concerned. I know that An employee that works at your shop down the street from my mother in law goes in from time to time to purchase things from the store she works at and it just so happened to be the right timing when he stated he worked in this auto body shop. The people at this auto body shop have poor customer service and a very low level of professionalism and that is why we will be taking our business elsewhere. The employee that reached out to my husband after he left his review also stated that if we really only cared about keeping the insurance money my husband should have stated that instead of waisting time and making the auto body shop look bad. But in my opinion he made his own auto body shop look bad by the ill way he spoke to my husband and by the way attempted to insult my husband and belittle him.
DO NOT GO HERE! Started off very polite. Then came the delays. Then my insurance stops paying for the rental. So I ask the body shop to pick up the cost of the rental. They agree. Then more delays. Then Jeremy explains to me how they are ahead of schedule and denies that they ever have me earlier delivery estimates. Then he hangs up on me. Then I show up to get the vehicle and he charged me $200 more than they quoted over the phone 1 hour earlier. But there is nothing I can do because they have my car keys.
I recently had a terrible experience with Denver Auto Body. There are layers if disappointment. 1st I was told my car had a soft top issue so they kept my car an additional week charging insurance for a rental I didnt need..because they claimed they mixed my car up with a blue car (mine is tan). then I finally get my car back and they forgot to put a trim piece on it..so then waited weeks to have it installed to get it back installed incorrectly. I of course took pictures and they would not reinstall and they told me to leave. I am currently dealing with a lawyer and insurance and a new auto body shop to correct their miss.

Hands down the best auto body shop Ive ever had the experience of working with. From the work Nicole, the office manager does to Jeriome, the shop manager, to the customer service from the owner, Fred, this shop delivers some of the best customer service around. They were extremely timely in repairing the damages on my less than 30 days old brand new 4runner(returned several weeks before scheduled finish date). The car looks spotless in its work, was detailed better than it was when it was pulled off the dealers lot, and the attention to every single repair detail to the clear bra, new tires, doors, etc. Ive been talking about their service and work since the day they took my car in to work on it and through pick up today, theyve overdelivered. As long as I live in Denver I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you SO much for doing such great work to Betsy, getting her back to me so quickly, and for being an all around incredible local business.
They were great - they stayed a little late to get me the car since I was getting off of work, they were super personable and helpful even though I was late, and they did my car paintless even though they probably make more money by keeping it for weeks to repaint it. They are a class act, did great work, and detailed my car to boot; go here if you want good work done.
I wish I could give this place no stars. At the end of 2016 this body shop so haphazardly put my VW SUV back together that I had to have not one but two follow up appointments with a different body shop to have it fixed. Ultimately Denver Auto Body had to pay for it. Getting them to do this was absolutely painful; like pulling teeth. It took many, many phone calls, they gave me such a run-around, refused to follow up with me, and frequently blamed issues on my insurance company. For the record, the second body shop and several specialists deduced that Denver Auto Body actually did pretty decent structural work but then sealed it irresponsibly poorly. The repairs also took weeks. And weeks. And weeks. Just go elsewhere.
What a great place to take your car in for repairs, because their quality work is great, friendly staff, they work with most insurance companies, the repairs dont take forever so you get your car back in good timely manner, and you can ask them all the questions about your cars repair and theyll gladly answer them for you, so I am really happy with them and I highly recommend this body shop.I thank you Denver Auto Body for your great performance.
They take forever and their communication has been lacking and conflicting. They’ve had my car for a month.No updates. I finally call after a couple weeks and they say “oh actually the damage isn’t that bad. Should only be a week more or two at most.”Ok. Call back a week later and they say “yeah it got hit pretty hard. Probably gonna be another two weeks.”Well here we are a month in, not a single word, and my insurance rental expired 6 days ago.Awful, glacially slow service.
Went to get an estimate and got my car done in 24 hours, had great customer service, and a rent a car didnt take long. If anybody needs any service on your car I highly recomend going to this location.

My boyfriend recently took his Subaru STI here after hail damage and then a front end collision. He is loves his cars and is a very picky man when it comes to repairs. I can honestly say the car came out better than it was before. It took some time but all good things take some time. We are very pleased with how his car turned out.A couple months later my Porsche also suffered a front end collision and I immediately knew I was taking the vehicle to Denver Auto Body. WOW. I must say, I have never in my entire life spent the time to write a review but these men and woman deserve to be raved about. I got into an accident near their shop and had no choice but to go to them for our repairs. We didnt t have the best car insurance and they knew that we just moved to Colorado and were also in the middle of planning our wedding. Basically just LOTS going on, which Jose´ sympathized with. He gave us a small break as much as he could, but we knew that the labor and parts were going to be expensive. Long story short- we picked up our car and they went ABOVE and BEYOND with our car and helped us out SO much. I will recommend them to anyone. Jose is seriously a god sent.

Very horrible customer service. I paid them $625 worth of work on a Mazda 2009. They are very rude. Did not email me my receipt. I called back to get my receipt the gentleman told me i need to get my ass to the shop for a receipt when i was promised an email. They hung up on me. They are very rude! I own a business for 4 years and neve experienced horrible service. i will never recommend them!!
Denver Auto Body & Repair went above and beyond in the repair of my vehicle. I would recommend this company. The customer service was great and made my experience of car repair seem almost effortless.

These guys are seriously the best (Jerime-Manager, Nicole-front desk, Ramine-estimates). Ive had to use them on three occasions, and they go above and beyond on every occasion. Their quality of work is excellent, their communication is excellent, and they will do what it takes to make a customer happy. In a world (and especially an industry) where customer service is typically lacking, to put it mildly, DAB stands heads and shoulders above the rest. If you use any other shop, you are making a serious, serious mistake.
Awful body shop, full of excuses and terrible customer service. Took the shop 4 months to fix our truck. Owners son threatened to make me pay for the rental he agreed to cover if I didnt come pick up the vehicle that day (their shop is almost 2 hours from my house). If they agree to pay for your rental, get an agreement in writing.*updating to include photos of the interior of our vehicle, which is now very water damaged due to leaking roof caused by this body shop*
I promised a Yelp review, but this is simpler. 1/2 the cost, 1/4 of the time in the shop, and no bondo or paint match. A+. After the estimate appointment, it was in the shop the next day for Paintless Dent Repair and the PDR man did a fantastic job as I was told he would do. Picked up the truck and it was buffed at the area of damage to remove the surface scratches, totally wet waxed and the tires were wet treated. Absolutely outstanding effort by all parties involved. Thank you to Ashley, Ray, the PDR man and the wash bay man. One happy customer. May I add that I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, Denver Auto Body is first on my list, and the first I would recommend. Oh, and did I mention that the truck is absolutely Friggin Gorgeous.

Vehicle was returned to us with swirls in the paint, dirt in the clear coat, missing parts and damaged trim. It took multiple followup visits and they still missed things. Serious problems exist with their reassembly process and quality control. Ramin and Nicole were nice enough but it doesnt matter when the work being done is sub-par.

I purchased a used Honda S2000 with a few dents and scratches, and after about 3 weeks it looked brand new, like a car youd buy from a new car dealership. The staff was helpful in showing me what was fixed (dents) and how to take care of my new paint job.
Ive had to bring my vegicle to DBA a few times for various autobody work, and theyve always been great. The staff is attentive and communicative. They present everything upfront & do great work. They even buffed the fog off the headlights on my car free of charge. You could definitely do a lot worse with an autobody shop.
They priced up my hail damage so much my insurance company refused to pay. Labor on one fender cost more then replacing both with brand new ones. They didnt call or do anything except make up excuses why nothing was being done to my car. I had to take my car to another shop to get my car fixed, this place is garbage. I can see finished cars in their lot with orange peel on the bottom halfs of the cars. Also the ugly receptionist couldnt tell the truth to save her life, first the whole car was taken apart for an estimate, I picked it up later that day with nothing done. Then you need to come back so we get paid for the work/parts we did you didnt do anything except waist my time.
This was the worst experience at an auto shop I have ever had. We wanted an exterior paint job and body work done (rust repair) on a 1971 Super Beetle.The facts- plain and simple.Original quote: $3,936.99 and 5 monthsActual time and full paid amount: $6,552.56 and 19.5 monthsWe did ALL the sanding work, down to bare metal and got the quote from the shop with them able to inspect it in that condition so there were no hidden holes, rust, et cetera.The bad service:-My taillights are still white, on my original fenders, not on the new ones, and I was told they would be on the car prior to picking it up.-We removed all the lights, fenders, and trim pieces.-No one communicated with me at all through the entire process, I had to call and check and was lucky if someone even got back to me (usually around 2 weeks to call me back when the receptionist would say she would have the manager call me the next morning at the latest)-The windshield was broken upon removal within the first 4 months, and no replacement was purchased or made known to us until pickup of the VW.-The car was not taken care of while there, I went by once and it had been sitting on a flat (brand new tires/ valves) and leaking gas.-Upon pickup I requested to see the front trunk latch work (never latched before) and the office manager said it had been previously fit and we didnt need to see it. I requested again that we did in fact need to see it work. The office manager had one of the techs come over and begin fitting the latch. As we were inspecting the car, we saw the tech go and get a drill to bore into the metal to make the holes bigger. To me this means it was not previously fit. I was very upset upon this lie and the office manager denied taking a drill to the car at all in front of my mother, my fiancé, and me. He got so irate he threatened to call the cops on us and escort us off the property to the lobby.-I requested that we go over the bill, item by item and have it explained. (There were many shorthanded words that made it difficult to understand what was done on what part). The office manager said we could stand right there, in the garage, and go over the bill right there. I said no, I want to go over to the office and have you go through it with me, I have some questions and need some things clarified. He refused several times then finally went to the office with us.-He tried to charge us for bumper installation/ refurbish. My car did not have bumpers when I brought it down and will not have bumpers.-We loaded up the car, the carpets had been cut out, cut up, thrown in the back of the car, and are completely unusable now. As we were loading it up, the nice tech was bringing us parts he found in the shop. We are still finding parts that are missing.-The interior is brown, cream (original) and some spots have a black sealant sprayed on it. Example: drivers door jam is brown, the other is cream. (it looks like a calico cat on the inside now).For a professional shop, and a very small car, this is terrible service. We are displeased because of the lack of care shown to my car, respect shown to me, the time it took, how much more it was without first consulting me, the joke of a finished product, and the lack of organization.
After being the victim of a road-rage accident on I-25, the other drivers insurance company told me that if I used Denver Auto Body they would pay for 100% of the costs (tow, rental, and fix every damaged part of the car) without having to wait for an adjuster to come see my vehicle.I worked with Nicole mostly, who was very polite and helpful every time I called to check on anything. Remine (Sorry if I spelled his name wrong) was also VERY helpful in making sure every single little thing on the car was completely fixed to my liking.I picked up the car (for the first time) and there were 2 or 3 slight things that were not fixed, but it was the insurance companies fault (they did not include a few scrathces on the estimate). Denver auto body went out of their way to contact the insurance adjuster for me and authorize these fixes, they set me up in a rental, and made sure my car was fixed and I had transporation at all times.To sum it up, I could not have been happier with my experience at Denver Auto Body. Their work is meticulous and thorough, and they are very polite and professional. They took care of everything with me including a rental, and made sure it was all directly billed to the other guys insurance claim so literally all I had to do was be there to give the keys to the tow truck driver, get driven to Enterprise to get a rental, and pick up the car. This is a great company to work with and I will do all my future body work with them!!
