I cant say enough good things about this place - walked-in with a defective bolt, gentleman at the counter worked on it with files and dyes, fixed the issue! Will definitely be back

Our company has been using DBC for several years now for galvenized all-thread rod we use for bolting trees back together. Its the least expensive Ive seen and Ive never had a problem with my order. If they need to ship something in, its almost always at the store within 2 days. Would highly recommend them.

A bolt company that cant find the basic bolt Im looking for. Not the best customer service around. Employees seem like they hate their jobs. Unfortunately i will have to go to a dealership or spend my money with oreilly or autozone to guarantee a quality fit.

Place an sizable order for fasteners with Joel Garcia. Told me he would call me when the order was in. Probably 2 days. That was over a month ago. Went to store yesterday and they could not find the order. Not a whole lot effort was given looking for it either. Joel told me we would have to start over. Poor customer service!
