Visited the store, spoke with the Plumbing Manager about a bathtub issue (over flow and main drain replacement). He knew exactly the base kit needed, walked over to the kit section, pulled one out and discussed the parts in detail and other metal finish options.

“Manager” that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to help me with a receipt under my name. I asked several times for his name and the corporate office and he refused to give it. He finally gave me the number after I called several times. When I called corporate they said he should have been able to help me. Bad attitude!

Went in looking for a booster for a tankless water heater. Waited for someone to help me, but when someone came up and I started to explain what I needed, the phone rang and the employee picked up and started talking with the person on the phone without any indication that he would be back with me in a second. I turned around and left.

Summer in texas (100+ degrees), the fan goes out on the ac compressor. i ordered the fan motor off the net, but after installing it, realized that it had taken the capacitor with it when it blew. home depot did not have them in stock and would have to order it. ( a 12 dollar part) Lockes had them. there wasnt much for the kid behind the counter to do, i had the part number and the one that i took off. 60 dollars for a capacitor that is 10 to 15 all day long on the net @ supply centers. These people will rip you off. cheaper to put in a window unit from walmart, and wait 3 to four days for parts from the net.

Dont believe anything youre told over the phone, parts will not be ordered and prices quoted are not honored.
