Kenny was so helpful! He told us how to find the pricing and colors for things we were looking at. He made sure we could get our stuff as soon as we could. Kenny let me know that he would call me if he could get my item to me sooner than January. I didnt feel like I had to buy from them right away or at all.

Had a great sales woman (Joanna Gonzales) and they had a wide selection. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what i was looking for in one product but they did on another. Still fantastic service and not the pushy sales people like most places.

Today my family worked with a gentleman named Kenny. He was wonderful, patient with my toddlers, and informative while we looked for new beds and a new living room. Although they were obviously very short staffed, Kenny was still so polite even though our transaction took some time. We spent about 2 hours in the store from browsing to purchasing and I can’t say thank you enough to Kenny for being so nice and understanding towards my children while also dealing with a busy floor. We were sad to see that most furniture isn’t available until October but we purchased anyways and feel confident that Kenny gave us the best information and explanation regarding our purchases. Kenny is a great salesman and a kind person. This is our second time purchasing from rooms to go and we’re happy with our experience.

David was incredible and he working very hard (at one point he was carrying a chair through the showroom and still stopped to check on us) !!!! Answered all of our questions, dealt with our list of what we wanted and didn’t want and got us taken care of. Excellent work Sir! Relaxed atmosphere no pressure and helping people get what they want. Can’t wait to get the new stuff in our living room!!!

I would highly recommend working with Danny at this location. There was an issue with a delivery and Danny worked hard to make sure that the money spent did not go to waste. He is very knowledgeable and really listens to you and is there to help. Provided a great deal of professionalism and kindness. I would recommend Danny to anyone.

Edit 8/13/2021 - our order was paid in full with a delivery date confirmed on the receipt. When we received the order the mattress was missing and once we checked our order on the Rooms to Go website, we found that the mattress had only been ordered three days before the delivery date. We received no communication that the delivery date was being pushed back and when we tried to call Customer Service we were on hold for an hour before the call disconnected. We would’ve appreciated being notified that our order had been split into two different delivery dates (two weeks apart) sooner than the day of delivery. There was no email, no text, and no phone call regarding this change.Went in to buy a mattress and all the pieces, and walked out very satisfied. Eva was phenomenal and informative and helped us pick out the perfect set up. Knowledgeable about the different mattress types and was able to answer all of our questions. Very happy with the experience!

After being ignored at Ashley furniture and deciding to leave and check a new store out, I was warmly greeted at Rooms To Go by Ms. Eva! She was so nice and showed me a few couches before letting me look around on my own for a bit. When I came back to the couches she originally showed me, she came back over right away and asked what I thought of them as well as showing me the full functionality of each couch I was interested in (pull out bed, movable headrest etc.) Her hospitality and genuine care for her customers made me feel like I was making the right choice on such a big purchase. She spent a good amount of time making sure the couch I chose was exactly what I wanted and we even did a triple count to make sure the pieces I picked (modular couch) were the right sides for the armrests and chaise. It was quick and easy and I had my couch picked out and paid for in less than 30 minutes! Eva even talked me through the delivery process and the “guard it” care instructions and warranty. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and service!

Kenny was the sales men who help us with our purchase. He was awesome. He was not pushy. We came from New Mexico looking for a dining room table for my mother in law.

Im only giving a one star because theres not an option for no stars. I purchased a dining room set in January 2021. The table was finally delivered on April 29th and I was told the chairs were not going to be available for a few months. A few months later I was told the chairs were now pushed back to September. I asked if we could have a different set of chairs in the meantime and the sales associate Danny was able to get this approved. The store sent 4 different chairs but they were damaged and dirty. I reported this and asked that the store please proceed with getting me the original chairs that I ordered and PAID for back in January. A couple months later we were notified that the chairs were now not going to be available until the end of October! Today we received a call that the new expected date is now January....an entire year since we ordered and PAID for the dining set!I will say that Danny the sales associate did everything in his power to help us and Rooms To Go doesnt deserve him as an employee.This is our 1st and definitely LAST purchase from RoomsToGo!

New location of rooms Togo, great selection of furniture and accessories for your home. Different color and fabric choices. Staff was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a little hard to get to due to exit from i35 bit was worth a trip. Very clean and well organized. Definitely recommended for furniture etc. They also have rugs.

Bought a new recliner from Rooms To Go - Denton to replace our old worn-out recliner, which wed bought years ago from RTG as well. Since Id already confirmed that RTG Denton had the recliner in stock that we wanted, my entire time in the store took no more than a total of about 15 minutes. Danny Johns, the sales person that attended to us, was just terrific. RTGs two-man delivery crew delivered the new recliner to our house exactly as scheduled and on time, and assembly by us was a breeze. Whenever we look for new furniture for our home, Rooms To Go is the first place we check out.

The experience of shopping at Rooms to Go in Denton, TX was super pleasurable. We were greeted by a salesperson, David, who explained the R2G process and then let us browse at our leisure. He checked in with us occasionally, but did not pester or bother us. When we had questions, he answered them. We thought the prices were reasonable and we wound up purchasing several “rooms” from him.

I have purchased from Rooms To Go several times in the past 15 years. Each time I have been satisfied with my purchases. So when it came time for new living and bedroom furniture, I knew where I wanted to go. I shopped at the newer store in Denton, TX and Danny Johns was the sales associate who helped me. It was a very pleasant experience, as he was knowledgeable about the inventory and the pricing and was attentive without hovering. He patiently explained the financing, delivery and protection plans. He also helped with an order change the following day when I called him. Never any pressure or stress. I am a Rooms To Go patron for life and would highly recommend them, especially the Cindy Crawford collections.

We had visited another RTG store previously but decided to try again but at another location and I am so glad that we made that choice. We went in looking for a replacement mattress & knew the ones we wanted to look at. Danny helped us immediately once we walked in & directed us to the ones we had in mind. We went to see what the store had to offer and were greeted by a sales representative named Eva. She was a very attentive rep but also respectful enough to give us the space we needed to browse. I was thankful that she didnt hover over us but instead periodically came to check on us to see if we had any questions etc. She was not over bearing and very polite when we advised her we wanted to go check another store before we made our final decision. We did so and returned to make our purchase with her because of how informative and helpful she was when we first came.I wish the rating could be broken down by important factors such as price, service and selection. The service was 5 star and couldnt have been better, the selection was 4 star because there are limits even though you see so many options and then the price is 3 star because all the items prices can change depending on things like fabric, arms on end of sectional and so on.Over all we were pleased with our experience and would say that its worth checking out the options you have with the store.
