This is my second purchase from Sleep Experts. This purchase was for a great mattress to accommodate back problems. My boyfriend and I walked in without a clue on how to make our big first mattress purchase. We are so glad we walked in on the day Tessa was working. She was so gracious and knowledgeable and she answered all questions we had. And when we told her we had to give ourselves time to talk it over she was absolutely understanding and did not pressure us. We came back to Tessa a couple of weeks later to finalize our decision. She was just as cheerful as the first time we meet her. She helped informed us about the payment options and helped us make pillow choices and I honestly couldn’t have had a better mattress buying experience anywhere else! A great place to go for a mattress upgrade. Only advice I would give to anyone before walking in is - make sure you have a budget in mind and don’t make a fast decision. Though, I think that’s good advice anywhere you go for a big purchase.

I just had a phone conversation with a gentleman at the Sleep Experts Denton store....sad to say, it was the worst customer service conversation I have had in a long time. The man was short with me, acted distracted, forgot what I asked for, then tells me its been a long day. I repeat my request, he then tells me hes just had 3 customers prior to my call. I, again, tell him what I am looking for, he keeps talking over me, even arguing regarding what I want to purchase. Sadly, I had to tell him he was rude and not helping me at all and end the call. Never again.

No sales reps here; they are Sleep Guidance Counselors.They do a bed fitting which was helpful to get started. They didnt pressure us, and took the time to walk through ways to save us money.Lobos was very helpful. While he was working on the quote for our Goldie-Locks bed, we walked around and got into more expensive bed (Posturepedic) for funsies. And we fell absolutely in love!It really says something when a sales rep helps you purchase an excellent bed for a low and reasonable price. Honestly, Goldie would have been perfect for us, but we decided to splurge since I recently got a raise at work. I really respect that Lobos didnt try to direct us to the more expensive options!Also, there was a young growing couple there who didnt have much to spend, and Tessa worked to help them. I didnt see one customer treated like a dollar sign. This duo of sales reps are respectful and respectable. I think theyre more of sleeping guidance counselors than sales reps.Thanks guys!!

He spent the time to determine what type of sleepers we were and any areas of pain or discomfort we had. He made suggestions based on our feedback as to which beds he felt would be the best fit but was NEVER a pushy salesmen. He actually walked away several times to “give us space” to talk and try out the beds alone. Best sales experience we’ve had in a very longtime and I’m in sales.

I went into this store desperate for a new mattress. The one I had was killing me. I had been waking up cranky and stiff. Just totally outta wack and hurting every morning I woke up. Lobos the sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did some kinda test they had there that checks how your body forms to the mattress and gives recommendations. I tried just about every bed in there and had no doubt in my mind when I layed on the purple mattress that it was the one. They had special sales going on and worked with my budget on top of that. Lobos and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I left there with a mattress and a price that was gonna work for me. I didn’t expect for them to exceed my expectations as far as they did. I highly recommend anyone give these guys a chance to improve your sleep. Last thing I will say is... I am getting the best sleep I have ever had in my new purple mattress and I’ve had it a week now.
