My wife and I had a great experience shopping here! We went in with a budget, and Bill was very reapectful of it. Not showing us anything above our price range unless we asked about it. Bill was very knowledgeable about all the products, and we never felt pressured. When we showed up 30 minutes early not knowing when they opened, Bill saw us sitting in the car and waved us in.We ended up with a purple mattress and are enjoying it so far (about 5 months later).

Angeleena was very helpful, polite, and informative. She explained different options but we didn’t feel like she was pressuring us. She also greeted other customers while working with us so they felt like they weren’t being ignored since there were only two employees at the time. Our house is not done with construction yet but we needed a bed so we purchased and they are going to hold it until the house is finished which was great because that’s one less thing I have to worry about when I’m moving.

Bill helped us out and he was amazing! He tried to keep us in our budget, didn’t up-sale anything, and was very helpful and informative. We ended up choosing a Purple mattress, and we are so excited! Everyone was so friendly!

Great experience at the store. I needed a new mattress cover. The associate reviewed with me each type of cover, what each of them do and the cost. I was able to determine clearly which product would work for my bed and wallet.

I had an overall good experience, but I have one issue. There are three different delivery options and the lady that assisted me automatically charged me for the most expensive option without telling me. I only saw the charge when she printed my receipt. I wish she would have been more transparent about that charge and it hasn’t really settled right with me. Other than that, she was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great mattress!

This is the second time I have purchased a mattress at this location. I spoke with the manager over the phone earlier that day and she price-matched the same mattress that was cheaper at a different site. After I came in that evening the manager was no longer there and I ended up being helped by Thomas. He was super nice and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. He also helped me find a great deal as well saving me over 1000$ with promotions etc. My husband and I would come back just for him when we decide to get a new mattress for our guest room.

Merchandise is really overpriced!! I returned my mattress because I was really dissatisfied but I ended up paying a restocking fee and for the base that I did not wanted to keep, they’re making me pay over 400 dollars for returning the mattress this is so insane!! We visited the Denton location to test the Purple brand mattresses and Bill was a great help while we figured out which mattress suited us best and got us an amazing deal, even giving us enough to decide without pressuring us. Im a big advocate of online shopping but if you do shop in person, the service is great at this Mattress Firm.

I bought a mattress from Joe S. up at this location. He’s an expert on this stuff and the mattress we picked out a few weeks ago is the best we’ve ever used. I’ve never slept this well in my life. Plus Joe is just a super nice guy and very easy to get along with. If we get another bed anytime soon we will definitely come back to this location from now on.

My friend bought a mattress during the memorial day sale online and it was supposed to be shipped on the 20th of May. she waited around and never got a response tried to get a hold of them on the Internet. So I suggested that she called the Denton location. Within less than 5 minutes Gabriel fixed her problem in an instant had it shipped out of the Dallas warehouse and now will be here before June 3rd. Gabriel deserves a raise and tons of praise to say hes an angel is an understatement LOL. I highly suggest you get your next mattress from Gabriel.

We purchased my sons bed from here because he wanted an adjustable frame. The price was reasonable and the salesperson was friendly. However, when it came time to pick it up, it was a nightmare. No one called when it arrived at the store, I called-3×! Took hours for someone to get back to me and it was the following day we were able to pick it up- after I called, again. Worst customer service experience

Wow... So much to say about the terrible service received by Mattress Firm. My husband and I went to the Denton (Loop 288) location on July 3rd. We decided to go with the Purple mattress. Purple was having a sale online, so Mattress Firm said they would match it so we would purchase through them. Ok. Then they tell us that the paperwork would say it will take until August before we get the mattress, but it would be more like 3-5 days. Ok. We call today, not only did we find out that was a lie and it really will be August, but we even spoke to the same man (Gabe) who told us it would be much sooner. But the icing on the cake: We cancelled our order with Mattress Firm and they have the audacity to say we would be refunded our money in about 10 days. Are you kidding me?! So we pay you (a lot of!) money for a product we never get, we cancel the order because we still do not have the product as we were told, and you won’t give us our money for another 10 days?!

My husband and I went in looking for a new bed. Our daughter is getting bigger and we needed to upgrade her to a bigger bed. We spoke with a man named Mark and he was extremely helpful and very nice! We are happy about the customer service and the price, and our daughter is happy with her big girl bed! I would highly suggest going to him if you want a great bed at a great price!
