Ive had 3 vehicles done here, all having the solar ceramic tint put on. My latest venture included getting my 17 Accord outfitted with the whole package. Front and sunroof clear, front door windows 30%, and the rear two doors and back glass done in 5%. Outstanding products offered by true professionals. The ceramic tint Alta Mere offers is truly one of the best investments Ive ever made on my vehicles. All of the staff are extremely courteous and keep you informed the whole time. Got my windows tinted back in April 2018 from these guys. Three months later, the windows still look fantastic! No bubbles, no peeling. The guys at the shop were super friendly, no-nonsense, and were easy to work with. They were able to work around my busy schedule, and the price was good too!. The material used is high quality. Not only does it protect the kiddo in the back from harmful UV rays, but my black interior car doesnt feel like boiling lava when I get in it during the summer anymore! Definitely recommend to others, and will be bringing the other car here too.

They are in the same building as Barebones Auto Repair LLC. Ive sent an address update to Google, so I hope they fix it. I made an appointment to have my windows tinted, it took about 40 mins. They left both of my interior door panels wet. They did not not wipe them dry enough. Also told me not to roll my windows down for 3 - 5 days.

They do great work here. They stand behind their work. Tint has a lifetime warranty! I fully recommend the ceramic tint! I can notice a huge difference in how it blocks UV rays and keeps my vehicles cooler. I have had several vehicles tinted here! Get your windshields tinted too! They have to make it more or less clear by law but it makes a huge difference having that window tinted too! You will be grateful you did come summertime!

Jesse is beyond helpful, tinted my windows 2 years ago and did an inspection today.

A total NIGHTMARE!Took my car in for tint replacement. They had to redo almost every window on the car TWICE due to dirt and air bubbles under the tint, or the tint was simply misaligned. Even after doing it TWICE, there is STILL dirt and bubbles under the tint (see pic). They damaged/broke 3 defroster lines on the rear window(also shown in pic) They tore the weatherstripping on the driver side door, which they replaced, but did not reconnect the door speaker leaving a speaker wire loose that was shorting in the door. Almost damaged my entire sound system (1,100 watt aftermarket system) with that short. Also, the side window glass fell out of its track after they replaced the weather stripping around it (that had NEVER happened before they touched it). Finally spoke with the owner after returning for the 3rd time to have them fix their blunders, and this time they didnt want to even look at the dirt or air bubbles still trapped under my tint or talk about any of my ongoing issues with the window track, the stereo, or the 3 damaged defroster lines. I was offered some money to just go away, or a full refund IF they completely removed the tint from the car. After having the defroster lines damaged on their 2nd try, I decided to take them up on the partial refund and just leave this nightmare behind so as to not have them further damage my defroster lines or anything else on my car. The partial refund I got back was not enough to cover the cost to reinstall the window glass in its track, or the cost of re-tinting that window glass (when the glass came out of its track it ripped the tint). Im having to get used to having 3 defroster lines that no longer work, because it turns out you cant fix those without replacing the entire rear windshield with one that has all the defroster lines intact (and a new rear windshield would have to then be tinted, at my cost). The whole experience was abyssmal and cost me way more than it should have in both time and money. In the end, I spent more on repairing the damage they caused than what I paid for the tint.They are TERRIBLE! Owner was disrespectful, dismissive, and rude. You have been warned. Go somewhere else if you value quality tint installed by quality people who stand by their work.

These guys are amazing. I did my research before choosing a window tint company, these guys showed me their inventory and they only carry Llumar film, other shops that would show me had all kinds of different brands, no consistency. They got my tint done in less than an hour and it is top notch work. I am bringing my car back next week for paint protection film.

I recently bought a Mercedes Benz c250 and I have been wanting to get my windows tinted on it to reduce the heat and protect my inner leather from the sun. I went to Alta Mere to get them tinted accordingly and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half, and it didn’t even take 50 minutes which is exactly what I wanted. To be fast but a very well done job as well. The tinting looks amazing and I would definitely trust them with any other work . Iam very proud of my car and now I’m even more proud with this great tinting that Alta mere gave me. If they have any negative reviews I promise you they are most likely dumbfounded because my experience was great. ⭐️X10

The shop was organized and professional and the website makes it easy to book an appointment. The experience was quick and straight to the point and the results of the service I got were excellent. They did a great job on the tint. I was so impressed with the job they did on my wifes car, that I had them do my truck also. Looks great and it took about an hour.

They hydro dipped a hog skull for me and it came out beautiful. They were very attentive and kept me informed throughout the process and let me know when it was finished. I was so enthralled with their customer service that I brought my truck there and got the windows tinted as well. So far it looks like they did a good job on the window tinting.

This group of people are all about customer service! I got there and they were still a little behind so they just offered to come pick up my car the next day and bring it back to me at no charge instead of me having to come back. That is what I call doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy and I will refer them to Anyone who asks and some already have!

Took me in 15 minutes before my appointment, told me it would take 30 minutes, had me out in about 20 minutes. The tint is VERY well done, at a fair price. So well done, in fact, they told me not to lower the windows for 3 days, but in a reflex moment, I lowered the driver side about 2 hours after I got the car back from them, and it did not affect the tint at all. The staff is also incredibly friendly and patient (I had a lot of questions). Ill be using their services again in the future.

I recently had my windows tinted on Friday Sep. 20th. The window tint came out as expected and while I was at the shop, I was treated respectfully. My experience however quickly went down hill when it came time to leave. After paying Jessie I went outside to leave, and my car would not start. I went back inside and asked Jessie if they left my car on because the battery is now dead. Jessie informed me that they had left the power on so they could roll the windows up and down during the appointment, and that he could jump start my car. Jessie then informed me that they actually had to jump start my car to get it out of their bay after the appointment (I find it odd that I was not informed about this until after I had a problem). Jessie jump started my car and I went on my way. I attempted to recharge the battery on Saturday so I could avoid future issues. Come Sunday the battery was back to a level too low to start the car, so I unfortunately had to buy a new one. I called Alta Mere Automotive on Tuesday (since they are not open on Mondays) and was informed that Jessie was out sick and would have to call me back to deal with the issue. Jessie returned my call today (Sep. 26th) and informed me that if my battery could not last the length of the 30-45-minute appointment (I was there for slightly over an hour, not 30-45 minutes) then it was my fault because I must have brought them a dead battery. I explained to Jessie that I’m a reasonable person and understand that my car and its battery are not new (it’s a 2015 vehicle). However, before having my windows tinted I had zero battery issues, and that after bringing them my vehicle it required two jump starts within the hour appointment. I also informed Jessie that I didn’t even expect them to fully reimburse me the cost of the battery (since it was not brand new), but some form of compensation would be appreciated since I had no issues prior to my appointment. Jessie informed me that they are willing to take ownership of their mistakes, but this was not one and they would not be providing any form of compensation. While they may know how to apply a shaded film to a few windows, they definitely lack in their customer service and refuse to take responsibility of their actions.

I spoke with several shops before choosing Altamere to install a new sound system in my Mercedes CLK500. Jesse and his team understood the challenges inherent with this car and did a great job with the install. The system sounds great and looks like it was meant to be a part of the car. Would certainly recommend them!

I rarely make Google reviews but this is an exception. I took my new truck to have the front windows tinted. I arrived early, expecting to wait for my appointment time and they took me early which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The job looks great and the new tint matches the rear factory tint that came with the truck. Then they finished my truck in only 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend friends and family to have their windows tinted at Alta Mere Denton. Five star rating for sure. Thank you Alta Mere Denton for your great customer service! They are located in a low traffic area so if you have trouble locating them, keep looking, it’s worth it.

While I love barebones repair, I was really disappointed with this. My girlfriend purchased me remote start as a Christmas gift here. Per their recommendation they used my spare key for it, and it never really worked at all. I was now out my spare key (200 dollars) and sometimes my car wouldnt even unlock with the key button. Was told it would cost 75 dollars to remove the device, so I had to pay to get my car to work. My car was stolen 5 months later and i had the only key to the car, makes me think the spare key inside allowed them to drive the car but I have no idea. But I was very disappointed. I was thinking of tinting my windows here but now Im skepticalEdit: never reached out.
