I highly recommend Mavis tire and brakes on Range in Denham Springs..Candy out front is truly amazing, she goes above and beyond to take care of her customers..Richard (the bearded) who works front and back is pretty awesome too. He makes sure what needs to be done gets done..I wont purchase tires anywhere else.I suggest yall dont either..

They let me know my brake life was very low and easily accepted me telling them that my husband would do it. Great job guys!

I have to say this place is by far the only shop that Ive ever had nothing but good experiences with. Everything from their honesty, and attitude has been good to me and my family from the workers to the managers. They are honest, and true to their word, if you have any doubt they will offer you to take a look and show you first hand the issue. Very busy and for a good reason, book your appointment.

Kandi really helped me out with finding tires to match the right price I was looking for. She worked with me after a mistake had been made by someone else. She spent time and looked all over for the right tires. She was very sweet (both girls were amazing honestly), and helped me get set up for another day that worked for me.

This location is very busy, recommend making an appointment, especially on the weekend. Also recommend calling to confirm that they have the tires requested, even if the website says they have them in stock. Luckily they had the tires I needed. Candi and the other lady there, didnt get her name, but were courteous and professional, even though they were extremely busy. I was in and out in a little over an hour. This was my first time there, but highly recommend them. A+ service.

Took my vehicle to another auto shop who had changed my oil last time. They said they weren’t able to get the oil filter off without breaking the housing. I explained they had installed the filter. They said they didn’t have the right tool to remove the filter without breaking the housing. So i took it to Mavis in Denham Springs. They had no issue removing the oil filter. Very professional and very prompt service. I’ve used this location in the past for purchasing tires. I will be using them for oil changes and other items in the future. Thanks

This location is very busy, recommend making an appointment to save time. The computers were down when I arrived, but this wasn’t their fault (They were not able to work on any vehicles). They called me an hour after my appointment and started work immediately when I arrived. They have fair prices and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Called to get some tires mounted on some aftermarket rims. Was told that they cant and even repeated the question to the guy and he confirmed. What kind of tire company cant place tires on a set of rims just because they are not factory rims? Ive literally seen other mavis locations do it in person but was rejected at this location.

I may have had to wait a while but they are thorough and do their best to help the customer get only what they need. They are all very friendly and try to ensure that you are comfortable while waiting. They have free WiFi and have vending machines for drinks and snacks that only take cash.

My mother has always told me you dont pay for loyalty when doing business(i.e. cable, phone service, oil changes ect.)but to shop around for the most competitive price. Well today Mavis in Denham Springs made that an untrue statement. I have been going to them for my oil changes this year(which is a lot because I drive a lot for work) and so when my tire got punctured this week I of course I took it to Mavis. They not only gave me a great deal on the tires and mounting but also a customer LOYALTY DISCOUNT! My car was in out quickly today. Thank You Mavis for always having friendly customer service and doing a well job.

Every time I come to this location I receive great customer service and my car serviced as quickly as possible.

Went to have my tires installed from Amazon and they could not find the delivery that was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. However, since they could not find the delivery they provided a temporary solution and promised to provide all four tires that I had ordered 2 days from the expected delivery date and would handle all the Amazon discrepancies that happened in the background as if nothing happened.After a couple of days oh, I went in and that they installed all four of my brand new tires in a very timely fashion and had zero problems with the transaction. Very nice and courteous

RAVE!!! Big thank you to Richard at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Denham! Elderly family friend bought 2 tires last week but did not purchase road hazard. When leaving for a medical procedure on Tuesday morning, she realized one of the new tires was completely flat ... total mental meltdown commenced! I called Mavis and was told to bring it in and they would check it out. Turns out she had picked up a nail during her ONE outing over the weekend. Mavis patched the tire at no charge! But then, when the technician opened the driver door to move the car, the door handle fell off! She had already lost one handle a few weeks earlier and chose to not worry about it right now since it was a back door. But she couldn’t ignore the driver door handle! Richard told me if I could get new handles, he would fix both broken handles as well for no charge! Talk about make an elderly woman living on a fixed income happy! Makes my heart smile as well! Thanks again Richard and Mavis Tires & Brakes!
