I carry a 1k credit card here I went to ask about ps5. They act like it is a goverment secret and will not even speak of it! Instead they point to the sign on the door and shun you away I can guarantee I will be cancelling this card. Ill buy it off Amazon you lost a good customer Gamestop.

After Thanksgiving dinner and spending time with family, i wanted to get the Poke Ball for the switch for my kids. Called 4 stores, none had em. Called one more, this one. She said she had one more left! She set it aside for me! I got there, and they saw it, and I while others were asking them if they had any I was able to get it for my 11yo for his Christmas present to go along with the other pokemon game we got him. Thank you to this store for that! You guy ROCK!

Always a good experience here. Friendly staff, and much nicer of an environment than the Orange City store. Game selection isnt terrible. Sometimes they are out of games, but thats business. I cannot hold them against that. I love the store, love the people, and love gaming! :)

Was buying some games for my kids and their cousins to play. I dont know allot about video games. The guys in Gamestop were very knowledgeable and patient explaining Nintendos. Prices are a little cheaper at Wal-Mart, but sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes to find someone to help you there. Deltona Gamestop you pay a little extra for the service.

Nice staff but this is an odd GameStop and seems to have limited quantities of preowned accessories, especially for switch. It often feels like this location gets overwhelmed with stuff the other locations didn’t want or something. Why is there a tiny little area of Switch accessories but 7,492 notebooks and megablox sets? Who knows.

Line was long but the two gentlemen behind the counter were great. Fast, friendly, funny service. Great attitudes under such Xmas pressure.

Only allowing 5 people at a time in the small store. If you have a family of 4 or more, u should just order online.

This was my first time visiting this store, as I have recently become a new/first-time owner of a video game console. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff here! The assistant store leader greeted me immediately upon entering and was quick to show me around and explain all of the deals and specials they had going on. Then Seth, the Store Leader, spent almost an hour with me talking about everything from console evolution to gameplay to popular games and accessories, using both expertise and personal experience. He explained a lot to me, which helped to kind of introduce me to the world of gaming and give me a heads up on what to expect and look out for. He even printed up a couple pages of all of the new/upcoming games being released for the Xbox One so that I can check out what I might be most interested in! Super cool. This will be my “home” store for anything gaming-related for sure!

We come here alot for games, gifts and alot more! They always have what we are looking for. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpfull especially when it comes to questions or recommendations for console, games and other things. I know when I come here I’m in good hands. There are always Great deals on consoles and bundles too especially for the holidays and great trade in values for those old consoles and games! There are so much more than games here it’s great! Especially this one of a kind toys, and more!

Read the fine print! Sales are fake. Service wasnt good. Prices are high and their trade in service gives you pennies on the dollar compared to ebay.

The workers I have come to know well and are always so helpful they usually have a good stock I get what I want from there almost every time I go I dont go to any other gamestop.

Staff seemed unsure of policies and procedures from GameStop to ebgames as well as cross boarder in store credits as I am a Canadian shopping in the US. Got what I came for np as was a no brainer Xbox one console. Prefer my regular ebgames store however out of country ATM.

This GameStop is far and above one of the best ones in the state. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all things gaming. I love the launch events they put on and there is never a shortage of free giveaways during these events. I reventre had the pleasure of winning my first raffle during the launch event for Monster Hunter World. One thing in particular about this store that puts them above the rest is the owner/manager Chris who always has a smile and is never too busy to talk to you about current games and the next ones on the horizon. Store layout is excellent and easy to navigate and doesnt feel claustrophobic like some of the other GameStops Ive been to. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the Deltona area. 5 out of 5 Richiedelphia Suns. 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

My 4 year old needed to use the bathroom when I was there. Apparently their store policy is to refuse to let anyone use their bathroom and instead push their customers off to the neighboring McDonalds bathroom - Lame!
