Ordered a phone with my new plan. Then on October 17th we come in after speaking to an associate who said he would call me back never returned my call. Then I went up to the store and the doors were locked at least 35 minutes prior to stated closing time. Left a message on the phone about what happened and they called back. Came back on the 18th. One employee only in the store and have sat here for 30 minutes while waiting to get our phone. Service definitely needs improvement.
We went to the AT&T store on Howland Blvd. and was lucky enough to have Victor help us with the set- up for the IPhone 11 ProMax. Victor set up my phone, installed the updates and we were on our way. Victor is knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and very friendly. Thank you for having such an excellent employee working for you.
I had dropped my galaxy S9 in the toilet and had to get it replaced. Vicktor helped me go through the options of samsung phones, helped me get warranty on my phone, and walked me through the process of getting my plan upgraded to benefit me, which I wil be returning to him on Wednesday for. He also answered all my questions and he was overall very helpful. It was a pleasant visit!

Chris was beyond amazing! We walked in frustrated because we could not get our third phone ordered and activated after two weeks of trying. Chris took the time to try every avenue. Went in today to pick up a iPhone 12 pro max switching from t mobile. Alpheus was up and ready to help as soon as I stepped in the door. With help from Alpheus and Allen I was able to walk out happy with better service and great customer service! Att rocks!

The guy didnt want to help us, he was too busy listening to his music. I was told to go to any Att store to replace my sim for Free but he told us he have to charge a fee to replace it. Waste of my time!
DO NOT BELIEVE THIS STORE! I have been with ATT for over 10 years. However this store has been my end. We went to get a phone for my husband. They were having a promotion for buy one get one free with a new phone line. No problem add a new line ? To my 7 I have already? Sure my kid needs a phone number too. What was not explained was if you don’t have unlimited data with this promotion they charge you for two phones and the new line. They also told us that yes both new phone would be on the bill for up to 3 months but then credited back. Nope that was just long enough to have them decline all adjustments. I am so disappointed with this company. Manager would not help and gave us the email address for the owner. Hey Ryan?? Did you get the five emails we have sent? Nope? Huh!! That’s odd we sent them and guess what? No reply. Do not do busy here!
Was in on Saturday, due to SPRINT IN ORANGE CITY completely misleading us on a plan that was not correct at all!!!! I will say after walking into AT&T on Elkcam I was very pleased with the service, I must say BEST I have had in a long time. They explained in every detail what to expect on my bill. This to me, is a huge plus, because a lot of sales places will just tell you what you want to hear, not this store they completely made sure my husband and I knew what to expect so no surprises on the bill! I am very pleased with Holly, Greg, Jameson?, and Terry. I hope I got all the names of the employees right, sorry if I didnt, but Great job guys, this is what keeps customers happy and you sure helped us and we are greatly appreciative of that!

First I called the store to see if it was still open, and received an answer from Larry who offered me a positive welcoming vibe. Once I was there I received a warm welcome from Greg and Jamison who even offered me a bottle of water! Overall, the service was excellent and comfortable.

Just got back from my visit at this AT&T store and was very pleased with the sales associate in particular that was assisting me; I believe his name was Eric. I showed up 10 minutes before closing, which in itself is a little rude, but Eric didnt seem to mind at all. I ended up keeping him there for 15 minutes past closing between my questions and his input on which phone might be best for me. The entire process was very low-pressure and he seemed non-biased, which is a rare combination for a salesman. If Eric is at all a reflection of the remainder of the staff at this AT&T branch, you cannot go wrong shopping here.
I was dreading to switch from Sprint to another carrier, figuring the process would be complicated and time consuming. When I walked into At&T I was greeted by Jamison and he helped make it an easy switch! I was able to get a brand new phone, keep my old number, get rid of Sprint, and also get DirectTV Now. The cellular service has been fantastic and the DirectTV Now has saved me so much money compared to my old cable service. I thank Jamison for answering all my questions and helping make this a smooth transition!!

STAY AWAY NOT A CORPORATE STORE. THEY MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ONE STAY AWAYBe careful what you buy there, they are a 3 party store not a corporate store.Go to Orange City they are a corporate store and can look up things this place can not??If you have a problem this store will direct you to a corporate and say they can not help you your return or tell you to phone AT&T direct.If you do go there only speak to Jacob Palmer he cares went out of his way to help us, Was not even his sale?? Thank you Jacob. Stay away from Josh he just wants a sale.
