Yesterday I went to this store desperately needing help with getting my new LG Stylo 6 phone account transferred from my older LG Stylo 2 phone. Angie, the store manager assisted me. Angie was amazing! She quickly transferred everything over. She was very professional, yet very friendly. Thank you Angie for saving the day. God bless. Pamela

They never want to do their job. Theirs so quick to shout I’m just a retailer. But you can go to T-Mobile and their retailers still help you. They speak very ignorantly and hang up to avoid working... I ended up leaving the company and it was the best decision ever!

I wanted to say as soon as I entered this store today the women who worked there were full of smiles and were very welcoming! Right away as soon as they looked up my number for me to make a payment they were trying to figure out ways to reduce my payment seeing I told them I was low on funds. My phone was cracked and they were telling me how I am able to be on a payment plan to get a new phone.I would suggest this store to anyone !Great job girls!Sincerely,Tamalynn

If it was for Boost Mobile by itself, I will definitively rate 2, however Jasmine was great. I dont live in Deltona, but weve had to go there since it was the only store with an iPhone 11 available on the whole Seminole and Orlando/Apopka area. She was really helpful, helped me program the phone, and she was really nice, the opposite of all other staff that we are use to talk on other stores, they are always unhelpful and extremely rude. Really appreciate her help.

Cant complain excellent customer service. I forgot her name but its the young lady with the curly hair. She went above and beyond to make sure I got all my contacts and pictures. Thank you God bless

Go here every month for my bill pay all 5 of my family members use boost mobile. Gee gee is their number one employee in book. Very help full and determined to make sure the customer is happy before leaving. I feel.very respected and appricated when I go to this boost location. Gee gee is the one to talk to if possible, she knows the most and can guide you to the best way to get the most for you money when altering and buying phones and accessories.

On 7/6/16 I came into the store looking to buy a phone iPhone 5s to be precise I met with the store manager cant pronounce her name, she was friendly and help me with my purchase; then I called back on 7/7/16 after looking thru the boost website and finding out that there were in store deals I called and spoke with the store manager again regarding the store in store deals. seeing I had just bought a phone the day before I figured they would honor what the website had for store deals and also getting a second phone, (THAT DID NOT GO WELL AT ALL) she the manager became hostile would not honor nothing plus was told that they do not do honor boost deals and that there price went up by an additional $20.00 dollars, rest assure I will not be doing business writhing that store.

The worst Customer Service ever. I switched carrier.... You need to take a course on Customer Service!!You need to be on time early AM as some of us do not have issue at home and have to go to work on time! This happened over and over again. One time waited for 1 hour and had to hang out at Winn Dixie due to the heat... Good luck staying in business. SHAME ON YOU

10/25/16 it was a great visit at boost store. GG its the best, She went over and beyond with her custom service and knowledge. Five star.

This is the WORST place to shop for a phone or service. I got a free Samsung Galaxy J-7 for porting my phone number from ATT. The phone never worked properly and the store refused to refund my money or replace the device. Instead they referred me to Boost. Boost in turn told my to call Samsung and Samsung refused to refund my money and offered to fix the phone while leaving me out of service and work for 7-10 business days. I work doing Uber and Lyft and could not afford to be without an income forthis long. Had to borrow money from a family member to change my service to another carrier and buy a new phone. I do not recommend this lousy store or carrier.

Quit going to this boost store due to horrible customer treatment and service. Have been sick because i am disabled and didnt feel good enough to drive to rosas boost off of saxon, which i switched to after many bad experiences with the nasty attitudes from this boost store. Just upgraded to the new lg xcharge and just needed a protector case. Before i could even see what options they had the one girl had put on a glitter one because she wanted to see what it looked like. I didnt authorize her to put the case on, but after getting in on she couldnt get it off. Either could the other girl. The first girl was using her fingernails which left the nail paint in the cracks of my phone and the other girl started using a pen. Then the first girl was trying to take wipes and remove her nail polish and then says you know your phone is dented. I said it wasnt when i brought it in here. Its brand new. I asked for my phone back and went to the store i should have went to, to begin with. They agreed that they could see the nail polish and the use of the pen was not acceptable. She told me what to do and sent me back to this store and the nasty girls response was your gonna make a big deal over a scratch? I said its not a scratch, its a dent and its a brand new phone you damaged. She threw me out of the store! Other store is working on this issue and said there have been many complaints about this store and the nasty girl who runs it. Beware!!! Its the boost on providence by winn dixie. Do not go there!!!!

Just moved to Deltona area, the boost in Deltona customer service was excellent !!! Would recommend this to anyone .representative Gigi very very helpful !!!

I bought a phone cover for my cell and they sold me the wrong one, went back to get a refund or exchange and all they can offer was a store credit or wait till the cover arrived cause it wasnt on stock, I told the lady I need it for today and she tells me to go down to longwood for a $20 cover in which she only gave me back $15 and didnt even ask for a receipt, she just put the money on the counter didnt bday a word and she gave a little bit of attitude as well for no reason. Not going back at all.

Horrible customer service. Always closing early and gets an attitude with you when the customer complains. This isnt the first time I have had this problem. Tells me I have been open all day so why didnt you come before. Maybe I had stuff to do and couldnt make it.. Why are you closing 2 hours early?? Sorry but if you are going to close like that you might want to take your hours of operation down. False advertisement.

Scratch what everyone is saying best customer service ive had for two years.

Went in and asked if they had any iPhone 6, and the rep said sure do, I then showed a coupon from the boost Facebook for in store use only. All of a sudden the clerk said let me check if I have any, she turned a corner came right back about two seconds later and says nope Im all out of iPhone 6.Stay away.
