I scheduled service because my daughter’s vehicle would not start. They had a cancellation and were able to come out sooner. They were very nice, within mins figured out that the after market security system was the problem and got the vehicle up and running within mins. After seeing there great ratings on Google I decided to give them a call and thank God I did I own Bonafide Restoration & Floor Care and one of our carpet cleaning vans had electrical issues along with the back door not able to open,brake lights would only turn on when you hit the brakes also dashboard lights werent working they at first told me they were so busy I had to wait til next week and then called me back saying g because I needed it for work they would come out after their next appointment and about half an hour later they came and resolved all my issues in about an hours time qnd I couldnt be more grateful for the professional work the mechanic did but also to the woman on the phone who was polite and courteous and thorough I m jus so happy to have finally found a company that goes above and beyond the expectation ..it gives me hope that there are real good people and good companies out here and this is the one..I very got 3 other work vans and personal vehicles and they are first on my list to call thank you guys so much ...

Nice people but unfortunately not very knowledgeable. He came by to do a transmission service (replace filters, drain and fill) on my Dodge RAM. After getting the pan off he told me that he found sealant on the pan and that was usually done because the previous owner was trying to hide a problem with the vehicle. After he put it all back together and put 8 quarts of transmission fluid in he said it was good to go. I hauled my boat to the river and back and noticed it was absolutely pouring transmission fluid all over the place. I called the Dodge dealer in Deland and asked about the sealant that he had found. A.J. in parts immediately said that it was completely normal to find sealant instead of a gasket in that model because they all come that way from the factory. I am out $130 because this mechanic did not know this. $50 for transmission fluid and $80 for the labor he charged me. The Dodge dealer fixed it same day (I waited about 3 hours) and they were very knowledgeable. Again, very pleasant people but using them cost me money, caused stress, and lost time.

On a time crunch my money maker needed a ujoint replaced in the front axle. Initially they quoted me for a driveshaft ujoint replacement, I suppose there was an error in communication on my part.. they kept expectations reasonable as far as availability goes. But they managed to squeeze me in same day. Even though the quoted price was not for the service needed they honored the price, however I volunteered more money. Unfortunately also, the shop I purchased the part from gave me the wrong one. Advanced found the right part picked it up and got everything put back together for me. Since then I have driven the truck 1200 miles without any issues. Highly recommend Advanced if youre in a tough spot and need reasonably priced mobile service from trully honest and skilled folks.

I had a very terrible experience with this mechanic. I am a mother of three children and have only one vehicle for transportation for them. My car went dead was was jumped by another vehicle and would then not start. I had Brian come out who was a gentleman. He diagnosed my car with a throttle body issue. My husband and Brian looked up the part together, my husband confirmed before purchasing the part that it was the one we needed for the model of my car. We waited a week for the part to come. When it finally came Brian came out and said the part seller sent us the wrong part which was not truthful. He apologized and said he would help me find another part when he got home and would come back as soon as the correct part was delivered. Brian never called with any information. I finally figured out what the throttle body part my car needed and ordered it. Meanwhile, having to find a means of transportation for another whole week. I tracked the shipping for the new part and called Brian three days before delivery which would’ve been a Saturday and his Wife answered and said he didn’t work Saturday’s. I explained the situation letting his wife know that he promised to return when the correct part was shipped, she didn’t help the situation and said he wouldn’t be able to come out until the Next Monday. The incorrect throttle body Brian advised us to buy was $150 and the correct one was $250. Brian also charged $40 Diagnosis the vehicle. I Decided not to take the chance and wait for Brian and had my car towedTo the mechanic shop to come to find out my car was misdiagnosed as well. Poor service and wasted of time!

Having said this I also need to add that I was a co-owner of an SUV with Danielle who gave this wonderful business a one star review after previously giving them a 5 star review. She is doing this claiming rims we bought from them were cracked. The rims I purchased (yes, I was the one that paid for them) were in perfect condition. We checked them.out before paying an excellent price for them and having them.installed. Danielle is attempting to get work done for free and because she cant she is giving them a bad review. Advanced Mobile Mechanic is the best around town. My 08 Prius aux port stop working and Brian came out and diagnosed the problem letting me know the port was shot and done so I needed to order a new. So I did well around that time my speakers in the car stopped working. When I talked to Jennifer to set up an appointment I let her know that the speakers stopped working also. They were able to fit me in for the 21st of February. When Brian arrived he Did an overhaul check on the speakers to see if there was a factory amp that may be causing the problem. Found out there is no factory amp for the car that meant it was the speakers that have went out. Luckily we were near a parts store and they had the speakers I would need in stock Brian was able to put in the new speakers in my car and fix the aux port. I left the happiest customer in the world with the biggest smile on my face to go with it. I love listening to music when I go to work and when it went out Brian and Jennifer came to the rescue. You both are the best and would recommend you to anyone I know that may need a mechanic. If I could give you both more stars I would.

Ive been in the car business for over 15 years so I know how hard it is to find a good mechanic/technician, especially a mobile one. Brian and Jennifer were terrific on so many levels. I just recently had Brian do a engine swap on a lifted Dodge. It was very affordable it took him 15 hrs to do the swap which includes him rebuilding my engine as well. He did not stop until he had it in. He also let me get hands on with him and he taught me a lot about my truck. He kept me calm through the whole process and my truck runs better than it ever has. He turned a lifted mud truck to a everyday driver. I have no leaks, no vacc issues or computer codes popping up. He also does custom work which is hard to find this guy does it all. When my car had a blow out that damaged my front wheel well on I4 recently Brian and Jennifer came out to Sanford as soon as they finished the job they were on. This man and or female are gonna take your money . Im a mechanicly inclined father of four who need a Professional Mechanic [This is NOT a professional Mechanic] to help me resolve why my 03Dodge Grand Caravan wouldnt start.... 2 months ago i had several codes. P0455 large air leak/p0442 small air leak/p0171 bank to rich /p1684 poor connection and one for intake air sensor. A week ago the van stopped running, crank no start. I thought it was the fuel pump finally went. I change the fuel filter&pump and left it 5 ft from my van &&&i told him via text about the codes and my solutions to FIX every code except p1684... I think my vans computer is fried. My wife tells him before he writes his diagnosis that i just changed it....His hand written diagnosis is1-vehicle will not start due to fuel pump not sending fuel.It is turning on, (Van hasnt ran for a week, i changed fuel pump and filter 3 days befoe requesting his service) it is just not flowing fuel to the fuel rail.=My wife said he was here for 20 mins and it takes an experienced mechanic that long to pull the fuel rail to check if there is fuel pressure+reassembly= about 1 hour of work.He continued. Need to pull fuel pump and inspect for possible cause. Total $40 / paid.[Dodge has a neat feature, insert key into ignition and turn on &off 3xs and youre able to view the codes to you vehicle on the dashboard.]This guy never hooked up his obd scanner to pull any codes. (Code p1684 still on dashboard)He ignored my wife after she told him i changed the fuel pump and filter that was 5ft from the van he looked at.He offered to revisit when i got home today from work and i INFORMED HIM I get home minutes before 5pm EVERY DAY.Hes a scam.Save your money for a PROFESSIONAL Mechanic...

Brian does an excellent job. Came to me late at night on a Sunday and spent hours on a job that was misinformed by me. I have a v6 camry and its a lot harder and take more hours to fix than the 4 cylinder and he let me have the 4 cylinder price, which was a huge difference in price. Brian not only does a great job because he cares, but he does a great job because he enjoys working on cars. He wants to make sure you get the best price and are on the road happy.
