Just like all the other reviews on Google Everything was was better than I expected and I will use them Again if I ever need a windshield replacement In the future. Everything went so much easier and smoother with this company I found on Google.The owner of the company AJ Was very kind was very kind, formative, And professional! It took him a little while To squeeze me in squeeze me in the schedule, But it was well worth waiting for. He did explain to me that I would take him a little bit of time I dont understand because This is a Small business With only one person doing everything. AJ was also the Person who installed my glass And dealt with my insurance company directly. Everything was exactly how I would have expected. Awesome guy to work with. He was very professional and very neat in his installation. I had Safelight before and had them comeback twice because of them rushing the install and it creating a air leak on the highway. Mr Aj got it right the 1st time. Well use him in the future!

Not to mention free windshield as opposed to me almost spending $500!! 👌👍😀🅰️+++LONG VERSION:This is and ACTUAL family owned business amazingly!! AJ the owner and his wife did an amazing job on my windshield! The car is old and beat up, but even then so they both treated my car as if it were a brand new 2021 Mercedes! And best of all, I was going to pay some other company almost $500 for my windshield replacement, but I saw that this company was much closer to me and offered low prices, so I called this company for a quote just to see. Not to mention because I had seen they operate 24 hours a day, AJ answered the phone at 2:30AM and gave me such amazing service! I expected to be rushed off the phone like everyone else I had spoken to you, but he talked to me about the entire process, gave me background information on his experience as a technician which made me feel comfortable since I have never had a windshield replaced before on any vehicle in Florida, and can you believe he quoted me $400!! I was sold with saving $100 compared to the other local company I was going with and I planned on canceling as soon as possible. He was also available very next day in the evening time after 7:00 p.m.! Which work perfect for me and my husbands schedule, able to make dinner, and settle in for the night without having to be interrupted at work or take the day off or rush home so that was very convenient! But heres the best part.....I didnt know Florida gave you free windshields through your insurance!! AJ charging me $400 to charging me absolutely nothing!I couldnt possibly recommend any other company even for any other type of service in general to be honest more than I recommend AJ and his wife and their business! Ive never had such a decent experience with another Business, especially with ones who work on cars!I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them in the future if needed and recommending them to absolutely anyone I see who might need this type of work done as well!! The best in Central Florida! We have a fleet of vehicles in the Orlando area. A storm came through and we had to fix three windshields before we shipped out the vehicles. SafeCare sent out AJ the owner to deal with the vehicles. All vehicles were fixed and able to be shipped out on time. Thank you so much for your prompt service!! Highly recommendable.

AJ is amazing, my cars got broken into Sunday night, I called him Monday morning and he said he was booked for the day, I told him since I live in an apartment complex I didn’t have anywhere to leave my vehicles and if there’s anything that he could do.He said yes he will make it happen no matter what, he showed up at my home almost at midnight and was there until almost 3 AM and got it done.Again Thank you 5 StarsThe best service hands down

AJ (owner) Is an awesome guy. Worked around my schedule and came to my house to replace my windshield that was cracked my by airbag. Quoted me 200$ less than safe light and the new windshield looks great! Also, I ordered it on monday and was replaced the next day. He deserves nothing but a 5 star raiting.
