Yesterday I had the French Slimming Infrared Treatment by Brandon. It was a wonderful experience; relaxing and serene. Brandon explained the process, what to expect, and aftercare. I followed his instructions, and well, my pants zippered a tad bit easier this morning. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll plan another visit.

A super experience. Had the body scrub, facial, manicure and pedicure. The scrub is ultra soothing. The facial was so relaxing I feel asleep! And the manicure/pedicure one of the best Ive ever had. The polish they use truly does dry in 5 minutes. This spa lives up to its slogan of pure happiness.

I had my first dermaplaning treatment with Nancy. I scheduled the appointment online where they had an option to ask a question. Shortly after, I got a text addressing my concerns. At the appointment, Nancy was helpful explaining how the treatment works and answered any questions I had. One day later, my skin feels great and Nancy texted me to follow up that I was still satisfied. Great customer care 😊

Today I visited Bella Reina to redeem a gift card for a facial and pedicure/manicure. The technicians were fabulous and were handsomely tipped. Everything was perfect UNTIL I left. I was followed out if the salon by the desk clerk demanding that I settle up my bill. I reminded her of my gift card and added that I felt that I had generously tipped the staff. She informed me I had a $2.00 balance that I needed to pay. I was humiliated. I paid this amount just so I could leave this embarrassing scene. What a shame the technicians will lose business because of this very unprofessional demeanor. I still don’t know what the $2.00 was for, but I can tell you I won’t be back.

I had the most luxurious Pink Queen spa pedicure with Nancy Reagan this past weekend and its almost 7 days later and my feet and legs still feel so soft and smooth. Ive been to Bella Reina several times and every single time the experience gets better. Their level of pampering is like none other. 10 stars!

AMAZING experience all around. The ambience and hospitality is unmatched. All of the ladies that I came in contact with were so friendly and professional. I got a facial with Jaritza first - and she was absolutely incredible. She took the time to give me detailed and professional feedback regarding my skin and skincare routine. She made sure to recommend what would be best for me. The facial was also the best facial experience that I’ve ever had. After the facial, I got a full body massage by Yolima. She was the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable at all times. And again, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and I truly loved my facials. I’m sad to say I will never be returning after my experience this morning.I was late for my appointment due to being stuck at the doctors and unable to get to my phone. I called as soon as possible and while trying to come to a resolution I kept being interrupted and told I was going to be charged for this appointment.After all of the money invested and people I’ve brought to this place this is how I was treated? Isn’t the customer always supposed to come first??Take your money elsewhere because that’s all they care about here.

They were able to accommodate me yesterday afternoon for both a massage and a facial. The Spa is absolutely beautiful and all of the ladies were so sweet and welcoming. I got a facial from Jess, she was knowledgeable and so willing to share how to help my blemished skin. My facial was relaxing and refreshing and she even gave me product recommendations. This morning I woke up and to my surprise my skin is clear!!! My massage was done by Brandy, it was the most AMAZING massage I have ever had! I have chronic shoulder pain and she used techniques I’ve never had done and my shoulders are loving her work! If you need a massage definitely ask for Brandy she is top notch!

I have been going here for years. Elegant, small, upscale salon. Very professional and friendly staff. They have a great products, they are one of the few salons around that have Dazzle Dry nail polish which is amazing, no formaldehyde, quick-drying and lasts forever.Highly recommend this spa.

The best in the area! The natural nail polish is the most impressive manicure Ive ever had---Im able to keep my manicure in prime state and it lasts for weeks! And it doesnt hurt to take off (like gel polish). This and a Green Tea pedicure (OH WOW! What an experience) are the only services Ive gotten so far, but TRUST ME--ill be back for more! I have had 3 different massage therapists at this particular spa. The staff is quite friendly and welcome you with a nice drink to start. The rooms are quiet, dim lit, and the music is very relaxing. Regardless of which therapist I had, the experience was absolutely amazing. I felt like it went on forever and the heat pads were a perfect touch. I will be back again and again, count on that. I had a detox wrap! The treatment was relaxing but I honestly couldt tell if it helped with water retention or skin softening. I love the salon and will return soon for a pedicure.

Bella Reina Spa is beautiful!! It is very clean, they are the first spa Ive seen use an autoclave (like in a doctors office) to sterilize their instruments! All the products used are a 10+ and staff are professional, extremely knowledgeable and just nice to be around. They really make it a pleasant experience. In addition, I am really particular about the procedures used to clean the stations and the tools used. Each person is presented with absolutely sterilized tools and files. Its amazing and really makes me feel really comfortable about having any service done there. My favorite is the green tea pedicure. Try it...its a slice of heaven!!!

This is by far the best day spa in Delray Beach! I got their green tea pedicure and shellac manicure and I am in heaven. Before long I was introduced to Kim who would be doing my pedicure (callus removal).This could very well be the best pedicure I have ever had!! Kim was amazing! She was extremely nice as well as knowledgeable. My feet have never looked so good! I left with a beautiful French on my toes - and no calluses! Shes a miracle worker for sure!I ended up buying her recommended foot/callus cream (Gehwol) and also received a few samples of facial products (which Ive already tried and love!).Overall, an outstanding experience! I have been getting monthly pedicures here for years. Great location! Small cozy spa with a fabulous staff!

I should have looked through their Yelp reviews before making an appointment. Many others have had similar problems with customer service. My daughter and, I had appointments for facials, pedis/mani and, eyebrows. When we walked in the strong fragrance nearly knocked me over. My eyes started tearing, my throat was burning. The lobby smells like a dog grooming shop that sprays perfume instead of putting in a purifier. The owner said they have an ozone purifier but, I know what ozone smells like. This is not it. On the up side, they let me cancel without charging me. My daughter had her services, as I waited outside. Her facial was okay but, the extractions left her with blood spots. In all my years of getting facials, Ive never seen that. Her manicure was just okay. They didnt paint, edge to edge of her nail. Her eyebrows looked great. Gotta say, they did a great job with them. What really put me off was their attitudes. Even though they allowed the on the spot cancel, they were sour about it. They even talked to my daughter, who is 14 years old, about it. It made her uncomfortable. When I went into pay and, tip 20%, for her services, the staff was throwing dirty looks and, smirky. The spas should really be aware of what they are putting in the air. And, their staff could put on their happy face, especially for a 14 year old who is having a once in a while treat.

I had a delightful experience. The staff was talented and responded to my needs in a careful and knowledgeable way. The room was spotless and the massage table was heated. I felt well cared for and recommend Bella Raina Spa!

I am in love with this spa. I have had multiple services including reflexology massage, the basic spa facial, the Queens pedicure and a regular massage. All services were extremely satisfactory and done by a staff that really takes their time with each individual. I travel from Jupiter to use this spa and the hour drive is worth it. Not to be missed....

She is especially skilled at beautifully shaping eyebrows. She is great at threading which I like but if you prefer waxing she is equally amazing! I got my eyebrows waxed here. I really liked how clean the place was and how friendly the people were. The technician (Maryliz by the way, would totally recommend her!) really took care to ensure everything was right and even with my brows and even answered questions about my brow growth as I have been trying to restore their growth after some loss. I actually called in earlier that day to ask if I would need another brow service they offer that costs more money, but the lady on call told me to just come in for a simple wax and if NEEDED we will do the more expensive service. I was happy they didnt try to upsell me or anything but instead just wanted to make sure I was satisfied without spending to much. Would definitely recommend this place!
