Bob Shelby helped us a lot!We initially bought the mattress lot cheaper than in other stores in January 2021. We backed of from purchase then, but we decided that we want that mattress in Sept2021. James was very knowledgeable and explained all the differences between the mattresses in order for us to choose the best one for us. Gave us free delivery and BOGO on the pillows. He explained that if the price of the mattress we chose went on sale or dropped with in the next 16 weeks we could contact him and he would credit us the difference. He was not high pressured and allowed us time to check out each mattress. Our mattress was purchased on a Saturday afternoon and will be delivered on Monday!

The best experiences Ive encountered. Chris answered all my questions over the phone. I needed to know before making a decision. I asked a bunch of questions and didnt give me any misleading information on beds. I didnt know the difference between a foam mattress and a hybrid. Informed me very well the differences. As I called Mattress Xpert they told me its the same thing, but Chris informed their is a difference and broke it down for me. Moving into an apartment soon after leaving college (finally). Ill definitely be going to Chris at mattress firm when its time to buy. HIGLY recommend seeing him.
