Lots of cool stuff. Compliments end there. Many other things are cheap knock-offs and quality is poor - study your purchase carefully. My friend wanted a pot, it turned out to be damaged (last one).. it took them 12 minutes (from the time the cashier presented the question) to offer a discount and make that decision... fire the manager (yes, he sat with the decision as we watched...I even went over to them and asked what was going on and cashier didnt want to speak in front of him). It was like waiting in line in Communist Russia. They want to discourage us from coming back. Guess what - they win???

I reside primarily in the Caribbean, once a year I do a major shopping for kitchen utensils, chopping boards, Greek olive oils, infused cooking oils and bathroom items.Great competitively priced selection!

Always a long wait, does not matter what time of day... when there are 20 ppl waiting on line why are there only a few registers open while plenty of associates on the floor stocking merchandise? They also are consistently out of large bags. This store desperately needs new management.

Great selection but the line is too long half the time to wait so I just put all the stuff back.

I guess if you dont care about a pandemic its wonderful. The line to get out took over 20 minutes. Why???? Because they wrap things in paper that dont need to be wrapped. I even said dont wrap it. Did so anyway. Im not sure how else to explain why it takes so long to get out of there. Great selection, but ridiculously inefficient check out process. Wont be back til Im vaccinated. Lesson learned.

I love your store but I absolutely dont like your website. All it is are blogs. I wanted to look at your selection of dinner napkins and all I could see is how to decorate a table. It was not very helpful. It would be much easier to drive to your store and find them myself.

This place is a holy mess! Everything is thrown all around! I have been to several Home Goods stores but never have i seen such a disaster. You can’t find anything. The manager of this store should get his/her act together. Maybe they just are buying too much and trying to stuff it in the store!

I find the best home items at this particular Home Goods. This includes three gorgeous bar stools I just bought yesterday. Despite the inundating crowds, the staff are always pleasant, helpful, and caring.

What’s going on with the check out process at this store? Any time I ever and I mean ever come here the line wraps around the store all the way back to the start of the carpet section. How is this acceptable? During a pandemic. Does the manager realize this many people so close together is a bad idea. Corporate needs to be more involved in this issue.Actually I’m lying the only time this store isn’t full of people is right before closing so you need to get here around 8:30-8:45pm to not wait in like for 1.5 hours. It’s insane. Even at closing time the line still took 15min with staff talking and flirting with each other while slowly wrapping and cleaning the counters in between customers. The staff here move slower than sloths from zootoopia. No regards to safety or people’s time. It’s actually kind of like customer service level of Walmart. And plus the older ladies staff are every rude and give attitude constantly. This store needs a serious makeover in terms of operations and staff. No covid safety here nothing. Terribly ran store.

I arrived at 7:40 PM according to their hours they’re open until 9:30 PM I drove 30 minutes to get here. When I open the door this woman looks at me and very sharply says The...Store...Is...Closed. As I was trying to ask her what’s the door really closed. Didn’t even let me say but three words before she said that. To say the least I will not be back to the store. They are the ones that closed early without notifying the public with a notice on their hours today. I wasted enough gas on these people. Maybe the manager is having an in-service on how to be polite to customers especially when giving disappointing news Amazon is fine with me.

Absolutely love this store. Their Stock Supply is not as good as it used to be but its still pretty decent. Got to follow the arrows on the floor and wear a mask of course.

I really wish management would hire appropriate staff to help service the check out process.I can go in any time of the day and the line is unacceptably slow.

Interesting that customers couldnt stand in the line socially distancing. (Yes, there are spots marked on the floor) Always an interesting place to shop... you never know what unique items you might find.

HomeGoods obviously does not care about customer service. I walked out of the store for a second time in two weeks because of the long lines at the checkout. Today there were 19 people waiting to be checked out. The prior day there were 13 people waiting to be checked out. If they cared about customer service, they would hire more cashiers. This is not a one-time issue. I will take my business elsewhere.

We like coming to this place for home furniture and decorations. Many times when we go it’s extremely busy but we always find some treasure hidden deep in one of the isles. I do wish there was more variety in artwork but for the size of their store they do a good job stocking a lot of cool things. You can get good deals if you look hard enough. Solid place to furnish your home.

Amazing store with the best selection! This store carries many items produced in Italy, which are superior in quality. The prices are affordable, and many amazing sale deals are available. I also recommend checking out their food section for delicious pickled items, snacks and European chocolates! Lastly, this store is also great when it comes to paintings/wall decor selection, and makes me wish my apartment had more walls.

I reported a dog left in the car on a 90 degree day in their parking lot and the employees would not make an announcement as I asked. Poor dog! Heartless employees!

Awesome prices and deals on everything you can imagine. Great to find house products and accessories, such as glasses, plates, tables, statues, rugs, bedding and more. There are also seasonal products such as gardening pots and artificial flowers now in the summer. You may also find food items at great prices such as pasta, chips, chocolate, special cooking flours, olive oil, sauces and more.

Love this store. Fun hunting for bargains, can usually find something you didnt know you needed. Prices are good. The only complaint is that the checkout lines are always long. The checkers are okay, just lots of people.

Found what I was looking for 5 minutes after walking in store! Actually 2 in different sizes,just have to decide which is better size. I dont think I have ever walked out empty handed. The counter people are always pleasant and helpful.

We needed a small area rug. Found a nice one for $20. There were lots of rugs at great prices. There are always stylish furniture, decor, kitchen goods and more here. I always have fun roaming around in Home Goods and I usually find what I want - and more!

Management takes Strength, I Love To See Women in Management but its Disappointing when that Woman doesnt know How To Be a Boss. As a Boss, I Guess I Automatically Expect All Females to Be Like Minded... Especially Those in Management! CHRIS: Get a Pair or Know Your Role; for There is No Room For Weak Sauce In Management.

Almost all of the large pieces of furniture are broken in one way. Lots of them aren’t even discounted because they’re broken. So you have to jump through a bunch of hoops for them to give you a better price on it because the mirror is shattered or the leg is missing for example. Also the line is always unbearably long I don’t understand why they only have two cashiers working. When the line wraps around all the way past the rug department. This HomeGoods wasn’t always like that. It’s only become like this in the last few years. Go to a different home goods and you’ll have better luck finding what you need.

35% of store is throw pillows. 25% wall art. Excellent prices. Could definitely lower the music which detracts from shopping experience and made me leave sooner than I would have.

I was in the HOmegoods/Marshalls in Royal Palm Beach and noticed a women walking around with a baby and neither one had a mask on or even in their hands. She was not even following the arrows on the floor. She did not care about anyone else. I brought it to the attention of the Manager on duty and he said there is nothing we can do. I said y ou can make her leave. He said we dont have the authority to enforce it. But he could have made her leave. I later called to speak to another manager and i was told that Homegoods is not enforcing the masks, we put a sign at the door and ask people to wear masks but dont enforce it. I will NEVER shop there again. I did attempt to ask the women who was in her 20s why she didnt have one on and wasnt she concerned for her baby. She explained she was not worried and started to tell me something ab out the CDC.

I have been in this store only a handful of times but the lines have always been long and there are only a couple of cashiers working. I noticed the lights on some of the other checkout stations but there arent any cashiers there. Yesterday was a holiday weekend and again only 3 cashiers!!

Mostly cheap made furniture. The food products are a really good prices . Rugs also good prices. Linens and towels and sheets are the best deals here

This is a great store and u can furnish your whole house here. They also get unique things but have to keep coming back often. The only drawback is the lines to pay are very very long and please homegoods hire help especially in holiday times!
