If you’re going to visit a Mattress Firm in Palm Beach County, this is the location I would recommend especially after visiting a few! The staff were both helpful and knowledgeable. Bob did a good job helping my mom and I navigate the numerous options they had all while helping us stay within our budget. Bob genuinely wanted to help us find a mattress my husband and I would both like and not just feel pressured into picking one. (We chose the Sleepys Hush mattress.) He went above and beyond being sure we received a good deal and understood the importance of us staying in line with the budget we had.

Recently I purchased a mattress and a variety of accoutrements from Mr. Albert Francis in the Delray Beach, Florida store in the Tuscany Shopping Center.Mr. Albert Francis was excellent from the moment I entered Mattress Firm until well after I “paid my bill”!!Although there were many people in the store when I arrived, Mr. Albert Francis made me feel as though I were the only one. He made sure that everyone had the same experience as he skillfully met with each of us, explained how to navigate what seemed to be a daunting process, simplified the decision-making, and answered everyone’s questions!! And I had many, many questions!!After I was satisfied that I had chosen the correct mattress based upon Mr. Albert Francis’s expert advice, we solidified the sale.Then after I returned home, I realized that I had additional questions and so called Mr. Albert Francis. He was as helpful AFTER the sale as he was before the sale!! Even after that, I called him again with additional questions and he answered them again, even enhancing my overall positive experience.I suspect Mr. Albert Francis anticipated that I might not take the time to write a glowing review for him since most people seem too busy to take the time. Yet, I am pleased to recommend him to anyone!!Plus the Delivery Team members were very pleasant and quite helpful.I actually slept on my new Mattress Firm mattress last night and was pleased with the result!!.

Such a Great experience! I needed a new bed for my son. I called the previous day and they told me what they had in stocks and also offered me more options if I needed. I did not want or need a very expensive mattress since it was for a rarely used guest room. Still got courteous attentive service. I realized today that I needed another box spring. Called hoping I could do everything over the phone. Jason was off but Josh was just as helpful. Everything completed in less than 5 minutes. Will definitely shop there again if the need arises.

This was an excellent buying experience. A mattress is a tough purchase. Holly was very helpful. The delivery was booked in a 2 hour window and they were there on the front side. Very efficient and polite. That mattress is very different from previous one and will take time getting used to.

I just want to say that I was blown away with the costumer service that Rob Shelby provided. He was extremely informative and he managed to not push me out of the store.
