What a delightful bagel diner!!!As a child I came here with my grandparents and the food was always fresh and delicious. Today was no different. The service was fast, the food perfect, and the atmosphere was clean and charming!!!They serve the fish players on. Playe shaped like a fish... soooo cute!!!

Incredibly rude owner, makes people feel bad for not having cash if under a certain amount, shoves card machine at you for pin or food. You would think he would say thank you for your purchase. Also, he makes his employees ask do you want a drink with that or they get in trouble. He is all about money an even charges for the raisins w the oatmeal. Hes a cheap cheap person and miserable acting
Excellent service. Breakfast specials are good and are a good deal if you eat at the restaurant. If you get it to go you will not get the special price. To me its not worth the extra money when you get the specials to go.
This place simply knows how to satisfy their customers. Constantly with a super nice mindset. The food is affordably priced, regularly tasty and neat.
Went to the Bagel Twins Bagel shop while I was at the Hyperbaric center in the Palm Court Plaza. The Bagel’s were fresh and soft. The scallion cream cheese was tasty. The prices seem a little high but tolerable. The staff is friendly and professional. Thanks for reading my review and a thumbs up would be nice to increase my google rating.

Today two employees from another company came into Bagel Twins and walked directly into the kitchen with no masks on. You have to be kidding?When I spoke to him about it. His response was that he cant police everyone. Which I understand. He said he called the company. Be careful everyone. He does care about his customers and keeps the place clean. Food is good.

Very nice comfortable atmosphere. Clean and well lit. Food very good, bagels very tasteful. Loads of choices on menu. Service was slow due to how busy they were. Coffee served and refilled constantly. Plenty of parking.

Have only done take out here - always ordered ahead and picked up. The food is very good, portions large and priced lower than most places. The people are always attentive and kind on getting you taken care of and on your way. Also have plenty of parking so you don’t have to worry about that. Would definitely give it a try if you’re considering.

On top of rude customer service the food (particularly the omelets) was nasty! I think for the cheese they used slice cheese instead of shredded and it tasted like it was thrown together. I will NEVER waste my time or money again.

This place is unquestionably one of the tastiest place in the neighborhood. Always when I come to this place I am exceedingly pleased. They hold their high level service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You always win with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Food is decent..... I love the bagels. My review is not a reflection of that. My review is solely based on the recent changes they have made to their prices. I have no issue whatsoever with a local business slightly raising prices to stay current/inflation, etc. However, my husband and I eat here 1-2 times a week. We always order the SAME thing. I understand bagel twins has an old school procedure for checkout - the waiters all hand write the bill and you are checked out at the register up front... therefore our tab is never the same exact price (perhaps the waiters have a different way of totaling the items?) - but the total always only varied a dollar or two and we just carried on. Today upon check out the total was DOUBLE the normal cost. Typically, our breakfast is between $14-15. Today it was $28. I asked the clerk why and she said that the prices went up... but that still wouldnt explain a DOUBLE in price, would it? No...because she said on average items went up 80 cents. Not sure where the disconnect was.... I even showed her the items we ordered on the menu & that the price listed was half what we were each charged... I was told that the waiter has been working here a long time and knows how to ring up the prices. Im not going to cause a scene so we paid it and will move on. Adjusting the price to its correct amount would have saved our business, so in the long run its their loss. I wish I had the itemized receipt to show what I was charged, but thats not how this place works. Bye bye bagel twins!

Ordered delivery. Delivery guy went to wrong address and called me saying he was here. I told him he was at the wrong address and he kept screaming at me. Completely unacceptable.

Been coming here for many years. The waitresses have been the same, always smiling and friendly The breakfast special is a lot of food for the money. It has recently been repainted. The bagels are the best in the area. Lots of family photos on the walls of the twins (I believe owners) growing up. Great for breakfast and lunch.
Stopped for breakfast on the way to the medical center.. the were busy but still quick. Food very good.. special is a pretty good price.. but $3.99 for 3 sausage links seemed high. But then again its south florida.

Great breakfast place with quick friendly service and amazing Bagels and Bialys. I had the corned beef hash and eggs. The corned beef hash was crispy and not greasy, very meaty without fillers. The home fried potatoes were crispy and delicious as well. My biggest complaint was that it was way too much food for me, but I did my best.

First time coming today. The prices are just right. We ordered and had our food out in less then 5 minutes. The staff is the best in the business. Our waitress was very throughout and could tell she knew he stuff. Rose was A+++. Right on top of coffee refills and mak and ng sure all was well. Personable but not to the point of annoying. And the price of their brealfast specials. Under 5 dollars. AMAZING. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TO ALL THE STAFF.
Great appetizing. The bagels were good but not to die for. The Owner or Manager not sure was very gracious and attentive. Will go again to sit down and eat leisurely.
Sorry to have to say this as I used to go all the time because they were the best deli around. I was there last Sunday. The food, even though we only had the basic breakfast of eggs and pancakes, it were, at best, mediocre. The place was 1/4 seated and the service was totally useless. Our waitress was too busy to even bring us water that another had to serve us. The wait staff was sitting at an empty booth, standing around looking confused or had disappeared into the kitchen. By the time we were served, we had been there 45 min. Maybe it was because neither of the brothers were there. Either way... I wont be back. So sad 😔
This area is loaded with bagel restaurants and this is certainly not the best choice. The bagels are tasty but at $13 for a bagel and lox they were sadly less than generous with the cream cheese and salmon. Not rushing back to this one.

My first time there today. Service was very slow. I ordered breakfast, waiting about 15 minutes and the waitress brought out our toasted bagels. Had to wait another 15 minutes for the eggs and home fries to come out. Breakfast was fair. They are cheap with there Splenda. Waitress keeps Splenda in there apron and you have to keep asking for more. Wont go back.
I went to this restaurant Twin bagel on December 3. My patient took me there for breakfast we ordered our food at the same time but they brought her breakfast out and I had to wait for mind. I order two pancakes two bacon two sausage they brought her food out about time they brought my food out she was halfway done I was very disappointed. Going in there for the first time Didn’t get a chance to taste the food. After that I didn’t want it anymore. I told them to take it off my bill bad experience for the first time.
Ive ordered for lunch and breakfast a few times. Overall ok hard to call an order for pickup, got transferred 3 times. I ordered a grilled ham and America cheese on rye and I got breakfast ham and some horrible cheese sauce, not actual cheese. Hugely disappointed.
Sat at the counter and found it clean. Then I watched servers handling the bagels and breads going into the toaster belt without gloves!! I couldnt continue eating my breakfast got up from my stool and left. I will never go back. This is a health issue.

I order breakfast or lunch from this place a few times a month, and have been doing so for the last 2 years. The 2-2-2 breakfast special is amazing, the food is never soggy or burned, and the price is great. For lunch, I love the hamburger and fries. The burger is HUGE, the quality of the meat is great, and the fries taste delicious. Im very particular about how my food is cooked, and no matter what small request I make, they never forget. The man who delivers the food is so nice, always on time, and again never forgets any of the little extra things I ask for. These would seem like standard responsibilities, but trust me when I say that very few restaurants in the area can CONSISTENTLY live up to those standards. Bagel Twins always does.

Two huge lemon wedges for my glasses of water and best in class extra cold Sacramento tomato juice. Speak-up if not happy. I witnessed immediate successful attention to need. I will return. First time there more than 20 yrs ago. Still seriously good. No kidding.

Worse service ever. Waitress was horrible. I tipped bus girl, she got me coffee and water. Waitress took order and never came back Hostess was rude to everyone. She went over to people and told them to hurry up and eat, people were waiting for your table .

This is my 3rd Bagel restaurant I been to since moving to Delray Beach, 5months ago from Boca Raton. They just cant get the bagel right, they are just ok, but not nearly as good as the Bagel Works in West Boca Raton, they make a bagel almost like NY
Its really hard to write this fairly, as the food, the atmosphere, the service is mostly above the norm. I was happy to find a place wirh quality food and a Bew York style Jewish Deli in Florida that can make you feel like your back in Long Island if only for a hour or less. The prices can be high. But the breakfast special is a super value at $4.00. And the food is worth paying a bit more. However the one thing that disturbs me is how judgemental some employees can be. And lets just say I dont dress as such just to do my errands. But I was politely informed that it best I dont bother filling out an application for cashier/hostess because I wouldnt be hired anyway. When I asked for an application and informed the front lady that it wasnt for a friend it was for me.As she had asked me if it was for a friend. Oddly I think she sincerely did that to spare my feelings and so I wouldnt waste my time. I have just as many dressy pants suits and blouses w/skirts and dresses to look just as well as the women dress who work the register and seat the floor. Also I can do Algebra in my head while the women they hired couldnt even count back change of $20 on a $17.65 check. Not to mention years of fine dining and breakfast exp. Its ok you dont have to hire me. But your staff esp the older blonde lady ignoring my complaint regarding being scolded like a child for taking a cream cheese out of the basket my bagel was served in. I could only eat half and was bringing it with me. But thats the property of the store. Your not allowed to take that with you. I wasnt taking condements. I was taking a portioned in a little solo container cream cheese that legally they are not supposed to re use those.. Jelly, butter, sugar, sweet and low are all factory sealed and they can be reused. However cream cheese is a health risk so it comes with the bagel anyhow. I was taking it to finish and my friend who was neatly dressed could HEAR them talking about us. Wanting us to leave so she could not feel uncomfortable. Im not homeless but I use public transit. I got rich friebds and poor friends and this man was a gentleman. Clean not in anyway could you tell. And I tip 3 to 4 bucks when its me and a friend or aquantance. I left $1 and a note on why her tip was so low. I know homesless borher some. But if clean and polite. And on target with money why are they looked down when no one asking for ANYTHING but the shallow people hurt this place. I have many poor friends that dont deserve to be treated any different. And O never heard of not being allowed to take home the cream cheese for your bagel. These people some are very shallow. I have Louis Vitton purses. INC and Co. And other Macys popular brand clothes. MK shoes and Victoria Secret for perfume and such. But I dont wear designer clothes for walking around doing errands or seeing my therapist at The Mental Health center close to them. Of course if I was going to work I d be dressed proper. But I could never be high and mighty likethat they might want all to think of them off. My point is you will get a great breakfast here but how your treated is based on how upscale in looks not morals you appear to be. Im a regular customer. Not one for years. But often enough that I had the potential to be a source of profit for years to come. The way we were treated today they be lucky if they even see me till after winter. Maybe when season ends they would act a bit better.

CALL AND ASK FOR PRICES DO NOT LOOK AT MENU PAGES FOR PRICES. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE FULL MENU LISTED ONLINE. DUDE WHO TAKES THE FOOD ORDERS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO MY CO WORKER WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OVER CHARGING. ASK FOR A NEW MENU WHEN YOU ORDER
