My truck was sputtering and acting crazy, I called Arnst Automotive a very nice and sweet woman answered the phone she helped with scheduling and discussed everything accordingly. Dropped my truck off and I got a phone call the next morning, he gave me a couple of different options to fix my truck. I agreed and he performed the work. Picked up the truck with no problems, fast and quick service. TRUCK RUNS GREAT! There are a bunch of shady garages and automotive places in Delray Beach.I first hand know this because I have multiple vehicles. I’d recommend Arnst Automotive to anybody who wants a reliable and trustworthy service.

Saw a recommendation for them on BB Raw and called them to check out our new-to-us 02 T-Bird.My first interaction with their business was w/Becky - shes terrific! Told her we were looking for a shop that we could trust and wouldnt require a 2nd mortgage on our house. She immediately made me feel comfortable and that we were in the right spot.When we arrived, Matt and his Dad (theyre hilarious! ) gave us great info and tips about historical quirks with the car in general and they clearly LOVE cars. The classics in the bays are beautiful!After checking her out, Matt advised shes in good shape and well likely need break pads when we get the oil changed, see ya next time. Didnt see that coming! I was surprised by this place.. Matt, who took care of my issues is a pleasure to do business with and his father is great. The service was done on time and with care, I am a car fanatic, had my brakes/rotors replaced.. no scratches, no nicks on wheels.. and the car drove great.. Highly recommended. They were the only shop willing to replace the transmission in my Audi with a reasonable warranty. The car drives great now. Superb shop with friendly service and care.

If I could give 10 stars I would! David and crew were so helpful from start to finish during our car problems that started 45 minutes from their shop as we were traveling from Georgia. They even stayed later to get the job done and experienced a set back and worked with our warranty without any qualms. We had to have our car by Saturday morning and they got the work done Friday night. I’d recommend this place to anyone!!!

When last at my cars dealership for a routine oil change and check, I was told new brakes are needed all around. I wanted a 2nd opinion.From the first phone call to my visit to Arnst, they couldnt have been more professional. I was greeted by name, my car taken and inspected promptly, and low and behold, no brakes needed for at least 5K more miles! HONESTY like this - amazing! For 20 years, I owned Toyotas and went to Delray Toyota for my service. I had a great experience throughout (okay, there was that one time about car speakers, but thats a one-off).I switched to a Subaru a few years ago and, while the service wasnt bad, it just wasnt personable. So, I began looking once my warranty period expired.A neighbor raved about this place and so, here I came. Nothing fancy, just regular service.First thing that hit me was that they were talking to me. I wasnt just a car needing work, I was a person. So, we were off to a great start.Then, it was no-nonsense. Heres how we operate and were only here to fix what needs fixing. Good. Start off with trust and you get my loyalty back.Finally, the work was finished while I waited. I didnt get to read much of the book I brought because they talked a lot. Of course, I talk a lot (as you can see by this long review), so thats on me.Bottom line, quick, competent service from friendly people. I didnt even mind that its a bit of a drive for me, since theyre just a hop, skip and a jump from my favorite fresh market, The Boys. Bonus for me!

Thru no fault of their own a faulty o-ring was used on my drain plug. As a result, after an oil change my Tacoma was leaking oil. They took my truck in immediately, replaced the faulty part, and even provided a chemical to clean the oil leak from my driveway. Every business has issues. The litmus test is how they respond

They did a great job servicing my car at a fair price. However, the tow truck they called for me was a little unprofessional. He didnt need to tow my car because we got the shifter unstuck which took under 30 seconds but charged me $45 just for coming out there and wasting his time, which was disappointing considering I had told the driver that it probably doesnt need to be towed and he told me it was fine he would come out anyways to see if he could get it unstuck. He never mentioned that he would charge me either way, or else I would have just had my dad drive out to get my shifter unstuck.The auto shop shouldnt be held responsible for that though. They did a great job
