Made an appointment for a simple oil change, arrived on time and waited a half hour to be helped while everyone else that came after me had been helped. I spoke with a gentleman who confirmed my appointment and told me a man named Will would be right with me and put a paper on my windshield that said Will About 15 minutes into me waiting but no one came. I also spoke to a second man who I told I had been waiting for 30 minutes to be helped and he did nothing but say okay. One of the worst customer service I do not recommend coming here unless you have all day to waste
They promptly contacted me, recorded at a convenient time for me to pass the first maintenance of my car. Everything was well organized, they told me and explained everything to me in an accessible way. Waiting - a pleasant area, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, vending machines and a cafeteria
Requested certain services that werent done after checking in addition to being charged incorrectly for things. Misleading information from service rep, and when they charge this much its not competitive at all so might as well take your car someplace else with actual servicing to expectation. They have no problem trying to upsell you but they barely fulfill the minimum requirements. Wont be returning
