Dulce was an absolute sweetheart while we were unsure of what we wanted to order. We had come through a half hour before close and she was incredibly patient and a pleasure to talk to. She went above and beyond to show us the current stock of cups because we could not enter the lobby at that time.

This Starbucks is definitely hit or miss. When I go in the morning my drink is perfect however every time I go in the afternoon it is not. I order the same drink every time and as a former partner I know what it should look and taste like and every afternoon it’s wrong. I wish everything was consistent I love Starbucks and want to continue to support my local one however it looks like I will just be doing it in the morning.

Starbucks is going down hill in my opinion. They are allowing dogs to lay on the tables, not the least bit concerned about wiping down tables after people leave. They are terrible at making pour overs, they get to it when they have time. And they could not have disappointed me any more then they did today.

We arent very big coffee drinkers but my daughter likes to go once and a while. Last time her and I went the girl at the counter was very nice and helpful with explaining what the different drinks were and what was in them. It was very a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

My favorite Starbucks locally! Friendly, and. knowledgeable Staff are top-notch. The atmosphere of the store is also nice. Drive-thru line can be long, bu they usually get people thru the drive quickly. They seem to care more about getting to know their customers than the other local store.

The best place in town to get coffee, here or the one on campus. The service is always above and beyond with some of the most courteous staff members working the counter. The only real complaint, this coffee joint is pricey, but it is Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks!! They are always friendly and make my drinks correctly and quickly. I would normally avoid a long line at Starbucks but I know this one with get me through quickly!! It’s not too hard to have good customer service and they have GREAT customer service!

Overall this is a pretty good place. A few critiques though would be to train your staff to make eye contact when speaking to customers. The other suggestion would be to hire a window cleaning service to clean the exterior windows. They are extremely filthy and it makes the exterior look run-down.

6/20/21. Went and order my usual coffee, and they told me they forgot my cold foam, even though its clearly on the tag. They then refused to make me the correct drink I ordered and paid for, even though it was their mistake. Never again.

The drinks are a hit or miss from my experiences. I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte? Which only tasted like hot milk with a little sweetness to it. More recently ordered an iced peppermint mocha, which was pretty decent. I will say the employees are usually very pleasant there.

DeKalb Starbucks is the best! Drinks are always made to perfection and staff super friendly... its my favorite SBux ⭐️

I come here quite a bit to catch up on work and try various assortment of coffees. I like that I can order drinks the way I want them - less sugar and uncafinated (othwise I would bounce off the walls all night). The staff is usually pretty good with calling names and getting drinks out in a timely manor. There are some occassions were they get swamped with orders and it does take time.

Drive thru line was very long but they kept it constantly moving! Great job!

The Drinks, both hot and cold, are always perfect! The food is great! My personal favorite for a morning start is the Eggwhite Egg Bites with roasted red peppers and a Flat White!

Went there today around 7am, the drive thru was full so I went inside and was ignored by 3 people standing behind the counter. After about 5 minutes of waiting and be if the guys said the lobby is closed I have to go through the drive through. I just watched two other people leave there with coffee but I couldn’t order inside????

Not open to inside drinking coffee, even though the governor says restaurants can be open to it.

Can get busy and I wish the parking lot was easier to get in and out of, but the staff is so friendly there. All the drinks Ive ordered from there have always been made very well. The staff is patient, helpful and very kind. Love visiting!!

Best place to go and get a coffee its neat and clean. The staff are nice and well trained. The food was amazing but pricey like always. There is a nice vibe there with many people but great to chill and relax when you need a space to study or just hang with friends.

Love this Starbucks! Always a good environment with a good community feel. Everyone always welcome etc. it be cool if they did a open mic night.

Love the nitro coffee in the staff is always excellent.

Order in the app and pick up in store. Once pick up in store, my sandwich wasn’t available so had to substitute with another that had to be prepared. Barista just left sandwich on counter and didn’t communicate it was ready.

I went to this Starbucks in the drive-thru after driving a half hour to get there. The male taking my order didn’t seem to care to hear my drink order properly and assumed what I was trying to say. When I got to the window, I asked for a receipt and they never gave me one. Both of my drinks were made wrong even after I tried to correct them. The staff had a terrible attitude and no patience. Worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks and I paid over $10 for basically, two black coffees.

It was amazing had this great worker named Grant who made me the best drink of my life it tasted like the tears of angles and I will keep coming back to see that amazing man Grant.

A really nice and lovely place to work or study. What I love about this Starbucks, specifically, is that they offer a number of comfortable chairs and that during the day it’s always very bright inside because the whole place place is surrounded by big windows allowing decent sunlight in. It is slightly bigger than the Starbucks in Dekalb which means better chance of finding a table.

Seems to be better since the old manager left (which was an improvement over the one prior as well)...so theyre going in the right direction. More consistency with order taking would be the next step!

Rude employees

We went early morning. Drive thru not full at that time (could possibly be...just kinda time it right) the lady who took our order was very nice and our drinks were GREAT. (Vente Vanilla Mocha Latte)

Not as strong as usual

For some reason both sycamore Starbucks are not worth wasting money on. I understand drinks are hand crafted but they consistently get the order wrong and it varies from the universal taste of the same drink at other Starbucks. I drink chi tea and the pump of syrup is always less than the other Starbucks I go to. Drinks are usually lukewarm. I wont go to this Starbucks anymore because its not good. At least the drink I order.

Lovely coffee shop ☕️ tucked away from Sycamore Road. You know it’s a good Starbucks location when you roll up at 6am and there’s already a line of regulars waiting for their coffee and the cafe itself is filled with students and professionals who are looking to get some work done. This particular cafe is run fairly efficiently and the staff was very friendly. I plan on going back again soon.

A good go to place to hang inside or out with a great cup of coffee. Very good service. Can get busy at times so if you want to read or study bring headphones.

Guys/gals - sorry, you forced me to leave a review. I always ask for one cream. My coffee looks light tan, I am semi lactose intolerant and it looks like about 5-6 creamers in there right now. Do me a solid, have a meeting, add one creamer to a coffee and have your employees look at the color so they may get a visual reference. One cream means one cream. My coffee is gross right now!!!!!

AWFUL! Didnt know how to make popular specialty drinks..didnt have ingredients nor offer to improvise in order to make the drinks i asked for..then made my drink wrong...i will never go back to this location EVER! MANAGER WAS ARGUMENTATIVE AS WELL.

If you order using the app, give yourself about 5-10 extra minutes before you get your drink beyond what they say the timing is on it. I get the feeling that this location doesnt have much experience with app orders; any other Starbucks I go, I always get my order right around the time that the app says its ready.Also, check your order if you do make it through the app. Ive gotten whipped cream when I specifically asked not to have whipped cream (it makes me VERY sick).The staff here are really good about making things right if they should go wrong, and if you order in house (highly recommended), it is without error. Expect long wait times during peak times and weekends, and during exam times. This is one of the few places that has WiFi around here.The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I dont bring my laptop here, often just read one of the papers on hand or something on my phone, but its a good place to just take a breather and enjoy your coffee/food.

Nothing really against this Starbucks, I just dont understand paying so much money for a cup of OK coffee and really dont understand the high calorie fancy drinks. To each his own. I have other places I would like to spend my money and my calories.

Coffee was very good, no paper towels in the bathroom though. Need the paper towels to operate the bathroom exit door, and the follow the employee protocol for washing hands after bathroom use. Only air dryer available.

I stop here most days before my 45-minute commute. I usually only get coffee, unless its a free espresso with a star reward. Ive also set up shop here to work remote a few times, Ive been in for an evening snack a few times, and Ive stopped in randomly on weekends with my family. Its a consistently positive experience. The product is what it is - its the service that sets Starbucks locations apart. This is a good one.

Quick and friendly service.

So here I am in the drive thru, waiting on my Java chip frapuccino when I hear who I assume is the manager tell the other workers, Were out of java chips No too long after, I get my beverage and drive off real quick because there are many people in the line for the drive thru. I then notice, there are no java chips in my Java chip frapuccino. When I had earlier heard the manager tell his workers about the java chip situation, I thought that I had gotten the last of them. However, I was incorrect and they had FAILED to tell me that my JAVA CHIP frapuccino did not contain JAVA CHIPS.

Good atmosphere, good food for the most part. The choices could be healthier but they arent terrible. This is a great place to relax.

They say online they are open till 10pm but yet I got there just as it turned 4pm and there was a sign in the drive through saying they are closing at 4pm. So what are their real hours?

I have recently tried the white hot chocolate and that is a game changer. This location is always fast and friendly.

Always good coffee and always make it right. I order from dunkin a lot and have to request a ton of syrup in my coffee, so going to starbucks Im used to being cut shirt of flavor and end up drinking bitter coffee. But here at Starbucks, you get what you put in and they dont cheap you out on your syrup! Just make sure to not put too much in or else youre drinking syrup. Otherwise very nice staff and fast service. I also use the app and order in advance and the only wait is the line thats usually there. Not to mention all starbucks usually have a Pokestop so theres one way to spend your time

Went to this store for a Venti iced coffee. Staff were helpful and quick with my order. Recieved beverage as ordered with a smile from staff. The store was quiet at this time with plenty of seating available to enjoy beverages or to work. I will come back in the future.

The staff is very nice and weve never had a problem with an order. Starbucks is not a cheap cup of joe, but they make a decent chai and the breakfast food is consistent. Usually only go once a week, as a treat.Edit to add: The doors here do not have ADA door controls.
