WILL NEVER DEAL WITH XFINITY AGAIN. Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Terrible experience all the way around from the very beginning. Charged me a 100$ installation fee even though I have screen shot evidence showing their rep told me I would not be charged. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. GO TO METRONET! Actual service aside, the employees at this location are great. They need to jump ship and go to another company ASAP.

Terrible experience. I walked in there and asked about upgrading my plan because my 2-year promotional period has expired. Darrell and ZQ were helping me. They were so adamant about me changing my phone over from Verizon to Comcast that it was a sickening experience. I repeated myself 13 times no I do not want to switch and they kept harassing me about it. Then, they could not understand that I wanted to keep the same features. I have TV, home security, and internet through them and they were trying to sell me a package without Home Security even though I kept telling them I want the home security. If you can use their app for anything, I suggest that instead of going to this place. Customer service here is terrible.

They have gotten better in the four years of living in DeKalb but theres never enough employees to help with how many customers come in for assistance. Just dropping off my device I waited 45 minutes but when I was finally helped it took only 5 minutes. They should come up with a better system for drop off or pickup to where the customer can easily do so instead of waiting in line. The employees are always nice and it sucks to see them overworked and short staffed consistently at this location.

There is no store number..only Xfinity 800 number..This company is the worst! Nothing but lies to steal your money. You can call Xfinity 5 times and get 5 different answers ..You dont even know what country they are in and cant understand English or speak it

Went to the store with my daughter as her new apartment had Comcast as the internet provider. This was my first experience with a Comcast store as I have a different provider.Angel made the process go quickly and efficiently. In and out in just a couple of minutes.We need phone support from Comcast the next day. That was nowhere near as efficient but thats another story....

Came in here a while back to return some equipment and had a fairly awkward experience with some of the associates. The first one stared at me blankly for a while and didn’t know what to do. The second associate told me I can’t return my equipment here. I ended up having to call the customer service line and put the representative on speaker phone to assist the store employees. I hope the people I interacted with have received better training since I came in.

Was there Saturday to start my service. Was lied to by the Assistant manager. They messed up my account. So for the past 3 days my service has not worked. Wouldnt Recommend Xfinity to my worst enemy. There support team on the phone is no better. They pass you onto another person until you get fed up. Tell you it could take up to 72 hours to get the issue resolved. Dont want credit you for not having service.

Very big thank you to Jordan from the Sycamore/Dekalb location! I hate change but recently decided to switch phone carriers and bundle with my cable/internet service. I switched 3 lines over with new phone purchases and needed someone with knowledge, patience and sincerely wanted to help. Jordan fit the bill perfectly!!! Very happy we made the change!

Comcast is making it impossible to set up a home visit. Why? I need to have my equipment set up, but your automatic phone answering message does not allow for that possibility. You need to have representatives answer the phone.

The number listed here is not correct, but you wont find that out until you go through a hell of menu items and recorded messages.Then you will call and an operator will try to get you to give her your social security number just for the privilege of finding out the correct number.When you refuse to do that, she will give you some random number that isnt for the store at all.Then you will call that number, and they will tell you that they have no idea what the number is, but that they can send you back to the first lady who wanted your social in exchange for the correct number.

Glad to have an office open however one occasion they were very rude and gave false information,another occasion system was down and they couldnt help me after standing in line for a long time socially distanced in a mask they could not take my payment nor help me with a problem that I have been unable to reach anyone through my phone to help me solve with an audio problem. Wanted them to reboot me and they cant do that. I have a phone number from the installation people they have been super the supervisor treated me with respect and did everything in his power to assist me but that was not the store. I will attempt to go back and perhaps I will get a trained differentrepresentative and perhaps their equipment will be working however this has been my experience has thus far. Very disappointing and I am at high risk so going to a brick-and-mortar is difficult and I am not tech savvy and have had difficulty reaching people through their system over the phone and I dont have a computer and a whole nother story is I havent been able to set up Wi-Fi and that was one of the things I wanted them to help me do and their system was down so they could not help me do that so its a chicken in the egg vicious circle

The person who helped us made it seem like she would rather be doing something else, and proceeded to video chat while we were there, and text while setting up the phone. She got the job done, and so far everything looks fine on the account, but it was possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I hope she doesnt work on commission because there was no attempt to sell anything. If we had an alternative to this location that was closer than 40 minutes away, Id make the extra drive just to avoid this place.

It’s not this location I have a problem with its the company I have a problem with!!! They’ve been over charging me for months as I’ve been calling and calling telling them I do not have tv service for which I’m being charged and double charging me on my bills!!! Every time I call and complain they say it’s fixed and when my next bill comes ITS NOT FIXED!!! I asked for a refund for all the months I was being over charged and she said no they would have to launch an investigation to see if they could. I’m done!!! Never ever going back to them and never recommending them to anyone!!!! Horrible company. ZERO stars. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have been banging my head against a wall with an issue getting started at my apartment. I decided to come into the store in person. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I closed the account I had with my husband and re-opened one under my name. They gave me the equipment right away but told me another router will be sent to my house and to just return it. So I waited for the new router to arrive and then with the old router and tv box in a bag from our closed account, I went to return it to the store. I got a notice to return the equipment. I called customer service to let them know I already did but it doesn’t show on my account!So, I did go to the store and a very helpful staff checked my account and everything thing showed it’s been returned. I don’t know why the store and customer service on the phone are not in sync? But I am relieve that I won’t be charged for equipment that is not in my possession.

Chrystopher called in multiple times and did everything he could to help solve the issue. Great customer service. Been here over an hour before being helped. I have watched 2 girls playing with their hair and 1 man brushing his hair. They are constantly on their phones. They let people cut in front of people who have been there for a longer wait time. The manager needs to be retrained and then retrain the staff because obviously customer service sucks.

Went in to have an error fixed on our bill. We were charged for an installation visit that we were told (by the technician) that we should not be charged for. We were denied any help by this store. The manager would not consider looking into the issue and was short and rude with the associate trying to help us. The associate told us customer service would say the same thing and nobody would remove the faulty charge from our bill. Luckily, they were wrong and customer service remedied the issue for us via phone. Don’t waste your time at this store unless you’re purchasing service or product. They don’t have time for actual customer service.
