Chandler was amazing! Anything and everything that could have went wrong in the process of upgrading our phones happened (through no fault of his m!) and he did an amazing job making sure that we got our upgrades as promised as well as making sure all the data from our phones transferred after it failing multiple times! (Again through no fault of his own). He stayed way past him time off to make sure everything got done correctly which we greatly appreciated. He was super nice and helpful! Highly recommend working with him!

Cellular sales in Defiance has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Dont waste your time or efforts and more importantly dont waste your money on this company.
I went in for some Christmas shopping needs. They had social distancing all set up with options for service outside in tents as well. Everyone wore masks and used hand sanitizer. I felt comfortable and safe doing my shopping. Ryan was great and explained what options I had that fit my specific needs. It didnt take long at all and I was on my way. Plus my monthly bill went down due to some great deals.
Excellent customer service!! Chad went above, and beyond to help me make the switch from sprint over a year ago!! This is why I came back, Verizon has the best customer service, and Chad is a true example of this!A little over a week ago i added my fiancé to my account and gifted him the newer iPhone, Chad made the process enjoyable and easy, once again! I went there with my dad and a gentleman named Nick helped us out. Very informative and patient with us (my dad sometimes has trouble hearing). It was nice not feeling like I was being overly pressured. I’ll definitely ask for Nick when it’s time for my daughter to get her phone.

I cant say enough good things about Rachel. She is WONDERFUL!! I live out of town, but my elderly parents live in Defiance. I called the store to ask about getting my Dad a new cell phone. I was lucky enough to talk to Rachel. She assured me that she would take care of my Dad; make sure he had the phone I requested (just a phone, no bells and whistles) and would take the time to teach him how to set it up. She delivered on her promise and then some. She not only spent time with both of my parents, even offering to stay late until they could get there, but once there, she was so patient and kind. She showed Dad how to set up the phone, got him the best deal and even bought him a phone case since they didnt have any in the store! She is absolutely amazing. Its so nice to know that people are willing to go the extra mile and even better, to be kind doing it. Its so comforting to know my Dad is in good hands with Rachel and everyone at the Defiance Verizon store! Thank you all!
I recently went in and got a phone for my dad. I scheduled an appointment with Ryan and I am thankful that I did. Ryan took the time to help me select a phone that my dad would love. He didnt try to push any products and listened to what I wanted in a phone for my dad. If you are or anyone you know are going to Verizon, ask for Ryan. I guarantee you wont be disappointed!

Nick needs to fix his attitude. He treated my grandmother and I very poorly. He did transfer my stuff from one phone to the other and did do his job, but that did not excuse his poor behavior. I asked him a question repeatedly and got ignored, he gave us dirty looks multiple times, and he was very sarcastic and just rude and criticized my situation. I came a couple days before and Taylor was very nice and even helped my Grandma find a new phone and watch. He is great, I recommend you ask for him. Nick needs to be talked to about how he treats customers, because he made my grandmother and me especially upset. Please don’t work in retail or customer service if you’re gonna treat customers like this.

Ryan Arps is absolutely amazing. My phone died on a Monday morning so I messaged him right away. It turned out it was how day off and he still came in to help me out. He worked with me to find the phone that was best for me. He made the process as painless as it could be for me, finding a way to still transfer my pictures, contacts, and apps. If you’re looking to do any business with Verizon, I strongly suggest seeing Joey!! He has been so helpful and patient in the messy transfer from AT&T to Verizon in the last 2 days!! He stayed 2 hours passed close last night to make sure my husbands phone was running before we left and then after the mix up today, he didn’t give up until the problem was fixed! Brandon did an awesome job. He took the time, even extra time, to help me save everything on my old phone that I thought was gone forever. He made everything very easy to understand and broke down everything explain my upgrade.
Sell, sell, sell... personable enough but no help with fixing the fact my phones ability to emit sound through the JBL attachment or the headphone port. No help at all just $46.00, then $206.00, and then $$117.00. The speakers still do not work. The manager who just flew in from Milwaukee is probably berating the guy who was trying to sell me a new phone because I did not buy. Bad experience; I hope yours is better.

The worker assigned to us was extremely kind and patient. He answered all of our questions and let us know of all of our options for phones and data plans, and wouldnt let us leave unsatisfied or with unanswered questions. We also learned what a sun shower was, which was pretty neat.

I have been to a few different Verizon but this one in particular has an extremely friendly knowledgeable staff. I went in to have my daughters phone looked at and I left probably the most satisfied as Ive ever left out of a Verizon before. They got my daughters phone fixed at no cost to me and I also was looking to upgrade away from an iPhone and they put me in a Google pixel. Which I love by the way. And also it was right before Christmas and they found me a whole bunch of really cool deals on some other products and I ended up walking away with $350 worth of stuff for about a hundred bucks. They took lots of time and walked me through every product and everybody was very knowledgeable and they were all eager to help me and each other

The staff here is very helpful and go out of their way to take care of you.. I went in because I was having problems with my phone that was only 5 months old. They ordered me a new one and had it sent to my house and told me what I needed to do when I got it. My also suggested a cordless charging port which we purchased.I will recommend them to my friends.

Stopped in a few weeks ago to simply pick up a sim card for a newly purchased pre-owned iPhone. Ive had prepaid for well over a decade now and wouldnt have it any other way due to my past experiences with several carriers. The sim card was a ridiculous $20 and they tried to talk me into going contract and financing the newest iPhone. I understand its part of their job to do so but I really had no interest in it. The staff was very friendly however. As for the sim card you can order it through Walmarts app for around $10 or on eBay for around $3-$4 if you arent in a time crunch.

This Verizon was nice and clean. The employees were friendly and relatively informed on the products. There was several times I knew significantly more on specific products after 20 minutes of research. I believe it is unreasonable to expect the salesmen and saleswoman to know about every product Verizon sells. Good experience but just a warning there was long waits but that didnt bother me too much because thats what happens in stores when you arent the only customer. Just make sure you set some time aside when going.
Make sure to ask for Joey took care of my wife and myself very quickly and professionally very knowledgeable salesperson without being pushy definitely recommended.
Came in to change my plan on our phones and Layne was on it and no issues! Everytime I come into the store they help me and fix whatever my issue is! Been Verizon customer for 16 years and its not going to stop now! Thanks Layne!

Was lied to in store and ended up paying off the wrong phone (which was more expensive) and called and said they can’t do nothing for me and making me pay for what I was told the free phone.

I usually have very helpful, respectful associates at the Defiance Verizon but today it was Thanh. He totally disregarded & disrespected me and acted like he was doing me a favor just waiting on me. He was rude & demeaning treating me as if I was ignorant. As a small business owner, if one of my staff treated a customer that way, they would have been fired immediately. Dont go into customer service if you dont want to SERVE customers. You should be ashamed Thanh & I feel bad for all the other customers that have to deal with you!

This is a company owned Verizon store which has its benefits over going with a store that offers Verizon and other competitors products at the same location.It has a great location and access to the store and the staff overall is very nice.It just seems that every time I have been to this Verizon store in the past and most recently I have always somehow have had to deal with excessively arrogant, miss quoting specifications, and somewhat of a rude sales representative. I am not the only one that feels this way too.I come here to receive services only a company owned Verizon store can offer and it is the nearest one to me at this time. Otherwise I spend additional time and money to go out of my way to take care of my cellular wants and needs to avoid rude sales representatives.
Had issues and got taken care of very efficiently. Love having water here as well.
