Really Great service on my New Iphone 12!

Jon was exceptionally delightful. Today was and still is, my birthday and I had a great time spending it here with this store. I came in around 11:10am to be added to my boyfriends account and Jon sat with us and explained in full detail all the promotions and benefits available to me. You never expect to have fun in a phone store but this was a game changer! My boyfriend and I came back around 5:30 so that he could get an upgrade after the great service and Jon and Tiara noticed I was hungry and made me fresh popcorn with water and beverages. I highly recommend this store if you want the best service. Thanks!

I went to Walmart first and I couldnt find a phone that I like for the price I wanted to pay and I went I need a plan they included everything like a hotspot and unlimited data and Walmart was advertising a $65 and a $75 plan and the $75 plan was the only one that had hotspot so then I was like whatever Im going to the store so I went to the AT&T store wake me up with a phone I like in the $75 plan for only $50 a month and I walked out the door with the phone I wanted in the plan I wanted for way less money than I wanted to spend it was great

Jon is always so very helpful when I come in, anytime I come in he has my best interest in mind. His work ethic and honesty is what keeps me with AT&T.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Terrible, foreign speaking reps. Hung up on 4 times, lied too three times, tried to charge me $5,000 for cancelled service, still owe me $400, worst coverage for voice, no coverage at all for data.

Came in for some questions about AT&T and they always take great care of me and my family! Jon and Tiara always sit down with us and make sure we are getting the best bang for our buck. Great location and great staff!

Let me tell you I’ve never been so welcomed and treated so well by any cell phone store EVER. I told the workers David and Tiara my budget, I’m a single mom and it’s tight. They pretty much laughed at me at Verizon. Not here, they asked me what I do with my phone, went over plans with me and got me something that I could afford. You would think after they made the sale they’d be done with me right? Nope! They told me when I get me phone in the mail(we ordered it) to come in they’ll help me get everything I need set up and show me how to use it. I decided to give IPhone a try. I usually use a cheapo Android. I’m so excited to get my phone and come back! Thank you David and Tiara for helping me and being so kind! I’m a customer for life!!!!

Coverage is garbage in downtown Defiance

Jon and tiara went above and beyond to get my new phone set up! My email password was wrong and we could not figure out how to reset it and Jon went through several options including calling google for me and helping to expedite the recovery process. This store has really great staff including Tiara! Come see them.

Jon set my fiancé and I up with a plan together and gave us the best experience we’ve had with a phone salesman. Jon quickly and efficiently set up our plan, logged us into our apps, and set up HBO for a hassle free first use of our new phone. He had us laughing the entire visit and my fiancé wants to be his friend irl 😂 best experience we’ve had! We will be driving from BG to defiance from now on for service. Thanks again Jon!

Ordered a replacement phone (warranty claim) with the store manager. He told us everything was ready to go and we would get the phone in two days. A week goes by we called and asked the manager to check on the order. He checked the status and said due to Covid19 the shipping was taking a bit longer.Had a bad feeling, due to issues with this manager in the past, went to a Toledo location and found out he never even placed the order! Very frustrating. I would be less upset if this was the first time this man has messed up but it isnt.His snarking and demeaning attitude is enough to get your blood boiling. If it wasnt the closes store location for me in emergencies I would never go there.

I always have an AMAZING experience at the AT&T store, busy or not. They are always great. Those reps go above and beyond. They really help my grandma with her bill and spent 2 hours helping her set up her phone, tell me where else you are going to get that service. I will never go anywhere else. Every rep that helps us is top notch. And as far as knowledge I trust them 100%

The AT&T store has a great customer service team. I have been in for services; ranging from new service, upgrades, replacements, and contract adjustments. Whenever I go in, I am greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly technician. They listen and access my problem; then offer the best choices available for my family. I look forward to returning to the Defiance, Ohio location as my needs change. The customer service team is wonderful and has saved me time and always has helpful ideas.

Maybe alright if all you need is a cell phone, but would not recommend them for anything to do with home data packages. Been there three times, get three different stories... End up walking out of there no better than when I walked in on the 1st visit. Recommend going to another store for home data....

Only one star because it wont let me chose zero.I came in here to buy a phone to use while Verizon fixed something for me. When buying I asked three times and was told I would for sure be able to use my IPhone 7+ that I was buying when I went back to Verizon. I came in on the 14th day to return it because Verizon rectified the mistake they made. They told me not to return the phone and to just pay it off because it would save me money. I paid the $850 phone off. I took it to Verizon and it will not work. I came to this store to make them fix their mistake and for 5 weeks now they keep telling me they havent heard back yet and that they will let me know. Meanwhile they left me high and dry with no working phone and out $850. Ive stopped in and emailed the manager Tiara and she is now not replying to me.I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED STORE. Also, Some of the 5 star reviews on here are by employees of this store.

The staff here is always nice but sadly cant always help considering at&t doesnt know how to run anything. Altogether paying your bill is not worth the frustration and the phone service itself sucks. Its overpriced and you are better off going to a Walmart phone plan or Verizon. Im switching the second I can since I cant even get cell service in my own home, but my friends with verizoV have no issue what so ever.

The people at the Defiance Store are awesome! They helped me set up my direct tv and its been great since. We got some great deals too, had good conversation, and loved the prices they quoted us. We switched from Verizon and have seen such an improvement in our cell service. Ive read some of the other reviews, and find it hard to believe that any of those could be the case. Maybe theyre getting it confused with the Van Wert store? Never been there. Defiance really is the place to go for at&t service. They really went the extra mile for me!

I came to this store because I was having issues with an online order. I was fed up with customer service and wanted to be done with AT&T. The Store Manager, David, helped me tremendously. Was able to get me the phone I wanted and got me set up with Directv now. I will be back in the future.

I feel bad for linzi, we had that same experience when the store was in the mall. However since they moved it has gotten a whole better. I am headed up there now so I just hope this experience will be like the last time.

We went in to the store on Thursday to upgrade. They didnt have the phones in stock that my boyfriend and I wanted, so we had them order them. We were told they would arrive Monday. My boyfriend went today, spoke with the same guy who helped us Thursday, and he said he didnt know anything about the phones we supposedly ordered. When we walked out on Thursday we were told one white and one black Note 5 were on order. ... Terrible. And no one came out to help us when we were browsing what phone to get. They just hollered from behind the counter and continually asked if we had chosen one yet. They told me the one I originally wanted wasnt a good phone but couldnt tell me why, just that they dont sell many of them. It wasnt a good experience. I dont know phones... they are supposed to be able to tell me what phones have what features so I am an informed buyer. Go elsewhere to purchase, unless you know exactly what you want. These folks do not help one bit.

This is one of the worst store Ive ever been to in my life! Called in advance said we were coming in to get 2 Samsung Galaxy active .She said no problem when we got there we had to sit a hour with 1 person in front of us. Then when it was our turn she said we couldnt buy the phone and take it because we were out of town. Even though we were paying cash and have been with att since 1998. She was very rude waste of our time would not give us any other Manger name but hers Tonya Stevens.Very unprofessional! My advice go to Celina The boy there was so much nicer and was going to let us take the phone but was out of stock. BUYERS BEWARE TONYA STEVENS FROM VAN WERT OHIO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is the worst cell company ever. We tried to cancel our account 3 times on the phone and they hung up on us. We wrote letters and they ignored them. Now theyre sending us a bill for a phone we didnt want and cant use! Never want to here or see the name again!
