Their COVID vaccine clinic was run excellently and the staff was working very hard! Thank you so much to every worker there helping out. You are very appreciated.

Very poor customer service. I very rarely go into any Rite Aid, but the customer service was so bad I dont think that I will be back. The cashier obviously didnt know how to do her job, because she flat out refused to let me pay with my debit card or check. Im sorry a debit card or check is an acceptable form of payment. Especially since their was no sign stating that they were currently only accepting cash at that time, and the total of my entire order came out to $25. I was so irritated. I was forced to leave the items I was willing to pay for and go to a different store. Way to go Rite Aid send your competition the paying customers!

Not even 1 star ... This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at pharmacy. I renewed my script over the phone. Went in to pick it up and they only had 1/2. They said it needed to be renewed and they would call my dr. Went back two days later and they said they already gave it to me. They had not. They changed their story 3 times about why they didnt have it. They never did call my dr. Makes me wonder where my script is. Did they give it to the wrong person? I will never go there again, ever!

I got there 2 mins before they closed to get a prescription filled & the pharmacist stayed over to fill it for me so I didnt have to wait till the next day...wont go anywhere else...keep up the great job..

Theres some very fat very uptight ladies who enjoy treating customers poorly here. Be ready because they will call your name over the PA then tell you to wait more or chew you out for not having insurance.
