I used to like Walgreens. Last time I went they double charged me. I used debt. So I called. The first person said. We cant double charge. So I asked to talk to the manager. She said. That will be taken off in a couple days. I waited 4 days. Charge still there. I called again. The manager said talk to your bank its on their end. Talked to the bank. They said no. Walgreens needs to take it off. By then I was furious. I called manager again. She said. Thats what I said ( no no you didnt) Then was told it may take 2 weeks to clear this up. I am so done with Walgreens!

Lately this location hasnt been refilling my perscription correctly giving me half of the medication instead of the full amount. They also have been billing it to the insurance as a full dose thus making it difficult to get even more of the medication ready as the insurance company thinks the full dose was fulfilled. I had no problems with this location for years until this past year and now it seems like the pharmacy technicians dont know how to refill perscriptions. Walgreens corporate should look into whats happening with this location.
Since new pharmacists have taken over, disorganization & incompetence has also taken over. My scripts are never filled correctly or on time which wastes my time. I’m changing pharmacies unless a big change happens ASAP! Loved Walgreens for years but now these pharmacists have made every visit a nightmare!
