Contacted company and requested a quote.Waited weeks with no response.Followed up with a phone call.Quote was finally emailed about a month after rep visited project site.We told the rep that we wanted to move forward with the project and were told he would be out to the site on a specific date to have the paperwork signed and collect the deposit.No show, no call.Sent rep message and he apologized and stated that his day got away from him and he was consumed by his job.We setup another appointment. No show, no call.I reached out and received no response.While I am incredibly happy to see that this is such a healthy business that they do not need additional work, I am not happy about the lack of respect to others. Simply tell me that you are not interested in the work. I will find another source but stringing me along for months on end is just not right.

Reliable provided first class service from beginning to end. They replaced all of our windows and sliding glass doors in a 4000 sq ft house. The owner is very knowledgeable and made great suggestions that we would not have thought of. I highly recommend them.

Good isnt cheap and cheap isnt good..you get what you pay for...I had them install ( 6) near bullet proof and I think sound proof too category 5 sliders and then a year later a front door with side lights.. beautiful...they have done a dozen jobs in my complex. Highly recommend.. piece of mind is worth it....

Great overall experience. The owner Rich came out for measurements and delivered the quote shortly after. Price was very competitive. Doors/Windows came in before expected and the installers did a great job down to every little detail. Everything looks great and they left the job extremely clean. Everything went as promised. I would highly recommend this company.

We decided to replace all of out windows and french doors.The service from the onset was very professional. I have never met a more professional group of installers ever. Each one came to us and introduced themselves and shook our hands. Their work was meticulous and they didnt leave until the work was complete. Anthony and Jorden along with everyone from the crew, were top notch. They were not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but we you get what you pay for. We love our new windows and doors and the beautiful view.

If I could give them additional stars I would. This company was a pleasure to work with. Rob was very patient, answered all of our questions and made sure everything was going smoothly. I’m paying it forward, since i found out about Reliable Windows from a neighbor. As a business owner myself, i must say it was the best business experience I’ve ever had. The product, the workers, the kindness and the honesty should be a model for all businesses. If you are looking to do Impact Windows? Rich and family at reliable windows is your choice. I got several quotes and they also came in the cheapest. They do NOT promote their business, their work does that for them. Even the city inspector told me they never have a problem with them because they never cut corners. So I’m doing a little promotion for them. Best Money I ever spent and i think they might have made my house cleaner than it was was when they arrived. I’ve already given 2 houses on my street their #. U can Feel very comfy signing the check with these guys

Wonderful Installation! They were 20 percent less than the others and they did an outstanding job on the installation. They ran in to some issues because I have older windows and never asked for more money. Super honest and a stand up company. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I decided to change our original 1969 windows for new PGT impact windows and doors. I cannot say enough about the wonderful professional service we experienced. From the first call to Rich and the initial meeting with Jeb to the installation process with Carlos, Danny & Uncle plus all the other gentlemen who worked so hard to create the perfect fit and look for our home. They were very diligent in keeping the mess to a minimum. They were all extremely polite and courteous. I felt very comfortable with the entire process. I loved that they check and re-check everything with each step in the process and came up with solutions to solve some of the retro-fit problems that happen with older homes. The city inspector was very impressed with the quality of work done and he indicated that to my husband at the final inspection. We LOVE our new windows & doors. Our home is much quieter (no traffic noise) and stays cooler without the air conditioner running constantly like before. Rich, you have a GREAT company because you have some GREAT employees. Thank You all!!!

I cannot even express how amazing this company is... We have a baby at home and I was super nervous about having a project like this done in our home while we were there ! I was completely surprised at how professional, and my house was not a mess at all they cleaned up after themselves and the best part we have a single family home with three bedrooms and they finished in 1 day!!!!! Amazing !!! Don’t look else where if your looking for doors or windows ! Rich is the owner and he’ll show up at your door to talk about what you want !!! Great job Realiable ☺️

Rich and his team replaced the sliders on our patio with impact ones from PGT. The product is great and the installers were very quick and professional. A week after the installation, they came by to follow up and make sure everything looked good and was functioning properly. I would highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who does not know exactly what they want to purchase. Their sales rep was very impatient and testy with me when I asked for a quote revision, like adding window specs. When I asked for a better price, he sent me a rude email saying they decided not to take on my job. I dont know of anyone who is spending over $10K that would not try to negotiate a better price on their purchase. Regardless, they did me a favor because Im getting a better product for a better value with another local vendor. I would not have given even one star but I cant post the message without at least 1 star.

We have never met such a professional team. Not only did they do an exceptional job on the windows and doors, they were very efficient and they were ON TIME every day. They also made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day so we werent tripping over things or dealing with a lot of mess in the evenings. After the job was done, Rich did an inspection with us and made sure we were totally happy before he considered the job done. We love, love, love the job they did and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of impact windows and doors. Its obvious they take pride in their work!!!

Installation was well done. We had 15 windows, 5 doors and 2 sliders- done with excellent craftsmanship.The impact windows and doors reduced the noise, makes the house cooler, and is much safer.My wife is happy with everything, and thats what matters most to me.

I recently decided to have impact windows installed in my condominium and after weeks of doing my due diligence, I decided on Reliable Windows and Doors. I can honestly say that this was one of the best decisions I ever made as well as one of the most pleasant and professional experiences I have ever had!! Rich and Rob Morris were the very first people I interacted with in discussing my needs for impact windows and even though I contacted them at probably their busiest time of the year, they took the time and had the patience to answer all of my questions (and I had lots and lots of them)!! This was a first time experience for me in having a job performed of this magnitude. Rob informed me that the PGT SH700 windows would be an excellent choice and highly recommended them, at a very fair price!! (By the way Rob, I know I bombarded you with questions, but I cant thank you enough for putting my mind at ease). Days later, Jeb Blair came out to my home and measured the window openings and addressed all of my concerns as well. Super great guy!!! The windows were installed on August 16, 2018 by Reliables outstanding installation team and they made the job seem almost routine, as they are so experienced with their craft! Every detail of the job was addressed and they were so professional and efficient, taking care of my condo as though it was theirs!! At the end of the day, the new windows were in and my place was spotless as they made my living area look like new!! The very next day, Curtis and Oscar came out to take care of the drywall and caulking as well as making some trips to Home Depot and hanging my blinds back up for me. I greatly appreciated all that they did and they too were an absolute pleasure to deal with!! Also Andres came out and touched up an area on my bedroom wall that was hidden by the blinds. I was so appreciative that he took the time from his busy day to address this issue. It was so minor, but it makes me, the customer feel respected and pleased as well as wanting to recommend Reliable to others for their excellent customer service!This morning, Matt came out to handle the inspection which went perfectly and passed with flying colors. And to top it all off, Johan came out this afternoon from his very busy day and touched up a few final things and gave me quite an education on windows and energy efficiency!! I couldnt thank him enough!!I also want to thank Marcia and Alisa for addressing all of my needs and questions and being so courteous while responding so timely!! One thing I also want to emphasize is the punctuality of everyone from Reliable. Everything was done on time and when they gave an estimated time as to when someone would be at my home or when to expect a call, it was exactly at that time!!I am so happy with my new hurricane impact windows and even happier that Reliable was my choice!! I would recommend them to anyone and they are a first class company through and through!!Two thumbs up and five stars!!! If there was a rating higher than five stars, they would be getting my vote for that as well!!
