Signed a contract in January. Got the runaround until we finally had partial installation in May and final installation & inspection in July. Never wold have ordered if they were upfront about timing. They broke tiles during install and after telling us they would repair them, pointed to a clause in their contract that says they are not responsible. Had they told us that initially when they broke the tiles, we would have addressed it then but they kept us on the hook. After all this runaround, they asked us to pay the balance (which we did) “Promptly”. Didnt know that word was in their vocabulary. By the way, in the end the final product was fine (minus the tiles that we have to replace). They gave us a small credit for the tile work that we will have to have done.

Had doors installed with windows. Sloppy crews, arrogant salesman. Got the WRONG front doors, got the side ones right. Refused to acknowledge side lites were wrong too. Was supposed to swap out, newsflash, never happened.

We had a crew from A1 Hurricane, Nick, Chris, and Austin, replace the windows and doors in our office and can not refer them enough! What polite, nice people. They knocked out our office in just a few short hours, they were even courteous enough to put plastic over our computers and rearrange to get things away from their work area. It is not often to see a group of hard working polite men! They were sure to coordinate with our schedule and did not leave a mess at all. Highly recommend this crew!

Ive had a very similar experience to the reviewer JP Sanchez. Had a crack within a month, which was in November. Took weeks for them to measure (not sure why that was even necessary when they put the window in and know my model home). April 1 was going to be the big day they finally replace it. I moved my work schedule around to be home and they called to say the window was shattered. Why is hurricane glass shattering and cracking? Didn’t call me when promised, estimated another 6 weeks. I’ll believe it when I see it. Very poor service and communication.

Brand new house with PGT sliders that had paint and fingerprints inside the double pane panels. New doors come in and the frame is dented. Maybe they should inspect their product beforehand. Now I have to take another day off from work and wont be compensated for their mistake.

Great price but horrible company to deal with. They put a lien on your property no matter what until the job is complete (which in my case took over 2 months from the 1st day they came to install the windows). There were 3 different subcontractors at my house to do various parts of the install. It took them 3 weeks and 4 visits just to install screw covers after the inspection was completed. The owner is a liar and doesn’t follow through with any promises or appointments. I had the worst experience with this company (not the subcontractors) and would not recommend them to an enemy.

Your staff was just the greatest (golden). Respectful, clean, courteous and professional. Bought them lunch and gave them 20 buck tip each. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!!!

Stay away. Within 1 month my front window was cracked. They claimed it was a “stress” crack. (Could happen. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt.) But our front door was improperly installed and the had to get multiple service orders to get it fixed. The last service order they gave me a time frame and of course they weren’t here within the time frame. They don’t call to advise they are running late or anything. They were quick to get the contract and get payment but not quick to provide their warranty service. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM if I were you. (It came with the house so I had no option but I will definitely not be doing any business with them). If any of their representatives or owners want to contact me feel free. I’ve documented everything since day one. By the way don’t be fooled by the “it’s COVID” fault.

Monogram Windows and doors were fabulous! First of all Nicole was my sales expert and that title fits her perfect . She has a very pleasent approach and takes exellent care of business. Secondly the installation of my new sliding door units( we did 3 sets total ) was flawless. The technicians were incredible with great attention to detail, safety, communication and they were very mindful to not damage any surrounding furniture, etc. They couldnt have done a better job. A plus for Monogram windows and doors for sure👍👍

I have to give 1 star so I can write the review. Worst door company I have ever come across! 6-8 week turn around time turned into a 8 month nightmare, they attempted over 10 times to get the job right, lost over 8k on the job and not to mention time. incompetent, unprofessional and tardy. Will never use or recommend.
