I absolutely love this store. I always seem to find everything I want or need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the stores very clean & its at the perfect location In the mall.

Great place if you love anime. They have a great variety of anime character t- shirts, trinkets, jewelry, clothing. You cant go wrong shopping in here. The prices wont hurt your pocket, its worth stopping in to pick up a few things. You wont regret it.

All in all it was great. The music in the store was very up to date with the new generation. The employees were very nice and welcoming. My experience was nice and I would recommend to a friend.

Way too popular..found the dopestt hoodie but only size left was xs. The staff is a pretty hot topic too. Jus saying.

Super accommodating staff. I had misinterpreted a policy and the manager was very helpful in getting it resolved for me. They were wonderful and patient. Will be shopping here more in the future

DO NOT BUY THE MYSTERY BAGS!!!!The rest of the store is great; its Hot Topic and somethings always on sale. I, however, bought a Star Wars mystery bag advertised as having 5 Star Wars Items valued at over $40. There were 4 items and (per the stickers still on the items) they were worth $23. WHAT A SCAM!

A very large Hot Topic, much bigger than the one Im used to (Hicksville). They have a vast inventory of spooky clothes and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend if youre looking for a new Hot Topic.

I mean its a hot topic! Kind of hard to go wrong. Customer service is easy to talk to, if youre the target demographic. But its clean and pleasant!

The employees remember you and what you like. They were able to help me find an item that was moved and to tell me when the next shipment was due to be delivered.

Best place for any rocker/emo. Great staff that are very informative and friendly. Great prices on almost all apparel. All around great shopping experience if youre into the emo scene.

I once asked then if they had game of thrones stuff and they rudely told me that there wasn’t anything. I then returned an hour later and then asked the same person and they decided to actually tell me where the game of thrones stuff is.

My daughter loves this store.. They can be a bit expensive but I dont know any other stores that sell rock band stuff... (My Chemical Romance, Panic at the Disco...etc)

This Hottopics employees are so nice I grew up with Hotopic and with my kids going there now is awesome I have to just let other know dont judge ppl who work there just basied on how they dress just cause they wear there hearts in there sleeve. There so nice and friendly in like the clean cut straight I have encountered in other retail stores with there nose in the air. We shop here alot and love it keep up the great work

Fun store. Needs more though! I mean, they DO have a whole lot of things from different shows/games, and I am really happy with what I bought, but... there needs to be MORE! Theres lots of official show/gaming merchandise on Amazon and at GameStop that belongs in this store that isnt. Also, change the constant rock n roll/hardcore music and put some EDM or pop or something. 🔸️The employees could use some friendly, employee-like behavior. It could just be a coincidence, but everytime I go here, the employees are like Yeah whatever and stuff. Not really professional behavior, just too chill. Im not saying they have to be stiff, just maybe not TOO chill. The store is kind of like their hangout spot. 🔷️🔷️ Is there no dress code??? I mean, one girl was dressed like you would at a late night Halloween party, except it was August. Crazy bright neon hair, way too much makeup, black marker lines all over her face... what the what??? 😕 She was just staring at everybody from the counter... it was really weird and Im pretty sure that it wasnt a promotion for something. It wasnt cool, just weird.
