Horrible employees. Horrible customer service. I will not be shopping at this store specifically or at this company as whole anymore. I suggest you think twice before shopping at this company that would rather nickel and dime you than give you a positive experience. Would post zero stars, but that is not an option.

Rude employees and terrible customer service.Went into Iook at some of the shirts and while I was there one of the employees (the only lady) working; decided it would be cool to snatch the shirt almost immediately after I had just put it down. Keep in mind I was still standing there because I was still looking at the rest of the shirts, SO RUDE. Very unnecessary, and unprofessional. No, thanks.

The woman working (who is very lucky she didn’t have a name tag on) had the most disgusting attitude and was the rudest worker I’ve ever dealt with. Zero customer service skills... sorry you have to work for the money you’re trying to make. I’d rather spend full price somewhere else. Didn’t greet us, had no other customers in the store, scoffed and shook her head at us when we tripped over her mess. Unbelievable.

There is a girl who works at this location by the name of Joanne who is absolutely amazing. She is always so helpful and is always very bubbly when I come in to shop. There has never been a time when I walk through the door and I have not been greeted. She is the primary reason why I go to this store. She is awesome!

Saturday 11/09 - went to the store in the morning. The woman did not greet us- that is fine. Walked in, picked out several things to try on and as I walked towards the fitting room- she looks at me and asks me how many with unprofessional and rude tone. I tried somethings on for a bit and then moved on to but other items. No attempt to help. No questions. No conversation. Nothing. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided not to give Pacsun my business. Just does not make sense to be in the upper management team with this unprofessional attitude. When we left she shut the door closes (probably because a shipment came in). Anyways, not going back. She needs to be counseled on management or behavior. Even if she is having a bad morning, it doesnt justify her attitude.

This place is very incompetent! This is the second time! My son has bought items and come home with the ink tags being left on. The workers are not responsible enough to make sure at checkout, that all tags are removed. So customers are going back, wasting time and gas, to have ink tags removed!! Store manager also could care less! Never again, shopping here!

Honestly the rudest worker I’ve ever encountered definitely want to try to call headquarters to get this woman a reality check. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Good prices and very nice staff. Clean and organized store.

I looked online and the store said it closes at 9pm, when I got there it was closed and only 6:30

There was a women yesterday very rude i went in around 10:45 am in the morning she was at the cash register she had the biggest attitude and i ask her to nicely if she can open the loker room and she a face like she didnt want to do it

They only have 1 size for girls in my store and i was very upset to know that they only have sizes that fit skinny girls which is basically body shaming .
