Staff is so friendly. Sales racks are crazy but the staff is always super nice

Im not a avid shopper to this store it needs to appeal more to the Hispanic or urban demographics thats my opinion I could be wrong I havent found what I want

Purchased 4 dresses from Forever 21 in the Tanger outlets. Due to COVID they dont offer in store dress trial. So I had to bring them home try them on and go back to return/exchange. When I went back to return 2 items, adjust price for 1 item and purchase 1 item. They showed some attitude and ended up charging me twice for 1 item. The manager and cashier were very poor in math and calculation. I was in a hurry so didnt get a chance to catch this stupidity but was doubtful that something was wrong. After coming home as I checked the receipts I founud that I have to visit that stupid store again!! What an hassle!!

Small mens section

Have come 2 times and store is closed with no notice on door, store needs better communication with customers
