This is my favorite fashion jewelry and fancy little hand bags store. Unique styles, well made, vibrant colors, statement pieces.

Good updated store. But not much of outlets prices. You can buy same price items from Bloomingdale, or Macys

Awesome had what we needed

This is my go to hand bag store as the sales appreciates are nicer than any of the others (coach, Michael kors). Also prices are actually marked down unlike other retailers. When going in and looking for a specific bag the employees take the time to look for the bag instead of just saying they don’t have it. You also can’t beat the year warranty on every item and the nice thing is that as long as you give email they keep receipt on file. Lastly i filled out a survey the company sent. Within an hour the store manager sent me a personalized email which was a nice touch- i work in customer service and appreciate that they took time out to follow up.

I stopped in here with my wife on a whim. We had a great experience with their staff, who helped my wife and were welcoming and friendly. They had products in their store that we did not see anywhere else in the outlets.

They fake price the items, they say its 70% off on items but its not they already have them pre-priced, when u tell them the actual price they lie to your face and make up stores. People check what you buy its missed priced. Trust me you will see the lies.

Associate in store didn’t understand customer needs and make a great impression with the customer. An obsolete calendar paper could have been provided to the customer and ensure the customer was able to purchase replacement day planner paper. High end store doesn’t care about sales experience for customer or thinking out of the box to make a sale. And there are no chairs in the store for husbands to sit while wives are shopping.

The store was just remodeled and is very nice. However the workers aren’t nice. Awful customer service. The girls were talking amongst themselves and I approached them to ask for a price and one of the girls rolled her eyes at me (annoyed that I interrupted their conversation) and said its on the tag and take the percentage off. That same girl helped my sister on the register and was also rude to my sister when she asked for a price before buying a necklace. Why work in a place where you need to communicate with people if it’s such an inconvenience for you?

The Kate of Spades has pretty good deals here. As with most stores it is hit or miss sometimes but usually pretty good here.

Great place to get Kate Spade items of all sizes and materials. My favorite area is near checkout with the wide variety of wristlets and card wallets. The staff isnt as friendly as other locations but it gets the accessory job done.

Love their bags and customer sevice was great even though I came on a busy day.
