Called verified they had my size, when i got there, it was at the desk. Just as they promised. I will come here again. Everyone who helped me was proactive and knew the products well. Very helpful people in there.

Online order placed hadnt received order so I called them and they were very pleasant, figured out it was a FedEx issue and within a couple days I had my order. Outstanding. Love that I was able to talk with a customer representative and they took control of issue. Great purchase

This used to be one of the only stores I could find the Levis jeans my husband wears. Unfortunately, they no longer carry Levis AT ALL. The carry Wranglers and possibly a few off brands but not one type of Levis. I will never shop here again.

Great attitude and help, found all i needed

Well I looked on the internet where it said they were open. I even called to make sure they didnt change the automated line, and it didnt say they werent open. So I drive an hour and a half out of my way to buy some more FR clothing, I pull up and they are closed. Well I guess the people that manage this place dont realize that not everybody has a day off other than Sunday and bad weather days, I get the drift they just dont want peoples business. They have a great selection of FR clothing but they clearly dont care about the guy that makes a living wearing it.

Bought an item on clearance. Size was a little to small for what I needed. Contacted them for a refund but the lady said since the item was on clearance i could not get a refund. When you look into the return policy all it shows is that items with embroidery are final sales and no return/refund and nothing about clearance items. So anyone reading this review/post be careful so you don’t get screwed by them.

As a woman who just bought her first set of FR clothing, I am very glad I chose to go to FR Depot. While I was greeted when I initially walked in, they allowed me to go look and browse and ask for help when I needed it. The nice gentleman in the fitting rooms was even willing to run back and forth to get the right size pants and two different women took time to help me pick out steel toed boots. Five stars for customer service and I will definitely be back.

Good selection. Liked that there was more than just shirts, pants and coveralls. Wish there was more fitting rooms and more stock of commonly bought items, such as 1/2x jeans etc.

This store has one thing in mind and that is making $$$$$ ... There not worried about having the things in stock that some of the smaller people need because they pretty much said they cant sail the product quickly enough .

The staff was very helpful. I am plus size and it is next to impossible to find FR clothing that fits and it is rare to find a store that carries anything over a size 10 in womens. Not only did the store have sizes up to 26, the ladies were so kind and knowledgeable.

This was my first time there. They have a good selection of gear. The employees were very courteous and helpful.

The workers inside the store very helpful and polite, but the cashier name Yamilets was very rude and had a bad attitude. I have been coming to this store for years and might not come back anymore.

Good variety of FR uniforms and safety accessories

Do not buy from these people. They engage in pricing gouging and if for some reason you need to return the item, the front desk will argue with you about it. I strongly recommend going to 24 Hour Safety for anything related to PPE. FR Depot, I am scratching you from my approved retailer lists. Sad.

They never have my size, but got a great selection!

Brought my crew here to purchase FRs for an upcoming project. There was a large selection of shirts and pants both standard and new styles. They also have footwear, head gear, and miscellaneous accessories. Everyone working there was eager to assist us and always cheerful. We also received a company discount. I would recommend this place for any FR needs

Good customer service & slightly overpriced but you get what you pay for. Selection is limited by inventory & sizes but a decent investment nonetheless.

The staff there seemed reasonably nice and courteous. but after they greet you thats pretty much it and they stare at you constantly from a distance which seems a bit uncomfortable but I know they have either good intense or they just like to watch people shop. When I was looking for a particular item I could not find assistance and when I did I saw a person stare at me who seem to be working at the store and didnt bother to assist or asked if I was doing okay or needed assistance. but other than that it is a place to go to get your items that you need for work or other purposes. Some items are priced well and others are a bit over in my opinion.

Stopped here with a coworker looking for some work clothing. I was impressed with their selection of FR clothing and their prices are on par if not cheaper than other work clothing stores i have been to in the past. I will be shopping here again in the future. The staff here was also helpful and friendly with any questions we asked them.

Too Expensive, winter jackets from Ariat are made in China and want 2 hundred dollars and are too thin. Be for real.......

Best selection of FR clothes I have seen anywhere.

I’m a short “thick” little lady who’s never had FRCs that fit before, or bought for myself. I went in this store totally overwhelmed and everyone was super nice; three different people helped me with shirts, pants, and shoes and each helped for a good 5 minutes. One lady told me about free hemming so my pants would fit even better. On top of that, I got two pairs of pants, two shirts, and size 5 steel toe boots for $300. Mostly I’m taking the time to rate this store because of how nice everyone was, and despite having a much smaller women’s section - a great selection of different women’s items in a wide range of sizes!

Good selection. Very helpful knowledgeable staff. Only complaint was the dressing rooms were so small I could barely try on clothing. And Im only 190lbs

Huge selection of FR clothes, but DO NOT have their tailor work on your shirt though.Quality of the fabric they used to patch my shirts seems like it is good, but the tailor did a very sloppy job sewing it. She didn’t even take the time to cut off the frayed/loose thread.No wonder why it was so cheap to patch it. I wouldnt suggest having it patched here at all.If you have FR clothes to patch then you should just try to buy the fabric and the thread yourself, and give it to your preffered tailor.

Best place to buy FR clothing around. Will hem jeans for free if purchased from them. They also will embroider your company logo and employee name on shirts.Pricing seems on par with other stores.Music here is absolutely horrible and annoying. Its always club music about love making and taking home women for the night. Trust me, its every song.Not sure if they realize who their clients are. Mostly plant /refinery workers. Not 20 year old college students looking to party to some Pit Bull in the Fr store.Aside from that, selection is absolutely awesome.

I bought a pair of Wolverine Ranglers from FR Depot that I thought we’re good. After 3 days of wearing them the inside on the back of the heel had already rubbed off. I went to return them and discovered that they were a discontinued item and that all sales were considered final on them. The staff was extremely professional and understood that this shouldn’t have happened this early after wearing them. They decided to give me store credit and pick out another pair. Highly recommend this place!

My husband ordered clothes for work in March and was told that a hoody was on backorder till August. no problem, winter was a ways off, well in June they called and offered the same style but different color, he agreed. instead of sending it in June as he was told it was available, they mailed it while we were in the process of moving. he called and was told to reroute it to him would cost us an extra 35 bucks. they were late on sending not us. piss poor customer service. also many places sell the same items for cheaper, save yourself the headache and shop with a customer that takes care of the customers!!!

Great selection. But if you are a common psnt size like 34x32, expect to have to order them. The manager always seems to be out of all of the most common sizes.

Good selection, attentive employees, decent prices. Opens kind of late for the industry they serve, in my opinion, but the experience was good.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Their stock is also excellent. They have everything and anything you could need for FR and beyond.

Terrible customer service. The selection of FRC overalls and coveralls are mostly XXXL and up. The girls in the fitting room area treat you like a criminal till you pull out 2k in cash then they play a different tune. We placed an online order earlier this year and they called to tell us they didnt have that size anymore and then they tried to refuse a refund and then told us we would have to wait a few weeks to receive our clothing. We will not be doing business with them again and will make sure our co workers know what to expect when shopping here.

This place pretty much has everything you need when it comes to FR clothing. Only thing is that the ladies are pretty rude therefor we go elsewhere. One thing though, they do nice embroidery work here! Sometimes we need to overlook the bad customer service when you need the clothing.

Needed FR shoes for work (female). They do not carry any that look like tennis shoes and mens sizes only go down to an 8. But other than that, staff was friendly and helpful.

Bought two overpriced FR jeans that are too small, my fault I know but wife bought them. Went to return for larger size and they would not exchange due to tags taken off. I would recommend buying online not near as difficult as these folks.
