My family has had great experiences with this Walgreens.

Compared with one block away 24CVS, one person unable to help me find what j was looking for, nor with as many products nor friendly service or a sense of human connection. Avoid. Go up the street to CVS!

Go to another location. ANY other location. 9:45 appointment. Arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and such. 10:15 still not seen. Other location? Same appointment and arrival, seen 10 minutes early and done 5 minutes before appointment. Horrid service.

Was just trying to see if my photos was done and I had to wait too long for a answer, then was placed on hold again. Now I must say the young lady that answered was polite.

Ive only used the drive through pharmacy and the ladies were always kind and if something was late (usually out of their control) they were extremely apologetic. Tried to use their photo center before but it was closed.

Horrible customer service. Arrived to their lab an hour before closing to do a drug test for work, and they told me they were closed already. Dont go here.

Walgreens is a great idea of a drug store a great place to shop also

The pharmacy staff are always fast and very helpful. They called me immediately when they found an issue with my insurance and helped walk me through how to get the problem resolved. Very satisfied. 😊

Walgreens Pharmacy Staff rates a 5 STARS plus. I cant thank the Staff enought for their kindness and compassion displayed toward me and my daughter during a resent crisis we were experiencing. This is the closest store to my place. I find all my daily needs here. Right from milk to cosmetics and sometimes the pharmacy. It also has the photo shop which makes it even better. What adds to the facility is exceptional customer service. Associates here listen to your need and give you tailored experience. There hasnt been a single visit to this store where I found myself Alone or confused or misguided. Associates help you from the moment you get in to the moment you check out. The Managers are also great here they help associates whenever they are in need or customer needs assistance. Buy or not youll always feel welcomed to this store ! I highly recommend this store for pharmacy and other basic needs. They also guide you with offers, discounts and manufacturers coupons giving you the best deal.

The moment you walk in, you are greeted by someone and the staff is always willing to help! The height of it is the pharmacist who always calls my daughter by name no matter how long we came last!!! Thank you once again !! IT means a lot.

Been consistently going there three years. Pharm staff has greatly improved and are doing their best in spite of staffing shortage. Smallest staff is on weekends, so avoid it then if you can. They are honestly overwhelmed then.Blame upper management, not store mgr. Other staff are not as professional or friendly, but they dont know me as well. Customer service training would be useful.

They usually do a great job of getting my prescription filled, which is sometimes hard to get at the other Walgreens location closer to where I live. One day there was a system upgrade done during normal business hours and I couldnt get through on the phone to talk to anyone at all, which was very frustrating. Other than that, Ive had no problems with this location.

Waited in line for 20 min with one item. Slow and incompetent workers. No sense of time or awareness.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I dont leave reviews typically, but I had such a horrible experience I had to say something. Desperately need a competent pharmacist who speaks English. Would NEVER come here again

Alma and MD helped me and they were really friendly to me and they are really good at hospitality. I hope to see them on every visit.

The pharmacy has constantly given me issues when Ive refilled perscriptions, from not recieving my order even though I received an order confirmation, to losing my insurance information not once, but twice. I recommend you find somewhere else when it comes to your perscriptions. After today theyre losing my business .

Theres a CVS down the street thats 24 hours. Theres really no reason to give Walgreens your business when they are slow and theres a pretty good chance your prescription was accidentally sent to the Walgreens in the hospital.

Friendly associates. Clean and well lit. The bathroom is odd, but so are some of the people out there too

Repeatedly put me on hold without asking if it was ok or what I was calling for. Clearly zero intent hear my question and intending to get callers to give up and hang up. Changing pharmacies.

Worst experience as always but on last monday 12th February was height what employee Mr.CURTIS behaved with us. We family went to click passport photo and was waiting for our number to come after one customer ahead to us. Curtis is so slow in service and even he doesnt know how to click pic. He took 30mins for one customer and patiently we waited then i told can you please click a pic my 2months old baby is crying he didnt bothered and he started assisting other cuatomers who came for photo pick up and talking to employees, talking on phone, later we got pissed and we yelled on him and we started walking curtis with no shame said its ok you can leave because he doesnt care for business. Always had worst experience with employees you ask something they will answer we dnt know. Went to restroom and its pathetic very unhygienic no nappy changing table for babies and very bad smell and its closed we need to tell anyone employee to open with code and they will take long time to come.Employees keep changing and very unprofessional with no respect no knowledge no courtesy.

Horrible customer service at pharmacy. I had anaphylactic reaction at one night while I wss standing there & they were very lazy helping a collapsed patient in front of them. They should be taught what is required in emergency situations in front of you. Could have given negative starts but unfortunately thats not the option. I dont recommend this place to any one.Just avoid it.

Edit: still terrible. In a year, no improvement at all.Disorganized, takes forever to get a prescription filled. No matter what time i come, they always seem overwhelmed. Taking my business elsewhere until they get their act together.

Not impressed with the pharmacy. Ive had multiple errors and complications getting medications filled for myself and my family. Staff are clearly just doing their job. No real customer service. Im now in the market for a new pharmacist.

Screwed up my prescription, then blamed it on my doctor. They tried to double charge me for one prescription because it was in two bottles then they told me it was insurances fault (this is a very common medication). Extremely rude, didnt attempt to help at all, and treated me like I was crazy for calling them out on it (I had filled the same prescription under different insurance 4 or 5 times previously so I would be on file with them). Avoid this Walgreens like the plague.

Dont go here. The employees are horrible. Shift leaders dont show any leadership at all. Management is HORRIBLE.
