Please I repeat please don’t go here!! The owner is rude and disrespectful, they never fixed my car. As you can see the pictures, my car didn’t come to him like this. Brian called me telling me he can’t fix my car I put down $200 for him to start. I needed a new push start so he said I owed $600 after I paid what I put down. Then Tuesday come he said come get your car because I can’t work on it, he called back Wednesday getting smart telling me it don’t take long to get a tow truck. He was like I’m going to auction your car off, so I drove to get my money back but didn’t check my car until it got home. And it was rude and disrespectful to leave someone car like this please pay attention to the reviews he needs to be shut down UNPROFESSIONAL.

Please and I repeat please do not use this company. I took my car there to get the brake release warning off of there and when I go pick my car up it had more problems than before . Quincy told me that the other lights that he made come on there would go off after I drive it for a couple minutes . So 4 lights that he somehow made come on my car never went off. So I take it back he says he will fix it . Then a few weeks later my car wasn’t done so I called to check on it and he says someone hit my car while at his business. My bumper is torn off and my side . He promised to pay to get it fixed . My car has been sitting there a month and hasn’t been fixed . Mind you ... I only went for one thing and now have many problems with my car. I’m contacting BBB as we speak and my lawyer . Lies after lies. I believe some type of insurance fraud is going on there . Plus my insurance company is getting it towed and fixed at a real car repair place. I warned you !!! Please stay away

If i can rate lower i will. this is the most unprofessional shop Ive ever been to. PLEASE Read the reviews before you take your car to this shop. The mechanics are not licensed. I ask for my recipet for the purchase of the items from the junk yard and they said they didnt have it. My car has been at this shop for 5 total days and my car was not repaired when i came to pick it up. it didnt even crank. Im thankful i was able to tow my car to the shop when i was in need, but DONT NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ON RYAN, QUINCY, RYAN FATHER. They will scam you out your money. Always bring a man with you when you are dealing with different guys.

The Worst place ever. Do not take your car there for any type of bodywork paint or any work done by HAROLD he is a scam artist.

Don’t I mean don’t come to this man he will hold your car for Months, than doesn’t answer texts or calls . Very rude . Don’t come to him turn around .

Finished my car a little late but it was okay because he helped me pay for my rental car sometimes its hard getting in contact with him because he has so much to do but the more I call the faster he gets it done and it came out great I would recommend anyone to go for a repair

Do not, do not, Do NOT take your car here!!!!!!!!!! I am warning Everybody. He will tell you your will be finished on this day and when you call he makes up an excuse about something else he has to do to it or the parts didn’t come in. My car has been at this no good piece of shop for 2 MONTHS. I have had 7 different ready dates. This is the 7th time Harold has gave me a ready date for my car to be picked up and I still don’t have it. I will never send business to this place again and I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint somewhere else. He kept finding stuff wrong just to get more money from my insurance company and it was only damage to my front end that’s it. It should never take 2 month to fix someone car. PERIOD. Run as fast as you can from this place. Never again.

Harold walker is a scan artist. He will rob your insurance company, take the money and have your car sitting.Harold has had my car for more than a month. My car isnt done yet, the job was a week or less.Hes a liar, among other things. DO NOT USE HIM FOR YOUR REPAIRS; YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Worst ever!!! since dec and still not repaired....never answers and lies when he does....tried to tell me bumper was new but was same one was paid to get new one he hasnt till this day...im now suing him....extremely poor business and hate he is representing our race!! he needs to ne closed down!!!

QUINCY - will get your money, hold your car for days, make excuses as to why its not ready and once you have your car you start noticing things they didnt fix that they were paid to fix! Thieves, womanizers, liars, unlicensed mechanics, unprofessional, your car will break down a millisecond after its supposed to be fixed. Shop needs to be closed.

Dont go to this shop, unless you want to be treated like youre an inconvenience! Ironically the shop is called C.A.R.E. Unfortunately no one up there seems to care one bit about other peoples time, obligations, and overall well being. This was my1st and last time visiting this shop. They sold me a tire that had a slow leak, that ended up going flat while I was away from home. The following days it was so difficult to get in touch with anyone at the shop. I purchased the tire Friday and had work during what I would believe to be their business hours on Sat. I did drive by early in the morning, with my donut, with hopes that someone would be there to change my tire before work, but that wasnt the case. There are no hours of operations on the door. It does say that they are closed on Sunday though!!! Because of this inconvenience I had to catch MARTA to work Sat. I attempted again to go up to the shop Monday twice during times all business were open. The 2nd time I ran into Harold walking out of the shop where I attempted to explain my situation and that it was important that I got a new tire asap due to me having to go to work in a couple of hours. He brushed me off and told me that the shop was closed and to come back tomorrow. It was 2 pm on Monday. The next day I went to the shop once more in the morning to see that the shop was still closed. Later that day I called and spoke with Harold when he told me once more that there was nothimg he can do for me because the shop was closed and to come back tomorrow to be taken care of. Throughout this whole process I was very cooperative and patient, even though I was greatly inconvienced. I had to continue to change my schedule and to pretty much schedule my day around Harolds empty promises! So the 3rd day (today) it was the same thing. I visited the shop mid afternoon and no one was there. I called Harold to ask his whereabouts and he told me he would be there in an hour. 1hr 1/2-2hrs I decide to call him since he didnt call me as he said he would. When I call he tells me he doesnt have a tire to fit my car. Which I was fine with, because by this time I was ready for my money back to take my business elsewhere. He then goes to tell me that he can only give me half of my money back and hell let me know when he gets a tire my size. After I dismissed that, he has the nerve to say he cant give me a full refund because its pass 48 hrs from the purchase!! After I dismissed that ge then gives me 2 options for a full refund or for him to fix the leak. I chose the refund, but when I get there he takes it upon himself to fix the leak and install the tire back onto my car! This business needs to be shut down! And Ill stand behind any movement to do so. He gives black business a bad name!

Bad customer service said they dont fix cars when i seen the sign outside.go else where! Do not take your car here!!!!!!!!
