Caliber Collision does Excellent work. They repaired my vehicle seven years ago after an accident and it looked brand new. That’s why I choose them again for this repair. The staff is friendly and helpful. The technician working on my vehicle keep me updated with text messages as requested and phone calls as needed. They also updated the rental car company I used so I didn’t have to keep calling them. I was extremely happy with the service they provided.

Geico Adjuster cut down my vehicle damage estimate by half the cost of repairs and added to that I have to pay the deductible when the accident was no fault of mine. They refuse to go after the uninsured motorist.

This place is PURE TRASH. Not only did they fix things on my car without informing me, but they also added over 1K in damages when they found out who my insurance carrier was. They also switched texhs and did an entirely new quote.The tech AMANDA rushed me to do a survey so I wouldn’t notice the white in between the cracks on the rear bumper, and the missing tire value. I later discovered that antifreeze was poured in the trunk of my car. My car wasn’t washed or detailed, before I picked it up. I wasn’t giving any documentation on my vehicle as of to what was fixed. They also lied to my insurance carrier about dates of when the car was repaired, but news flash! I will be talking the head of your company, and I will be coming to get proof of what you fixed and we will see what BMW has to say about that and for your sake I hope the parts are brand new and installed correctly or…….U picked the wrong customer boo

They do a great job I fixing car damage till the paint and hardware! The wait time can be long either to be seen and or to get your car back. But theyll notify you when its close to time of being ready or ready for pick up. Also if youre going through your insurance theyll do the samething! If you are using a rental and it takes longer for them to fix it then theyll let you know, the insurance and that rental that its going to take a little longer to fix your car! Theres also a rental place down from them in Decatur. Awesome!

Caliber Collision E Ponce was awesome. It took a week for repairs to be completed, but I was told this was due to the first part coming in damaged. My front bumper/grill/splash guard were all damaged due to an animal. Lemetrius was great. He kept me informed every step of the way. I did have one issue, but it was corrected quickly. The rep at the desk was always welcoming & had such a pleasant tone over the phone. You guys were great. Thanks for making my baby Ali look brand new again.

OMG! They got my car together, and fast. Car looked brand new when I git it back. I worked with Desiree and shes the sweetest person. She goes out if her way to make sure that all your needs are net. And its rare to have good customer service. Liz and Neon were so nice and friendly. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Too bad I had to take the car back because it was hit again. Where do I start! Dropped off my vehicle for repairs on my truck. Once I received my truck, upon inspection; my Diamond Back cover that they removed; the associates did not install all the clamps back on my cover. And they adjusted the locking mechanism of the cover because they did not know how to disassemble it. I didn’t even want to waste my time to report this issue! In addition to this matter they cut my LED light strip That was installed within my bed, without My acknowledgment & damaged it. Upon talking to Stan and his manager Roland. I was promised on May 8th, 2021 that if I purchased the LED lights that I would be reimbursed. May 14,2021 I was promised that the process would be rushed due to the multiple times I had to return to Caliber Collision. Now it’s May 24, 2021, I have not received anything! Not reimbursement, update nor any fulfilled promises. What ever you do, avoid This location! They have cost me more time, money and energy than I ever anticipated in exerting to get my vehicle fixed! Now keep in mind, this is the short version of my complaint!

My car was towed to the Kennesaw location and my paint job was done incorrectly. The Ponce de Leon location then sent my keys to another vehicle that was towed all the way to Smyrna, GA and no one called me for a status of my vehicle til I got in touch with them on my own and that’s when they told me my keys were switched with another car that went to Smyrna. So I was like ok let me know when it returns to the Ponce location. When my keys were returned, I was informed on a Thursday evening when around like 5 PM. Told the women at the desk that I had made plans and wouldn’t be able to pick up my car and could I pick when my car on Monday. She told me that was fine, then on Friday Afternoon April 23rd I was called again by the Ponce location that I need to pick up my car that day or I will be paying for the car rental out my pocket for the weekend. So upset I told them I will have to rush to get down there since I get off at 5PM. I was able to get off 30 mins early. And when I arrived the woman at the front desk gave me my keys and sent me on my way(no walkthrough on what was fixed on my vehicle...Nothing). Looked around from what I could notice, once I returned home I didn’t notice the color difference. I was highly upset on how you paint my back bumper a bluish white! Also when I was driving my exhaust system was rattling in the back! So I contacted my insurance company and about what The Ponce and Kennesaw location did! They informed me that I should have never had to be rushed to pick up my car and I could of had the time extended until Monday at NO COST!On Monday April 26th I returned my vehicle and told the Ponce location my issues and they noticed that my color was off on the back of my vehicle.I was then called on April 29th that my vehicle was ready for pick up and I told them I’ll let them know when I’m ready to pick up. Ending up coming Friday morning April 30th at 7:30AM and that’s when AGAIN I was handed my keys to be on my way and that’s when I asked for a walkthrough of my vehicle, she went and got Stan the GM who blew his breathe out loud once leaving his office! So RUDE!!!! I asked for my walkthrough and we proceeded outside, to then notice ALLLLLL this black oil/grease smeared on my back bumper, the front driver side (a HUGE BLACK OIL SMEAR) towards the front, and inside my vehicle on the driver seat and side door!!!!! They rushed to get the stain out, but Stan did not care and was like this happens *shrug*Then when I returned home again I noticed a PUDDLE of water in my trunk where my spare tire is located!So I am NOT SATISFIED with my experience at Caliber Collision at ALL! This was my first accident I have a 2017 vehicle which is still new and they handled me and my car very poorly! There was no urgency and carelessness on both parts! I’m still trying to understand how no one in that establishment is assigned to check out vehicles that are sent to other locations to make sure the vehicles are completed satisfactory!I did appreciate that the Regional Manager of Caliber Collision Rowland reached out to me on behalf of my car insurance to apologize for these locations lack of service. And I want to add that the ONLY employee at the Ponce location Lametrius was very sympathetic to the issues I had when picking up my vehicle and noticed everything that was wrong down to the paint job and my exhaust system making noises when I drove it from the location! He handled it right away and for that I’m thankful!

I tried to give this place no stars but couldnt. There was most unprofessional female working at the front desk and the other one talking on her phone in front of the shop. I barely received any service and I just wanted some simple questions answered about certain types of service that were offered. But like always with females they were to busy talking about who was sleeping and missing around with the men in the paint shop. I could go into details but I fear my review wont be shared. ( One of the females said that she was glad to be back so she could see what was really going on with Ike. Whoever that is.} The other female said that prepper wont stay in the back and he keeps finding his way up to the front to talk to her.} The entire conversation was unprofessional and inappropriate. I had wait while they talked and answered my questions in between their conversation. I shouldnt know that the painter is married and how long they were sleeping together and now she mad at him, who stealing from the job, that they work harder on side hustles than customer cars, and how they use company products to do so, then post it on youtube. I was in there only to ask question and received a lot more. Im sorry but things like this make me not want to use or support my local businesses. I understand that Im only one person and this wont make a different but it had to be told.

Im the type of person that hardly write any reviews on anything. I got my suv front body and paint service here in 2017. Overall paint job is not professional. When the car is in direct sun light, you can see the imperfection with hair line and swirl marks which is naked to the eyes (without direct light). The reflection doesnt look smooth. 2nd, I had a paint chip on the front driver side fender corner where the work was done. I can see the bare metal. The clear coat that was added to my front bumper was not enough that it fading away and look dull. So I brought Meguiars headlight coating, when I sprayed the coat on the headlight, some of the chemical drip down to masking tape. The bottle instruction stated to use rubbing alcohol if oversprayed, which I did. That how I notice a portion of my front bumper look faded and dull from the rest of the body. So I tested the rubbing alcohol on the back and it seems to be fine. I brought the vehicle in to their attention, instead fixing that small area by buffering it out. They blame on the Meguiars product and not fix it. I advise people if they paint their car here or anywhere, they need to get a paint meter to measure the thickness of the clear coat they put on. Manufacture has a limit on how much clear coat put on a car. 3rd, whatever they did to my driver mirror side, but when the sun hit on the mirror, I see all these tiny hair lines scratches. I only go here because Travelers recommended. Such a disappointed.

The first time I went to Caliber Collision was because someone hit our car. I was so distraught. I was convinced it was going to take a month to complete the work that needed to be done and get the part. Not only was everyone extremely efficient at filtering me as a customer through the system to get the process started, they were all SO respectful and nice! Best customer service I have ever received at any auto shop in town! I decided to call them again to see if they could help fix my trunk that had broke and would not open properly, thats when John Grubbs told me to stop by ANY time with a bit of notice and he would gladly take a look. NO appointment, I went in hoping they would help me fix my trunk. John immediately came out and took my car back to fix it. There was no wasting time, he saw I had my two kids with me and he got this job done in less than 10 minutes!!!! There was no requesting I order parts, there was no lag time, he just did it and we were out of there! I appreciate these folks SO much and will always come back with my automotive work. They really care about people and they respect customers time. Thanks to all the hardworking folks at Caliber and thanks John for helping me today. It is such a relief to get that trunk back in working order before it hurt someone.

Caliber replaced the rear windshield of my Honda Odyssey. They did a fantastic job replacing the glass, and communicated well with phone calls and texts during the process.But it was the post-repair cleaning and detailing that was superb. They even somehow removed the mysterious goo that my daughter had stuck to the leather upholstery. That wasnt even part of the repair. And I had soaked and scrubbed it with Goo Gone and other cleaners with no success. But Caliber removed it!

Slow turn around time for a small accident. When the day came for me to get my vehicle, they gave me the run around. If you’re cool with you car being in the shop for weeks (again, damage wasn’t Extensive ) then give them a try. But beware

The worst body shop I’ve ever dealt with over than 2 weeks took them to change tire and window they said it need a wheel and alignment when I went to pick it up no wheel no alignment they only changed tire and window supposed to be new and it was used and tinted and my whole entire car not so they kept it and window of course wasn’t functioning right I had to wait long time t the end took it went payed to take off tint and payed for programming window on top

Due to circumstances beyond the shop and his control it took a while for my vehicle to be repaired; however, Brian always took the time to call me and give me frequent updates as to how the repairs were progressing towards completion. My entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Jose was a pleasure to work with and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He communicated with daily updates and made us feel like we were his only customers. When it came time to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday, I didnt realize they close at 12 pm and I arrived at 2:00 pm. Just as I was turning around to get back in the rental car, Stan, Joses supervisor, opened the door and allowed us to enter and they returned our Forester back to us with everything completed very nicely. I couldnt believe the above and beyond customer service he and Jose showed us as well as the compassion, since I was standing there with my 2 children, a car seat, and diaper bag, after having driven over an hour to arrive at their location. Although their location wasnt the most convenient to my home, I specifically chose this Caliber Collision location because it had been recommended to me by the dealership we purchase all our Subarus at, Stivers Subaru. Caliber Collision replaced and repainted our passenger side door stupendously. Needless to say I will not forget the excellent service I received from Caliber Collision in Decatur/Scottdale GA.

High prices, delayed completion times, and poor communication.Used Caliber because they were preferred by my insurance company and guaranteed their repairs. The problems started when I didnt hear anything from them on the day my car was supposed to be ready for pickup. They didnt return my first call. My second call they simply stated they would need another day. Two days later it was ready. When I picked it up, there was a box in the trunk. Nobody said anything about it to me, so I asked the salesperson. He said, Oh, thats the guard that goes on your trunk. We couldnt put it on because the paint is too fresh. He went on to say they would have someone come to me (I am local) and place the guard after a week, so we set a date. That date has passed without word. The work they did do was very nice, hence the extra star, despite the high prices.UPDATE: Thanks for your reply. I am just waiting to hear back.

Joseph something-or-other greeted me courteously and promptly inspected the damage and gave me a quote. After I chose Caliber over another repair shop in the area, I brought the car in for repair. It was turned around before their original promise date which was a pleasant surprise. As a cynic, I thought to myself, they couldnt have possibly done the job right that quickly. Love this place. The employees make you feel so important. I was very impressed with the service. From the phone call with Travelers Ins. then Enterprise Car Rental and then Calibers Collision was 100 % AWESOME SERVICE. CARING FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END.

Extremely frustrating experience. Have been waiting over 10 days (typically this process should take 24-48 hours) for an ESTIMATE on damages/repairs. I have called multiple times, along with my insurance company, and have continued to be dismissed with Ill upload it today... If theyre this nonchalant and slow on an estimate, Im very anxious about how long it would take to get actual repairs done.

Tamika and Frank took really good care of me. When certain repairs were not covered by the insurance, they worked to save me on the out of pocket costs. They really went above and beyond for me.

Never Again. Did way too much on my insurance claim, caused my car to be considered totalled out by my insurance company. I got the last laugh though. They did not get a dime and I got my car payed off. Now Im driving a family members car while improving my credit and saving for a house.
