Will highly recommend this body shop. When I FINALLY got my car back from Mings, hardly looked like I was in a car wreck when I first had it towed to this place of business. The work was done very professionally and was definitely worth the very long wait.

After hitting a deer, they got my car in and fixed as quickly as they could. It ultimately took about 3 weeks, but was worth the wait. It looks just as good as the day I bought the car. As a plus they guarantee the work they do.

Used to be the go to place but shoddy work. Just got car fixed and almost had an accident in Nashville traffic with fender well coming loose. Took forever to fix and shouldn’t have been. Used to never going anywhere else but here. Never again. Telling everyone to avoid. Back to Newell’s.

I had to take my truck back in 5 times before it was finally repaired. I wouldnt even think of using them again.

Me and my wife used this shop because her insurance recommended them to us after my wreck. Three months later after my wreck the car is finally fixed and back in my possession. They had my car for almost two complete months before it was finally fixed, forcing me and my wife to rely on rentals and borrowing vehicles from family members. Not once did this shop ever make contact with me to inform me or update me on what was taking so long for the repairs to be done. I had to reach out to them, every single time. On top of that, the completion date for my car being fixed was changed no less than ten times. Four times alone in the past week. I made contact with them this past Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. With the exception of Wednesday, each time they said it would be completed the next day and they would give me a call when it was done. They never did. But that was the normal behavior I have gotten from them the whole three months. Failure to contact me after saying they would, and giving me false deadlines on when the vehicle was to be completed. If there was a way to give negative stars on a review I would. I will never use this facility again or recommend it to anyone.

Terrible Job and they even Damaged another part of our Van while it was in their care and tried to blame us and the tow truck people. They only fixed part of what they was supposed to fix and then they put one coat of paint on the Van and of course I know because the paint came right off the White Van when Held a basket to my stomach while I opened the door and the paint came off from the basket that was just leaning on the Van. I was Very Disappointed with their service. Run from them. Another customer was complaining about their service while we were their.

Avoid this shop. Time line they gave me went out the window multiple times. Vehicle sat untouched for almost a week. Two weeks of waiting just to find paint runs multiple hard edges tape lines and exposed bondo. Welded in panels apparently means bondo. Showed them the issues and they got mad so Im going to pay another shop to grind out the bondo, replace the panel completely and repaint it.

The only place I will take my car. Beautiful, professional work, and staff couldn’t be be nicer !My car looked brand new inside and out in the short time they had it . Thank you !!

Picked up our van after being rear ended. These guys were the best. They found us a lift gate when the OEM part was long backordered and worked with insurance after finding out the damage was more then expected. When we picked up our van, the paint job was amazing and our van had been cleaned out. For a mom of 5 who unexpectedly dropped the van off after an accident, that was the best part! Service was beyond exceptional and we highly recommend them.
