Great place could definitely bring up the repair time on items thoe other than that family friendly great delivery time friendly people ect

They may be nice at this store but dont let it fool you. We have used this place three times now. Every time was disappointment and irritation. First item was a portable dish washer which brought cockroaches to our home after the delivery date had been changed. They did have the place sprayed, due to fault. Second was a stove which had a broken nob. It took two days for them to get us a replacement. The third and final was a bed. The delivery date on this also got changed and when they delivered it was half an hour past the time frame we agreed. Plus they still brought the wrong frame. The frame had door on it that wouldnt open, there was blood on the mattress protector, and they changed the price of the contract right before they brought it by upping the bed price (then showed online) and removing what store credit we had. I prefer Aarons any day over Rent-A-Center.
