There is no option for 0 stars. The customer service is horrible. We purchased a cooker from here and the lid busted in heat while making food (which should not happen). We called the day we bought it and the man said they contacted the manufacturer (he lied). The store owner was also very rude, but no worries we have already disputed the charge to the credit card company and I have received a refund already. Stay away from this place, there is another store to the right of patel brothers that has the same things for sale for half the price. Also, see other reviews, almost the same theme. Owner has the same generic response. Hope you run out of business soon.

Very horrible customer service. They dont even greet or be nice. All they want you to do is drop your money and get out. I have known this shop for years. But no matter what. Got excellent customer service. And better items. Horrible A To Z. Very horrible. 18 years I have known Jay. He thinks people comes there because we dont have a choice. Talks to you anyhow. Good collection

Very poor customer service. A part of the food processor I bought here in June 2018 broke within a few days and I went back to ask for a replacement. The owner had the audacity to blame me for poor handling of the part for the breakage. He then promised to get the repair done in two weeks. It is one year now and I’ve been going there almost every month and the owner has some excuse or the other why the part is not repaired. Till to-date the part is not replaced. Lies, lies lies.

I got a faulty blender that would over heat and when we went back to exchange it the son and father were very rude and unprofessional. The Son said they have sold thousands of them and none are faulty and was unwilling to listen to my problem. If it wasnt for the mother working we would not have got it changed out. They are all nice till it comes to refunds or exchanges. Be careful when making purchases here and test everything or just stay away!

The owner is very nasty. He guaranteed my dad and would not let him test the item. When it didnt work properly he didnt want to take it back or exchange it. Dont ever buy anything here!

Horrible customer service. We went there today for a simple question but came across a rude and unforgettable experience. Wont go there again. Needs to take some lesson from choppati who treat their customers much nicer and more respect.(Had to add into this review because of a computer glitch) Another thing...dont be rude to someone who walks in maybe 10 mins before closing. I understand that its time to go when you have been there all day. I work in retail as well. If you close at 8 then someone walking in at 750 should not be dealt differently than someone coming in at 730 or other times. Its rude when you ask someone before they can even step foot in the store..are you getting something? We are closing I walked in at 750. I still had 10 mins. The hours are till 8. Just be a little courteous towards people.

Cool place to find Indian mixi (blender) and other electrical items

I had a very bad experience. Customer service is not good. When I was not satisfied with the item, I was told that they do not take return, thoe I had the receipt. In this busy scheduling who has the time to go back to the store? I explained them situation. I will never buy anything from here again.
